I need Help with my Synchrony account. After having my bank account compromised (Fraudulent charges)
I was a victim of fraud last month and my checking account was hacked and over $1700.00 was stolen out of my Account.
So I contacted my (Evolve) Bank and they are working with me to get all the fraudulent charges refunded to me. They Canceled my debit card and sent me a new one. NO PROBLEM UNTIL TODAY

Problem, now Synchrony won't let me add my checking account so I called Synchrony Bank and talked to a representative about my account and he said to call my Bank (Evolve Bank) he said my checking account was closed? I said NO i'm logged on and so far today I have made $4000 dollars in transactions so no it is not closed! But I was getting no place with him. He just kept telling me that it was my Evolve Banks problem and I needed to call them, So I did! I confirmed with Evolve Bank that my Account was OPEN and transactions were being made. I also told her what was happening with my Synchrony Credit Card Account being closed because I was 6 days past due and I made a payment today but my Sam's Club Synchrony account was closed, because my Evolve Bank coded it somehow (closed account). She assured me my account was open same account and routing numbers as before because the security team said the fraudulent activity was only on my debit cards and they canceled mailed new ones.

When my Evolve Bank Checking account was hacked and I contacted the bank to stop all transactions until we can get cards reset, During this 3 day period of time when my account was on Hold My Synchrony Sam's Club payment failed, I got everything back open and went to make a payment and learned my Synchrony account was CLOSED! ?
So I am hoping by sending this email to you that you can look into this problem and resolve my account. It was not my fault my bank account was hacked and it's not my fault that my Payment did not come out of my hacked account! So I called my attorney and talked to him on the phone and he told me to write a letter and send it to all parties involved first and wait 5 business days to see what action was taken, and that something is very fishy and there would be no way I was at fault and he would help me if I need him to.
PLEASE respond to me what steps will be taken to assure that my account is OPEN and Good Standing on all 3 credit bureau agencies.
