We ordered a necklace and ring online along with a gift bag for a gift. Items arrived today but no gift bag and several unsightly stickers on the boxes themselves. I called customer service, was placed on hold for 24minutes and when I finally spoke to a representative requested that they send me the gift bag. well, I was advised that they will not send me the bag but would refund me the cost of the bag that I had been charged. The boxes look like something out of a dollar store and without a Swarovski bag it will just look tacky.
I can see if I had messed up and called to order just a gift bag that they would not complete such a small purchase, but here, clearly, I was charged for a gift bag that did not arrive, they should have the curtesy to send me that bag as Swarovski made the error, if for no other reason so not to lose a customer.

I received the earrings a few weeks ago (around 12th July) and complained that the part that goes through the ear was wiggling, I also bought a choker to go with the earrings these items cost me over £400 pounds, I emailed Swarovski straight away and received an email back to ask for proof of purchase which is odd as I bought this item online so surely that is proof of purchase and they asked for a photo so I sent them a small film demonstrating the fault, they didn't respond so a few days ago on 26/07 I chased them with another email and tweeted them and sent an email on Twitter, they finally emailed me back and said I should return the item first before they would do anything (why ask for a photo in the first place), I've spent over £400 quid so I said if you send me the replacement I'll send this earring back this issue should not cost me anything or inconvenience me in any way surely they do a quality check before they send these things out, their jewellery isn't cheap! Then this rep said he wanted to Skype me for 'a chat', I don't use Skype and never in all the time that I've ordered online has someone said to me they would Skype me he was also very rude and spoke to me like I was his mate? I said no please call me and he said no Skype only, in the end I asked for someone to call me in the morning (they didn't). Then I got a message on Twitter 27/07 at 14:11 asking me to send them a CGB case number which I did straight away (CGB01627071) and haven't heard back since. I have always found that their jewellery breaks quickly anyway let alone if it turns up faulty.
Desired outcome: I want a replacement and once I receive that I will send back the faulty item.

Feb 28th I noticed my earrings had slipped down so I took my earrings out and one of my ears was completely torn and the other close to torn from wearing these earrings. The issue that I have experienced was: I placed order for my friend's birthday gift on March 2. Order 10US00002799850 was shipped and according to delivery UPS said it was delivered. I reached Swarovski explaining order never arrived and they said they would investigate further with UPS. After more than 2 weeks of waiting, they reply stating that they are not sending neither replacement, neither refund me. So I asked what did UPS say, they just show me a simple screenshot from UPS where it is not even stated that package was signed or received by me. I asked interview driver then, or send me camera proof etc. They refused all.
Then I asked to reopen investigation as UPS is not telling correct information. They tell me you deal with UPS! I say you are the seller and I paid you, not UPS! They said well sorry can check with UPS or open dispute with the bank. I explained the European card I have the service for open dispute is not free of charge that they violate my right and they should not take off responsibility and avoid me. They do not care! They hung up chat on me, they refused to assist me further, moreover, they avoided all seller responsibilities. I will start legal actions against them. People, be careful, they take your money. If any issue with delivery, they do not deal with it and leave you without assistance!

I purchased a Swarovski purse from your one of the Showroom to gift to my would be daughter-in-law but this is really a very bad product. Matrix hoop earrings, white rhodium plated at $225.00
I was gifted these beautiful earrings one week ago. Since I own many jewellery pieces from Swarovski collections over the years, I was thrilled to receive these earrings. However, because the length of the post that goes through the ear was usually short, I was unable to even try them on! This is clearly a faulty design as I am a petite person & should not have had a problem like this. I purchased a ring from Swarovski in August of this year. I was told at the time of purchase that there was a two-year guarantee on all of their pieces. Since I purchased the ring it has tarnished and the integrity of the material is no longer suitable for where. Swarovski Crystalline Hours Watch
I had a friend buy me a Swarovski Crystalline hours watch in the US, Oct 2020 and had it ship to me here in Philippines. After a few months the battery ran out. I went to 3 branches of Swarovski here in the Philippines and they referred me to several watch shops to have my battery replaced. I went to 4 shops already but no one is able to replace the battery as they say the face of the watch is rounded and they have no tools for it. I don't know what to do as the battery may already have leaked through the watch as I can't find a shop who will be able to assist. I can't believe that for this expensive watch and luxury brand that they have no technician in the whole country to be able to assist. This is a horrible experience for me and I hope the company helps me as this has been too much of a hassle already going back and forth different shops and spending money and fuel just to find a watch shop to resolve this issue. They should in fact have a dedicated shop for repairs and battery replacement or if not a dedicated technician who is able to assist!

I bought a watch and a ring Swarovski in Krakow, Poland in July 2021. The warranty for these products is 2 years. The sales person informed me in case of problems with the products I could change at any Swarovski shop in Europe. I went to Swarovski shop in my country, Albania and showed my damaged watch and ring. They told me they will not change them and I should go and change them in Poland, where I bought them. The staff was so impolite. They didn’t care about the warranty. The gold is removed from my watch and the silver from my ring.

Hi, We tried to buy a necklace in your shop yesterday which is situated in Indooroopilly shopping centre.
The red swan necklace was displayed as $199 to $119 (with discount) so the discounted price was 119$. So chose four products.
Later after we bought and we're about to leave the store, we realised that we were billed 175$ for it instead of the displayed 119$.
This quite upsetting. Luckily we checked the receipt. If we didn't check the bill we would have lost that money. When we asked about that, we were told that human error is normal.(im sure that if somebody walks away trying an ornament in your shop without realising the fact they had it own without paying for it, it may not be regarded as human error but as stealing.
There was no display price of the 175$ anywhere near that ornament.
Can you please clarify is your company's policy about this near rip off - just a verbal sorry says it's only human error.

I ordered 3 products with Swarovski for Xmas (2 online and 1 click & collect) with gift wrapping/card. 1 of the 3 products had a gift wrapping and the rest not. But my biggest concern was that the guarantee card was missing for all 3, as a regular customer I know for a matter of fact that every product is accompanied by a guarantee card.
Nevertheless I called up the Kundenservice as I live in Germany in the hope for a quick and satisfactory solution. The call was made on 1st Dec 2021 at 17:30 hrs German time. I wasted 30 mins of my time with the customer care representative who in turn blamed me for not checking the products and said its not possible to either send a gift bag nor guarantee (my biggest concern) anymore. I should live with it. Frech, unschuldig, unverschämt und inkompetent.
He did not even want to disclose his name and blamed me for not controlling the products. Completely unacceptable.
