My car was sent for service on 31/7/2019, everything was briefed fine & no any special highlight was made on the maintenance sheet (refer attached maintenance sheet)
I could not start up the engine of the car this morning abt 9.30am on 27/8/2019, after getting confirmation from sales & service team, the engine was run out of battery.
Service team manager advised me to get the new engine replacement from outside workshop since the warranty 1 year was just over.
During new engine replacement, found the battery water was totally run out in the engine (refer attached photo) causing damage to the engine. I would say technician probably forgot to refill battery water during service on 31/7/2019.
My payment for new battery replacement is RM380 & I would seek claim for this bill from Nissan (will submit/whatsapp the bill to Nissan personnel because the foreman did not bring along the cash bill book to issue the receipt to me just now).
