regarding the unfair balance deduction
I had a data pack which was ending on 24 November of 5rs which was ending on midnightso my complaint isthat when i was using internet i was beingcharged from my balance even when i had data bal left and i didnt open any payable sites nor icalled any one then also i ws being charged 150.60 from my main balance after i finished using up my internet i had data balance left in myaccount so i request you that the deductions that are made from my simtotally and i request u to refund my bal as soon as possible. my no7276879866 if we buy data packs then you dont have the right to deduct the main balance till our data balance doesnt get over my data balance was not yet over then also i was being so rudely charged there is u dont have the right till our data bal gets over our family uses 20sim cards but due to your poor service there is a question of using your service or not.

Also, When i tried to reach his team lead named and his manger also they are not respondng and last 4 days i am informed that they will connect it in half hour, enginner left office to get it connect in 1 hour, they will get it done next working day first half..etc.

I called on customer care they are asking why you paid without any receipt?
Customer care: This is your fault that you have given an agent 600 rs without asking him, his ID proof and Employee code.
I went to complain at service center, their response is that they can't lodge complain and called(Ajit on call) he said he will return money 2 in days.
After discussion on call between CC executive and Ajit, Ajit told me sir 600 rs in not big amount why are you getting worried.
He has not returned my money yet.

Their agents are littelary thieves specially in pune and there is nor response or escalation matrix for this.

I also have been suffering from the same problem. TATA DOCOMO is a company led by frauds. Seriously, I had been using uninor connection before. It was so cool. I never had a problem before. It used to give an average speed of about 14 kb/s. But my decision to switch to DOCOMO has been a disaster. Now I m stuck, my 99 rupees are in ### hole. Even when I am trying to call customer care, I hear the following statement in a pathetic female voice- "That selection is not valid!". ###, my elder sister uses IDEA and it makes me envious. Sorry DOCOMO, you all guys are nothing but dacoits, only well dressed and masqueraded. You losers don't care about others hard earned money. To you, swindling people of their hard earned money is your occupation, your means of filling your goddamned stomachs and pockets. If I get even one of you all, I swear you all would be in deep trouble.
Rishabh, just throw away that sim card of yours. Switch to anyother sim but stay away from docomo.

You must go to consumer court that should be right place for you to get it resolve, because i am one of the victim of tata broadband service, i went to court and lodge a complain at a nominal cost and you will get full refund also you can avail benefit by claiming pther expenses.

Today(28/03/2013), I activated a Rs. 2 daily pack from *141# at about 12:07 a.m on my Tata Docomo number [protected]. I have done this numerous times before. But to my surprise a Rs. 10 weekly pack got activated. Connection to the customer care is cut off. The online complaint registration doesn't work. Going by the saying of the company that says unconditional refund without question, it is really ironical that as a customer it is impossible for me to prove that indeed I activated the Rs. 2 pack but the Rs. 10 pack got activated considering that I am going to get a reply which says I activated it by myself which isn't true. The sufferer is always the customer.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Because the customer care executives are of no use. They don't believe customers and behave arrogantly as if no matter what happens their jobs are secured. And the worst part is after a single call to the customer care, the connection to the customer care is disconnected. The online complaint registration on the company's website does not work. How come TRAI tolerates all these is really unknown to me. I don't even know whether I will get a proper resolution or not and even if I do, I fear that I will be answered that the deduction was correct as I activated it. Because the company believes their softwares, their machines cannot be wrong ever or make a mistake..it is always the customer who makes mistakes and is never to be believed.

Basically when i convey this problem to your customer care head (kalyan dev) he told that he cannot vaferin my bill and had credited 250 mb at 7 march in my march photon plus plan since my bill payment is through online.This 250 mb was to be credited in feburary. when i payed in march 22 Rs.704 through online they( rajdeep) again credited 250 mb for march and I asked them that for march my full mb is 2548, they granted it. But now i came to know that my current bill statement is also being overcharged of Rs. 728. I talked to customer care but they cannot solve my problem and told to submit complaint to u. sir in february i paid the bill but now i am unable to pay extra bill amount.Kindly take action to my problem as soon as possible.FOR MORE DETAILS U CAN REFER TO MY CONSUMPTION HISTORY.

I haven't requested for activating any services or not download any mobile apps on my number and they simply deducted an amount 7.31 rupees without my permission on 11 jan 2013. Whats the problem with this network man? Same thing happened for me in the past for another number of mine. This type of things are the major reasons for the customers to shift to another networks from tata docomo. It decreases the credibility of the network. Give me my balance back. Solve this problem as early as possible. After using my balance i am definitely going to change my network and i won't prefer this network once again in my life and i will tell my friends also not to go for this network.

Trick to make money. Same is happening to me. Why roaming in Home Network? To avoid roaming, select DOCOMO manually, however no 2G signals after selecting home network. Very poor Internet service. Trick to promote Tata Photons.
I have the same issue. I did port one of my number to docomo and also have a new number from docomo. Both the sim are showing roaming in the home network. It looks like the sim is not from the home network.

I have purchased one TATA DOCOMO PHOTON + dangal(CDMA) from TATA broad band office, Regent city park, 76/A Sector v, salt lake, kolkata . on 03/10/2012 & one Mr.BUBAI ([protected]) came to my home on 03/10/2012 & installed that very dangal . i have paid Rs. 1299/- as the price of the PHOTON+ dangal to Mr. Bubai, but he did not issued me the receipt of Rs.1299/-. Instead he said me that your receipt of Rs.1299/- & your free gift ( one laptop bag -- as committed by the executives of above outlet whose names are Mr.SOUVIK --[protected] & Mr.ARUP-- [protected] ) will be sent to you via courier service. gave fake gprs pack offer sms stating 63rs gprs with 2.5gb data
sir lam a tata docomo customer of tamilnadu [protected].l got a sms from tata c-care stating:Get Rs 63 pack and enjoy 2.5GB free internet usage valid for 30 days beyond free usage you will be charged at 10KB/10p.
On believing that l have activated the 63rs gprs pack using my main balance by dialing *198#.
But l got only 1Gb data after activation, l have requested customer care but no proper reply.
It is not my fault, l have activated the pack by believing the sms send by tata docomo cuscare.
Please provide me the promised data of 2.5 as stated by c-care sms.

cheating by sucking excess amount from the mobile account in 0.5 paise/seconds plan, chennai
TATA Docomo is taking every opportunity to cheat customers by way of
1. Charging one paisa extra although they claim 0.5 paisa / second. i.e. if your call time is 30 sec they will charge 16 paisa against 15 paisa as well as charge 17 paisa if your calling time is 31 seconds.
2. Charge 10 paisa at a particular intervals in a day i.e. 10 paisa X 10 times in a day if you insert ur card in a smart phone like Nokia E72.
3. charging 73 paisa for a 10 sec. call.
4. Charging 10 paisa/call if you call anyone even if the other party has never picks up the call.
5. They will call us from a +911 number and if we pickup, we hear a ring tone as if we call somone and when you cut they charge 60 to 90 paisa.
They will be changing their startegy between 1 to 5 on a day today basis and suck your money from your mobile card.
So all are requested to monitor the balance after every call and dial the balance (if the balance is Rs.120.46, dial 12046 and cut it as soon as possible to keep it remain in the dialled list)and report the cheating acts to the TRAI(as of now I feel it is only a rubber stamp organisation, not taking any action against the erring operators)apart from posting the same in complaints board.
