Incoming SMS on International roaming
My mobile number is [protected], and presently I am in Kuwait. I want to keep my DoCoMo number active, hence I do recharge frequently. My complaint is that I am not getting any incoming SMS which is sent from India.

tata docomo in belgium is not receiving sms

I've recently moved to Belgium and I find that my Tata DoCoMo (number [protected]) is catching network of its allied service provider "Proximus". However I am not receiving any of the SMS that has been sent to my base number. Please note, I haven't yet recharged with any of the special tariffs yet.
Kindly let me know the resolution to overcome this issue.

Dear sir,
My photon no [protected] is not being charged since 13th july. I have tried several times from my paytm as well as from my internet banking of icicibank but the same is not being charged and transactions are being reported as failed.
Neither their "service call centers are able to give any help in this regard,,. I used to get my above dongle charged for 1 g b or @ g b but the same is also not available on their site since I had not done any transactions from their site, so they are not entertaining my requests.

Last month we are requesting to plan change for internet facility to this number [protected]. But they are unblock my internet facility and didn't change my plan. Finally I got bill amount rs 1867/-. This not my mistake. It all are done by their customer care service executives. They are cheating us. So, friends don't buy tata docomo postpaid connection. My numbers: [protected], [protected]. I have been a customer of Tata photon plus (Photon no.[protected]) since 4 yrs and have been suffering from its poor service from the very first date. I had repeatedly called the customer care telling them about my problems. Only once a technician came to my home to check the problem and then later told that its all ok and I knew it very well how badly am suffering from its tortoise like speed. Second issue is the company offers you a plan and sends bill twice or thrice of it. Whatever services they promised they not fulfilled. I am getting less speed and paying more money to them. Tata Docomo cannot provide the offered speed and it is always getting disconnected, sometimes not getting connected at all. Speed is very pathetic, this is a total waste. If there is some urgent work I have to request a reload pack for Rs.350.Just imagine, paying 350 every alternate day. Tata Photon is the worst investment I have ever made. I have complained in the past and they told me that their system is showing good speed on my connection while I am not getting the same speed.

data pack irregularities
Hi Team,
I had around 800 MB of 3G data and a balance of 250 bucks in my number [protected]. After that I recharged my number with RS. 15 and added 75 MB 2 G data. in 2 days the 75 MB got consumed and post that all my balance was cleared up saying i had activated 2 G hence my 3G data pack has been removed and i am left with 12 bucks in 2 days. When i called the customer care they said this is the policy and didn't even registered a complain and for that call too the company is charging me and post that they are not ready to register any complaint which is completely insane. When i asked for supervisor details the customer representative asked me to call again at another time. This is not the kind of response i expect from a customer care guy. A;long with that why i was not notified when my 3 G data plan was revoked due to the new recharge atleast i would have managed to recharge again and saved some account balance of mine which too got lost due to the data pack getting over.

I had recieved a call from chandigarh from a tata docomo store offering me to port my airtel no. [protected] to tata docomo but i refused the proposal bcz i cant switch off my no for even one hour as all of my business takes place through calling but they promised me that they would deliver the sim within half hour of activation and my incoming wont be affected so on this condition i told them to port my no. to tata docomo. but it has been 5 days since my no has been ported i hvnt recieved my sim. all of my business has been affected badly and my no. is switch off from past 5 days. ffirstly they told me that sim has been courired but its since 5 days i hvnt recieved it ..i am totally out my mind at the moment nd want to register a consumer complaint in consumer forum against the pathetic company TATA docomo..

automatic vas services subscription
On my tata docomo no. Vas services are automatically activated. Even if mobile is kept in locked mode on table the service is activated. Today i made recharge of 100. Immediately after recharge buddy chat service is activated deducting rs. 50.
While i was explaining the issue to customer care, they say you have activated it seems like a magic to me. While taking to customer care live astro service is automatically activated. How did that happened? (I guess black magic from tata)
For activating service one need to dial 533013 or 543216, i never dialed these nos.In past year. So this is clearly cheating.
Tata is cheating with mobile users by activating vas services automatically.
There is no issue of 100 rs. But cheating is unacceptable and this has happened twice with me.

i ported form reliance cdma number [protected] to tata docomo on 26 october, at the time of porting, i was given information that on recharge of 57 i will be given 50 talk time and low calling rates for 2 months. But i only got 1 month low calling rates and no balance. I have called many time to complaint section and now they have say there is no such plan. To be clear by wasting 57 rs i have got nothing.
They automatically activated some ### in my number "what girls what". y the hell on earth would i want that activated. This is not the 1st time that is happen to me. I am using multiple phones/sim cards, one of Tata Docomo and one of Airtel. I have been a customer of Tata Docomo since last 3 years but it seems that they lack basic sense of how to handle a customer's request and . They were literally having no standards and not even educated I feel. Worst was that they were mannerless and lacking any discipline. I went to the franchisee to know various deals of the schemes available for the call charges. When I asked the receptionist, she was so busy with her phone that she didnt even talk to me properly and gave me a page which listed the packs which as handwritten. When I asked the difference in 2 packs which had similar configuration, she showed such an attitude that was impossible for anyone to bear. I felt humiliated. And after I asked gently once again, she said 'Bol to dia, kitni baar bolu'. The arrogance was over limit.I asked about the head of the office. She didnt replied. I had to shout at her then. I told to recharge my phone as I didnt wanted to create a scene. I come from a well educated family. These people attending customers looked like they came from some slums. Atleast their attituide was like that only.
This is to inform Tata Docomo's authorities that if you cant hire proper well educated people to attend the customers, please dont hire people at all. I am sure you guys have customers who are well educated and come from a reputed family. This was one of my worst experience. All these are just big names lacking commonsense of how to deal with a customer or show respect. After I left the shop unsatisfied, the girl and her colleague were laughing then inside. I might also populate the forums and other places where I can share views.
If I talk about Valsad area, in contrast to Tata Docomo, I have always been satisfied by the service provided by Airtel people. They are well behaved, dressed in uniforms and disciplined. Looking forward to make a number portability if nothing else.
docomo hesitated to activate my service
My Tata Docomo Number is ([protected]).Previously I have used this no in airtel and then i have ported out to docomo after my due amount and then i used in TATA DOCOMO service for more than one month.Suddenly my incoming was aborted and then i have contacted docomo customer care service then they told me that my previous airtel bill was not paid.so they aborted my incoming calls.And immediately i made my bill payment..I want to know that why the airtel interviened during my TATA DOCOMO usage after cleared my pending payments also why airtel and docomo hesitated to activate my service.If you given such kind of poor service then why you are conveyancing other network uses to TATA DOCOMO.If i have not recieved solution of activation of sim for the same number([protected]) within 24 hours then i wil take it up legally and will forward my experience with TATA DOCOMO in social networks...

Due to Tata Docomo SIM Card handset getting switch off automatically many time a day. Also handset battery not giving proper back up for Docomo SIM. If I replace the DOCOMO SIM with any other company SIM, Battery working fine.And giving proper backup. I have tested this with 3 handset.

I am scared now! Indeed, I would seek police protection as well.As she said that I will have to be guilty of me complaining against her.
