I placed an order online for a relives Christmas gift. It took many many times to get their online ordering system to go from the shipment screen to the payment screen and the system automatically kept changing the shipping address back to the same address as the billing address. Finally, though it seemed to go through. Five days later I receive the gift package that was supposed to go to my relative in a different state! I have been trying for 2 days now to contact customer service at all different times of the day and evening. Can't even get a rep over the phone! Extremely high call volume the message says. Try you call later. Ya right! Las day to ship for Christmas coming up now! Tried even to replace the order online and deal with what I got later. Can't get an order through. There website is messed up! I'm done with this company now. It's been going downhill over the last couple of years. Used to be a good company with good product and customer service. I do not want the gift intended for my relative!
