Credit to Credit card
Order #[protected] dated 11/29/2022, item #AW000715 for $34.99 was cancelled but it was charged on the statement. I called Customer Service I was informed that credit issued 11/29/2022 to my credit card. My credit card statements for 11/03-12/022022; 12/03/2022-01/02/2023 and 01/03/[protected]/2023 do not show credit issued. I sent e-mail to Customer Service 11/29/2022; 12/08/2022; 12/09/2022 and 02/12/2023 beside calling Customer Service several times, but only able to talk with them in two occasions. It is very difficult to contact them. I have ordered from Swiss Colony very frequently in the past and never had any problem. It seems like the ownership or administration of the company has changed, consequently no providing the "Family owns" care.
Desired outcome: I would like the amount to be credited to my credit card.
Product quality
Ordered on 2/01/2023 hard candy item # AW015, order # [protected]. Have ordered quite a bit over time with Swiss Colony, this time I have to say something. I know stuff happens, but the hard candy was so broken up this time was way worse. Was totally disappointed especially for cost. 17.99, this time I'm not happy and I truly can't say that too much. The economy definitely makes you think about spending this kind of money for this kind of quality. Sorry but Swiss Colony dropped this one.
Desired outcome: I'm not expecting anything only because that seems to be the case these days.

FedEx says my package was delivered, I have the picture which shows the petit fours size box on porch, but never received AW715. Which has the same tracking number as the AW981.tracking #9261292700726860146521. I still would like to receive the 27 Favorites.
Teal and ivory blanket with booties
Swiss colony y'all are damn joke. I place the order and spoke with a representative on December 13th for two birthday gifts with names put on it one black and red and one teal in ivy it supposed to arrive at January 6th they mailed out the black and red. But they've been mail out the teall and Ivory. So I was wondering what's going on I give them a call. When I ordered on December 13th they both was in stock. But when I call them today they told me they got rid of the teal and Ivory that it was out of stock. That said that you do people wrong and get rid of their stock it was in stock when I ordered it. That is not the way to do business with people and I see you only got a one star and now I know why. I'm surprised you're not out of business yet.
Receipt of products or notification of non shipments.
On dec 12 I phoned in an order for several items to be delivered on Dec 22 and 23. After checking with the recipient she had not received it. Calling customer service to check on the reason it had not been delivered I received 2 different excuses. One being by credit card was declined, called the credit card company and no transaction was ever pl. Called back, was told they had called me and sent a letter, neither of those I received. Spoke to customer service manager who could only say the credit card number was probably entered incorrectly. Since it is dec 23 I requested a letter be sent to the recipient apologize for their mistake. I am definitely not happy! Will probably not order from swiss colony again!

Order lost
Order a gift on 12/2 to be delivered on 12/15. Oder has not been delivered. Siss Colony says order sent to FedEx SmartPost. They in turn tell me that the order is being held for a customs fee of $1.95. I live in Virginia, no reason for a customs fee. Also, I paid all shipping charges. This was a gift and will not arrive in time. Please DELETE ORDER and refund all charges for the product and the shipping charges. No delivery, should be no shipping charges.
Order mixup
I placed an order with Swiss Colony, and upon completing the order found out one gift item was no longer available. Also, they applied another item to the wrong address. I tried to no avail to reach them by phone and e-mail --- no response. Say they are closed, when I called well within the hours they were to be open. I tried for two days. I am desperate and disgusted with their customer service. Will NEVER use them again.
Desired outcome: Make some kind of contact with the company.

Refused to cancel order and shipped early
Order [protected]. I ordered several items. First time I've ordered with this company. I purposefully planned the SHIPPING dates to my family in Colorado for December 12th.
I called 12.2.2022 at 10am AZ time so 11AM CST to cancel just 2 items. I spoke with (American name Mike) who said after much delay and putting me on hold several times that I could not cancel as they were shipped yesterday December 1st. I am royally pissed!
I AGAIN purposefully picked December 12th to SHIP on those items! He refused to cancel the orders and I requested a Supervisor. Again I was placed on hold then someone picks up and my call is dropped.
I got an email at 10:03 am AZ time today, 12.2.2022 stating all my items shipped. HOW CONVENIENT! I call in TODAY to cancel 2 items and your company fearing loss profit clicked a button on my items to ship now and you lie to me that they've been shipped to avoid a cancellation. Pathetic! FRAUDULENT!
I will dispute the charges on my credit card now and look forward to future litigation.

My mother and I placed two orders and my address is missing 1 number on the apartment I live in. I've called 3 times now and have been hung up on and told that they cannot do anything. I have been told that I was wrong and I did not know what I was talking about. The unprofessionalism and incompetence in this company is truly amazing. I will NEVER place another order with them again, which is very sad because their products are truly great.
Desired outcome: They need to better train their customer service reps to handle customers and to help solve their issues instead of blaming them.

Box was left on seldom used porch with any notification. We were out of town and hard rainstorms and tornado warnings. When we found the box, it was totally soaked and destroyed and don't know when it arrived before we returned home. We need a credit for ralph & helen brown or a replacement. HAM / fees / so called protection plan
Wife and I ordered products online website to have delivered to our daughters for Christmas and only agreed to it as we were lead to believe we could pay on our $283 balance at $30/month, to which we have kept to that agreement. however, today 8/4/2022 (9 months after the fact) i call and discover we somehow still owe $181.00! turns out they charge us not only an interest fees (which i can understand that), but some protection plan? FOR WHAT? it was food delivered. then when i call about it, I get the runaround, call this number..no, wrong number, call this one! so, basically, we are paying over $400 on a $280 bill for HAM and some candy?! This company is a credit/money scam and we will NEVER use them again!
Desired outcome: I feel we should be credited for all those "protection plan" fees and only pay what i believe to be our actual remaining balance of $101.40! otherwise, my next filing will be with the Attorney General.
Customer Service & Payment Issue
Swiss Colony has had issues accepting online account payments from account holders for over a week. I finally called about this because I was in my car driving and commuting from work. “Lokie” answered my call and confirmed Swiss Colony was having technical issues. Since I was driving, I asked if she could take the payment over the phone. She stated that it would be a $2.00 fee to take the payment, and that she could transfer me to the automated system - as it’s free. I asked all the following questions—- Can the fee be waived? Can you accept my payment over the phone since I’m driving? Can you accept my payment and then issue a $2 credit to my account? All my questions were met with a resounding “NO.” No matter how long I’ve been a customer, or how much I’ve spent over the last 10 years with Swiss Colony - there was absolutely no way to help “ The Customer” aka me.

I was very upset with my order. I placed an order to get the items ASAP as they were a gift for Christmas. I received the items that I ordered prior to Christmas, but the other items that I ordered for my in-laws were initially set to deliver after Christmas. I contacted customer service department prior to my order being sent out and was told that both "sets" would then be delivered to my home address. Since one set was being delivered prior to Christmas, one would think that they both would be!
A week after I placed the order and the second "set", the ones that were supposed to be a gift for my in-laws, still had not left Wisconsin! So customer service said that I need to take the items to donate and get proof to refund me. Nice idea, however the only place to accept it is over a half hour away! So I need to take my time and gas to "fix" their mistake! This is frustrating and disappointing. As a first time customer, this has certainly changed my perception of their company.

I ordered several items totaling well over 100 dollars early in the Christmas season and was told that I would get said items around Dec. 11. I have been ordering from them for years. My husband has a large amount of credit with them. I ordered for my husband and provided all the necessary info to prove that. When I didn't receive the items by the 15th, I called and found that they had put it under my name and since i didn't have enough credit with them, they held the order and told me that I would have to put some money down. I explained that it was ordered under my husband's account, so they canceled the order. Then was told my items wouldn't get here until the 27th unless I paid extra. Even though it was their screw-up, I stated that I would pay extra to expedite the order. Then, when I tried to reorder the items, everything was out of stock. I finally said to just forget it, to cancel my order. I didn't get my items, I was going to have to pay extra to get it before Christmas, my items were not available...and to top it all off, every item they suggested was several dollars more than the catalog showed. This is the first year in many years that we are not ordering and enjoying Swiss Colony products because they screwed up. Very unhappy.
Service and credit
My first order with Swiss Colony was in November of 2019 which they did a hard inquiry for credit. So same time 2020 another order went fine used my swiss colony credit. So same thing 2021 another order with my swiss colony credit they do another hard inquiry on my credit report which they did in 2019 when they established my credit with them. I called customer service and they tell me they do that If you haven't made an order within 6 months which is a lie. I am currently disputing it with all three credit bureaus now. I will be canceling my account and this is the last order they get from me they just lost a good customer, and I will be letting all my fellow veterans know to do the same

Baklava
I ordered the miniature Bakklava on 9/1/21. It was sent out on 9/2/21. I did not receive it until today, 9/9/21. I don't know where it was for 7 days but it arrived in terrible condition. The outside packaging was ok but the product itself looks like it got thrown against a wall and then stepped on. I have no intention of eating something that looks like that.
I would like this item replaced immediately.

They just did a similar scam on me as well. Credit card on online account. Account paid in full. As per their payment site. Called every time they sent a statement for payment due. March 5th 2021 sent a detailed letter to corporate office in U.S. requesting assistance in writing to correct the error. Return address and phone included. Today is March 12, 2021. Waiting for a response... Below is a screenshot of my account. No payment is due.
Desired outcome: Remove from my credit report. Stop sending statements.
Erroneous billing practices
12-8-20 I paid in full for an Xmas gift order. Swiss Colony only sent a partial gift to my father. I phoned and they sent the pajamas... Late. I had paid in full for the pajamas. I then received an unwanted refund check, which I wrote "void" across, and sent back the same day I received it. I began receiving BILLS from Swiss Colony. I phoned (on MY nickle) and was rudely hung up on. The second agent "Esmee" apologetically assured me I would NOT be billed again. Swiss Colony continues to bill me... and I do NOT owe them a cent! I have phoned and phoned and can not reach a person! I have emailed and emailed and emailed, and they direct me to phone numbers (on my nickle naturally) where I can not reach a person. Two hand written letters and now this is my second complaint post. Swiss Colony behaves in the same scummy way as all entities who deform themselves from selling products to selling money. I feel it is my duty to resist monopolies (Amazon etc.) and patronize the underdogs. Swiss Colony has made that impossible for me. Shame.
