I have called Teco 4X about downed lines and nothing is being done about it. The come, they look and they leave. Still No electric. Today a lineman came and told my sister to turn off our Generator which she did but I have 6 dogs that are now in a hot house. I am Partially handicapped and with my electric out for so many days, my refrigerated medicine is now spoiled. What answer did I get from Teco, call 911! The meds cost Over $2000.00. I do understand that I am not the only one without electricity BUT per your Phone response, I should have had someone at my out as soon as I reported the downed Lines (there were approximately 4). Now it appears that no one will be getting any credit for no electricity.
