System processed multiple orders (I only wanted one) Immediately went through their cancellation process within their time-frame only to be told it couldn't be cancelled.
At this point they appear to be a scam with no reasonable customer serviced and not being in the same country it is difficult to contact them in any way other than email. I also tried to contact them on Facebook and twitter but have received no reply.
I have attached copies of the orders and an example showing that the campaign does not finish till the 28th. Also an example email stating that due to it being finished they couldn't cancel.
Resolution : I would like a refund on all but one of the orders.
ghost in the shell poster
I received a poster about the time they said it would arrive (it was a preorder). It arrived and was of very low quality (mind you, it was a $36 poster). Also, the size was off, it was 36.5in instead of the 36" you normally receive so it would not fit any sort of frame.
I tried to call customer service about it but their line was "currently unavailable" and to call during business hours (it was 1:30pm on a Friday, well within their hours). When that did not work, I tried to file a claim through a form they have on their website. However, the barcode on the item I was given did not work so I could not submit the form. I then tried to e-mail customer service who sent me an auto e-mail telling me to fill out a claim, which I could not do. When I went to respond it did not go through, it just said I could not respond and to fill out a form.
I finally somehow stumbled on live chat support. They were able to at least submit a claim. I sent pictures of the item over and asked to get a refund as the quality was very low. I was told I would be getting a reprint and it would arrive in 7-14 business days (that equals to about 3-4 regular people weeks). I said that would not work and I needed a refund and they said since it is a customized item they don't do refunds. Currently I am trying to escalate to get my refund but they have stopped responding. Definitely cool stuff for sale but stay away, not worth the trouble.
ordered never got delivered
Ordered a tshirt as a gift for a friend on april 6 to be delivered to Istanbul, Turkey. As of today May 21, it has yet to arrive. My TeeChip Ticket #373465. I emailed them several times to ask where my order was but each time they either said It's on the way or that i should email them again at a later date. The order is still missing and no news of when I can expect delivery.
shirts don't fit
I ordered 3 different style shirts for Pulmonary Hypertension awareness. Two out of the 3 shirts were too tight on me. I wasn't given an Order number, and did not receive an order confirmation email at any time. I have tried to contact Tee Chip to no avail. I am stuck keeping these two shirts that I can't wear and can't use. I tried to email Tee Chip and you can't send an email without an order number. I tried calling the customer service number. When you push 3 (if you have a problem with an order) you have to enter in your order number to go any further, and if you push 0 (for the operator) it says Customer Service isn't available and that was at 11:30 AM, well within the business operating hours for a typical weekday. How do I get in touch with Tee Chip about possibly returning and being refunded for these 2 shirts (which were not cheap) if I can't get in touch with anyone anywhere at any time?! Will never buy from Tee Chip again even if it is for a charity close to my heart.

On 20 the 20th of january I ordered a sweater for my birthday which said queens are born on the 5th of march. Today is 9 may! Still have not received my order which I paid $40 for. I feel robbed. Asked for a refund and they refused. Everytime I ask what is happening nobody gives a straight answer. Do not ever buy from teechip! They are thieves!
tee shirt tank shirt
I originally ordered mug tee shirt and billowy tank from the vampire diaries called blood brothers since 1864 the mug came it's ok then the shirts came right sizes but distorted image on front. No order number which was needed to file complaint I also received my other tee shirt which said hello brother with a tank I didn't order. The light blue tee was good the tank had the correct images but wrong size. I kept trying to reach them the number is always not answered. Then I received an email that they were reprinting my order and the case is closed. I received a tee shirt in the wrong size and totally the wrong image. It was an order I received months ago about fairy dust and horses that's how I roll. Now I'm so pissed I still don't have the right stuff and they have all my money. Which is over a hundred dollars can I get help
I ordered a dear daughter mug on april 27th
I ordered a Dear Daughter mug on the 27th of April from Tee Chip.com off of Facebook . I received an email with a USPS tracking number on May 3rd saying they were waiting for the order . It was never sent to USPS . It still shows awaiting package . I was warned about them after I made my purchase and cancelled my card after they received their payment . Now I'm out the money I spent and have nothing to give my Daughter for Mother's Day .
To my surprise I received the cup I ordered yesterday . The writing looks like it will wash off and it isn't quite like it looked on Facebook, but at least I got something . I wont be ordering from them again .
It is so frustrating how they can just rob people of their money and get away with it. I want to take some sort of legal action against them. This is not right!

I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet ! They advertise on Facebook . I looked them up on the BBB and there were multiple complaints. I don't understand how people can scam other's with no remorse at all ! I'm through ordering online . Someone I don't know reached out to me on Facebook and said they made unauthorized charges on their card . I don't know if that's true or not but I immediately cancelled my card . They won't be getting anymore money from me . I wish I had used Pay Pal !
I was lucky enough to use PayPal for my purchase and have started a dispute. I ordered a mug on June 7th for a birthday present for my spouse.
I got an email saying it was shipped and then it sat at DHL for 3 weeks and I just called and it has somehow got sent back to the company. When you call the number they have listed, it tells you they don't have phone support.
This is a disgusting business practice and will make sure that no one I know ever orders from them.
I am sorry your order was not protected, but you may be able to file a dispute with your credit card company, considering how many complaints this company has on file, the credit card company may issue you a refund.

sizing on 3xl and 4xl t shirts
I ordered 2 tshirts in 3xl
I ordered them on March 23rd.
One says I can't my kids have dance
The other is Bates Motel
One I received just today May 5th
It took far too long to arrive and the sizing was way off. It doesn't fit.
I ordered the same size in the bates motel tshirt too. So that will be way too small as well. Still haven't received that one .
I looked at the sizing before ordering.
3xl sizing should have fit according to their measurements.
However the 3xl tshirts are way too small.
I would like a refund for both tshirts.

Teechip engages in unethical and deceptive behavior. In my case they advertise the product would ship in 3 to 5 days. It was ordered on 4/12 and as of 4/24 the status was still processing with the last update listed as 4/18.
On 4/21 I was concerned that I had not received this product so started checking on its status. On the order status page of their website they offer two methods of communicating with them, live chat or email. I first chose live chat well within their stated hours of operation. Over an hour later, when they were technically closed, there still was no response to my chat request.
I also used their email link which offered preset options, one of which was order status and another was other. There was an advisory stating that it would take up to three to five days for a response to Other.
I chose order status and later in the day received an email stating my order was Processing. This email offered the option of replying with a free form response which I did. I then received and auto reply directing me back to the original email link which only offered the same pre-chosen choices as before.
On 4/24 I checked the order status and found the latest update was still 4/18 processing. I then notified my credit card carrier that I was disputing the order as a means of cancelling the order.
During this waiting period I attempted to call Teechip, which was met with more unacceptable resistance. During the automatic answering segment, which requested I either tap in or say my order number, I repeatedly got a voice recording saying my order number, which alternately quoted either the first 5 numbers of the order or the last 2 of the order, was not a valid order number. I received this response irregardless of the method I used of entering the order. I never was able to get past this order number prompt.
On 4/28, 16 days after I had placed the order, I received an email advising my order had shipped This is a far cry from the advertised 3-5 day shipping statement in the advertisement for the product which was also present in the confirmation email I received after ordering the product. I do not know if this was in response to my disputing the charge with my credit card carrier or not. On 5/2 the order did arrive.

I ordered a "Never underestimate the power of an old man who graduated from Virginia Tech" shirt. I received an Australian themed sweatshirt. I called their support phone number which directs you to put in the order number and they send a link. I live chatted (from their website) with someone who also said she would submit claim. I got an email asking me to send a picture and explanation. I did and then they said that it was sent to wrong department (REALLY; sent it to link I was sent and anyway, THEY couldn't just forward it?) Sent the picture again and I have heard nothing back. Now the live chat is removed from their website so can't even do that. They aren't responding to emails, their phone line directs to send email, and no live chat--how convenient for them! I had asked the live chat person why you couldn't talk with someone on the phone and she said that they were upgrading it; I seriously doubt it. This is EXTREMELY poor customer service and I am very upset as this was to be a gift!

I am getting very frustrated with this emailing. I have received an email claiming that my item had been delivered however I have not received it. I dont know where it is and I am getting very upset with this. I ordered an LGBT iPhone 7Plus phone case back on March 15, 2017 on Facebook from TeeChip and paid almost $25.00 for it and it is now April 24, 2017 and I haven't received anything yet... I have been in contact with Facebook notifying them that this site is a scam and I have tried on several occasions to call customer service and have not gotten an answer at all.

We ordered this poster but when it arrived it was an empty tube with one end no plastic. We have called for weeks your phone number [protected] and no one answers. We contacted the post office 3 times and went into the post office. No help any where.

I ordered a Tshirt called Queens are born in June, April 1 2017...as of April 20 2017 I have heard nothing, go check my order status and it says printing, I called and no one answered but directed to send a email which I didnt, it said Oh we are sorry but in a gesture of goodwill we will refund you HALF the amount...my total mount was 30.17$...I said uhhh no I want a refund, I never received the shirt...heard nothing my card was never credited...so I called my credit card company and they are pursuing it as fraud I was refunded by my card company, and to late ...once I google this farce of a company..looks like THOUSANDS have been scammed..reporting its Facebook page
queens are born in july tank from teechip
I received a damaged tank from teechip. The ink from the letters "Queens are born in July" ran through the tshirt and it looks terrible. The quality of the print is terrible as well. I'm extremely disappointed not only receiving a damaged product however customer service is impossible to get a hold of it's ridiculous. I've tried email, phoning and the supposed "chat" that is referred to in the teechip voicemail which is non existent ...
teeshirts are not the size they say they are.
I received my Tee shirt "Weekend Forecast, with a chance of chocolate". It was suppose to be an extra large, it looks like a medium. It is too tight. There was no paperwork in the order. I do not have the order number. I do have the reference # and tracking number from USPS. When ever I try to fill out a claim form it asks for the order number, I do not have the order number so I can't file the claim. No live person to talk to on the phone when I've called. All I want to do is return this shirt and get a bigger size. One that fits!
still haven't received my order almost been 30 days
I odered a-tshirt on 3/20/17 and still have not received the order. I can not cancel the order which is ridiculous because it hasn't been shipped. It's been processing for about 27 days now. This company and website is a joke and I'm going to notify facebook to have them stop promoting on their site! Ordered a "50 years of being awesome" hoodie & tee on FB. The only thing it had me choose was type, size & color, which I did. Nowhere did it specify month. I never received an email stating my order was processed or when it would be mailed. Received my order, no order information enclosed & it says July. My birthday is in October. I have tried repeatedly to reach someone to assist in correcting the issue but the phone assistance is always down. I finally received an email response, asking for my order #, which I don't have, as I didn't get anything with my order. They were not able to find any info on my order with the info I was able to provide. Still trying to get it corrected. Your assistance is appreciated.

I tried to send email but was difficult to find tracking number and identification numbers but system kept saying number was incorrect.
