Teleflora review: Flowers ordered 11/12/23

I ordered flowers to a dear friend who had surgery to be delivered 11/12/23. Teleflora gave the option to deliver on 11/12/23 and charged service fee for same day delivery. I checked all day and there was no delivery. They never sent me any notification that they would not be able to deliver the flowers on Sunday, if I did not follow up they probably never would have notified me. I called early this morning to be informed as yesterday was Sunday there were no florist to deliver on Sunday. Knowing that they still falsely advertised and gave the option for a Sunday delivery that is fraud. You should not give the option if you cannot deliver. There were sites I went to and showed that Sunday delivery was not an option, they gave it as an option and they did not deliver. I would not have ordered if they did not show it as an option. I am very upset as this person who was to receive the flowers is very dear to me and its like I don't care about her. Do not use them as they are not reliable at all.
