When ever i am inserting my docomo sim a message is displayed "sim card is rejected" my no is [protected]

Hi Aamir ehsan,

Kindly try the SIM card in another handset. If still problem persist then you need to purchase duplicate SIM from our SIM replacement center.

Dear Nayeem Reddy,

We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was switched off. We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in active status only. However, as you have mentioned that your SIM is not working. Hence, we request you to re-insert the SIM in any other handset and select network manually as Tata Docomo. If still face the concern, kindly visit any of the nearest Tata Docomo outlet along with the SIM for further assistance of your concern. Kindly note that, if there is any concern (fault) with the SIM, you can get the with the same number (Duplicate SIM) for Rs.49/- on submission of POA (proof of Address), POI(proof of Identity) along with one photograph at the Tata Docomo store. However the balance & validity will be carry forwarded and the duplicate SIM will be activated with in 3hrs.

We had requested to deactivate plan Internet 1500/- on 17/09/2007 to 121 the the SR No is [protected], but tata indicon billed for the same in the month of October. Again when we contacted it was told that we had not requested for the same. and again on 8/11/2007 we requested to deactivate the same under SR No [protected] and we were told that the same will be done on 12/11/2007. Today on 17/11/2007 on enquring from 121 we are told to lodge our request once again, the same is registered under SR No [protected]. I had a lengthy talk with Mr. Sunil Superviosr in Meerut and Mr Aswani Nodal Officer ([protected]). He talked very harshly .

If this the service of the Tata Brand you can well imagine other companies. So we advise everybody to surrender their TATA Indicom connection immediately so that the name of Tata does not get maligned. They Are frauds.

TATA DOCOMO, THIEVES AND PICK POCKETERS- NO DIFFERENCE.

SCAMMING MONEY, SCAM, BAD SERVICE
Tata Docomo is a fraud company. I have been using their SIM card since last four months and now during my visit back out of country, did not use for 2-3 weeks, All the balance drained. Again I recharged couple of 100 Rs, but to no avail, It did not appear and phone is still blocked, . Talked to dealer, customer service, they have no clues.

Beware TATA DOCOMO is scamming your money and recharge, it is very dangerous company. Besides they are technically very bad and in most of Bangalore, their signal is very poor.

These frauds must be avoided by all means. They just believe in taking away your money. and your phone will be barred and amount will disappear. In a matter of day I lost much of money after coming back from overseas.

TATA DOCOMO IS A SCAM, IT SUCKS, FULL OF THIEVES.

My docomo on is [protected]
i have ported my no before some days. Since porting, when i restart my phone it will not get signals for 2 to 3 min. After some time a message appears saying that 'sim updating' and all the singal vanish .
Signals will come back after 2 to 3 min.
My phone gets hang after this process.
I have issues a duplicate sim also but problem is still there.
I have also tried my brother's docomo sim in my phone and some other docomo sim also in my phone but they work very fine.
What should i do now?

i don't know why my tata docomo number [protected] has been rejected. Not only i lost my personal number but also i lost balance of more than 100 rupees. when i went to my nearest tata docomo office they said you might have done telemarketting. when i called 121 they also refused to re-activate the number. I am sorry to say you friends that tata docomo doesn't provide better services at all.

My Tata Docomo Number is ([protected]).Previously I have used this no in airtel postpaid and then i have ported out to docomo prepaid after cleared my due amount and then i used in TATA DOCOMO service for more than one month.Suddenly my incoming was aborted and then i have contacted docomo customer care service then they told me that my previous airtel bill was not paid.so they aborted my incoming calls.And immediately i made my bill payment..I want to know that why the airtel interviened during my TATA DOCOMO usage after cleared my pending payments also why airtel and docomo hesitated to activate my service.If you given such kind of poor service then why you are conveyancing other network uses to TATA DOCOMO.If i have not recieved solution of activation of sim for the same number([protected]) within 24 hours then i wil take it up legally and will forward my experience with TATA DOCOMO in social networks...

I have Tata Docomo No [protected] for internet services. I have recharge it on 03.12.13 but was unable to login. The co engineer gave report that the SIM card is faulty. I have undergone for change of the same, but the same is not being accepted in the company's system. Thereafter they gave me new DONGAL in exchange at concessional rates after lots of mails & correspondences. The same was not activated upto a week time and I was asked to pay the whole amt for new instrument whereas they have agreed to pay half the amount which I have paid. The new instrument has been taken back by the co. The new instruments at concessional rates were provided to other customers. The recharge done by me was not utilised eventhough on daily basis i was getting message of balance available in my account.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.
