Tampa Bay Property Management Group I contacted Tampa Bay Property Management Group Inc

I contacted Tampa Bay Property Management Group Inc. to let them know I was moving out in thirty days. I also asked if I could use my security deposit for the last month's rent. They responded and said they agreed to my request. However, they then asked me to pay after my plan was set up not to pay. I never received any information about my security deposit, such as how I would get it back or how much interest it earned. I told them to stick to our agreed plan and that they could come check the apartment whenever they wanted. Thanks.

Tampa Bay Property Management Group I live in an apartment complex managed by Tampa Bay Property Management Group, and I've been dealing with a problem regarding my air conditioner

I live in an apartment complex managed by Tampa Bay Property Management Group, and I've been dealing with a problem regarding my air conditioner. It's been acting up and causing my electric bill to skyrocket. They've charged me $177.26, $174.94, and $227.31 for the past three months. I made a service request a month ago, but they still haven't sent a technician to fix or replace the faulty unit. I even called them multiple times for updates, but no luck. Here are the utility bills I mentioned.

Tampa Bay Property Management Group The apartment I rented starting November 1 was not finished

The apartment I rented starting November 1 was not finished. There were no sinks, countertops, or fixtures. I wanted to move in on November 5, but the unit was incomplete. The landlord asked me to give him a few days to fix the issue, but I declined and received a full refund. Additionally, the pictures on the website showed a beautiful home with landscaping and painted facades. However, there was no landscaping, no plantings, and the paint was peeling from the buildings. There were wasp nests on the gutters. It was impossible to maintain proper personal hygiene or clean dishes in this unit. Tampa, Florida.

The landlord is holding back some of our security deposit because of false accusations about the apartment's condition. We had a walk-through, and they said everything was okay. We have 2 videos showing how the place looked when we left. The "owner" gave us wrong phone numbers and emails, so we can't dispute their claims. I asked for pictures, videos, and maintenance reports to prove the damage they're talking about, but they refused. I sent a certified letter to the address on the lease. The owner goes by different names, like *** and ***. I talked to a person involved in fraud named *** in ***. The address they gave me is: *** Tampa ***. *** They also mentioned that the business started in December , and a report was filed in January 2022. The phone numbers they provided are *** 813.593.7878, and the business number is ***.

Tampa Bay Property Management Group I rented an apartment from Tampa Bay Property Management Group for 21 months

I rented an apartment from Tampa Bay Property Management Group for 21 months. After I moved out, they sent me a bill for $1,330.00 in damages that they said were done to the apartment. They took $995.00 from my security deposit, so now they say I owe them $335.00. The problem is, some of the charges are not true. The apartment was empty and a professional cleaning company cleaned it before I left. I am arguing about $830.00 of the damages, which means they should give me back $495.00. I texted the owner, Elly N., and told him I disagree with the charges. I even have pictures and videos to prove it. He replied a little bit, but now he's not answering my messages. I also sent a letter that was certified to his address, and the post office said it was delivered. But he still hasn't responded.

Tampa Bay Property Management Group I moved in on 3/26, right when COVID started

I moved in on 3/26, right when COVID started. On the first day, there were roaches everywhere. I mean, they were all over the place. I couldn't even move anything in. The kitchen and bathroom counters weren't installed, and there was no sink to use. There was also a pile of trash on the deck. They said it would be ready for move-in on that date, but it wasn't. When I called to tell them about it, I couldn't reach Elly N. Nobody answered the phone. I immediately submitted a work order so I could move in. I had to bomb the apartment twice to get rid of the roaches, and I requested pest control to treat the apartment. Maintenance didn't come until 4/8 to install the counters, but they didn't properly caulk and seal them. Even now, it still looks unfinished. Pest control didn't show up until two weeks after I moved in, and the exterminator told me that this complex has had a lot of roach problems that Elly N. has ignored. There are more issues, too.

Tampa Bay Property Management Group I applied for a property with Tampa Bay Property Management Group Inc

I applied for a property with Tampa Bay Property Management Group Inc. on March 15th. I talked to the landlord before paying the application fees and an administrative fee. They told me that the administrative fee was specifically for Lease Writing and Moving costs. Unfortunately, we got denied for the apartment, which is understandable. We contacted the administrators to ask for a refund for the Administration and lease writing fees. They said we would get a refund today, but we haven't received anything yet. We disputed the charges with our bank, but still haven't gotten a resolution. This company took our money even though they knew our credit didn't meet their requirements. When we tried to find a solution, they instantly said "no" without any further communication, except for promising a same-day refund. It's been over two months now. We just want the administrative fee refunded as promised because they denied us as soon as the funding came through, so there was no lease written or moving costs incurred. We haven't disputed or requested a refund for the application fees or anything else, just the services that weren't provided.

Tampa Bay Property Management Group I moved into this apartment in 2021 and it's been the worst experience ever

I moved into this apartment in 2021 and it's been the worst experience ever. This management group doesn't let you talk to the property owner directly. When I moved out and gave them a 90-day notice, they threatened me and sent me a bill for things that aren't even real. I have proof that the work orders were never done and they took forever to respond. I also have pictures and videos of the apartment when I moved in and when I moved out after cleaning it with my family (7 witnesses).

When I moved in, the fridge didn't work and it took them 3 days to get me a new one. All my food went bad. They made me pay a security deposit of $1395 on top of the first month's rent. Now they want to charge me $1949.17 for things like stars on the ceiling and paint issues that were already there when I moved in. I have proof of this. I also asked them multiple times to fix my cracked floors, broken bedroom window, and AC problems, but they never did anything. I had to suffer without AC for 4 days straight during the hot summer. They never fixed this issue, even before I moved out.

The person who claimed to be the property manager wasn't actually the manager. He said he needed to talk to his boss before telling me about lease renewal. Since I work from home, I contacted the property manager I signed the lease with in 2021 and told them I was leaving in 90 days because they didn't offer me a lease renewal. The manager said they only offer month-to-month after the first year.

Since I work from home, I need a reliable place to live. But they only offered me month-to-month and raised my rent to $1595. Today, they sent me a bill with only one item that makes sense, the broken blinds, which would only cost $20. Thanks, ***.
