property violations
I have lived at brentwood west for eight years — I got a violation to trim bushes — sweep sidewalk-weeds — I did correct these — at no time was I asked about my back yard — if they were doing violations they should of checked my back yard and advised me of any violation — this was not done (they had a cleaning lady writing up the violations) to my surprise...

If you want to feel like you are living in a prison sheffield estates is the place for you! Giving out wrongful violations and write ups for on street parking! Sun Communities allows the HOA of Goldcoaster be a free for all. It is ran by the snowbirds and they like to keep the meeting open only for them and not the full time homeowners. They will not make available to the residents the bi-laws, or proof of documents of the HOA. they collect the money for memberships, but offer no info. They allow those to speak at meetings that are the Board memebers friends. Special treatment is given to those same people. As a fulltime resident I am treated like an outsider. The mgr bows down to them, and they target certain residents that they don't like. Sun Communities is too busy moving mobile homes in from other parks or buying new properties that they have no intrest to the needs of their residents. And if you do file a complaint, they treat you like an idiot or child without rights. Business & Professional Regulations, and the Federal Trade Commisioner. needs to hear more complaints on this company.

From the start I was wardened to watch my new supervisor and to make sure that I got everything in writing from him. I had corrected my supervisor due to wrong information and direction...

I believe there should be a cap on rent increases as Homeowners don't know what they are paying for here. Horrible treatment by tbr office staff.
