How is it possible that I paid off my car loan on 12/5 and as of 8pm on 12/23 it still shows a balance when I check Experian? I still do not have a release of my title and get no help from your customer service when I call.

My name is Scott Benrube [protected]. My address is 11416 Leesville Rd. Raleigh, NC 27613.
My vehicle is a Ram 2018 purchased in January of 2021.

Desired outcome: Receive a contact from your company tomorrow, and have my title released immediately.
