poor service
I requested crackers with my salad 4 times and the crackers were brought to me after I had eaten the salad and the entree was served. Shyanne was delayed in refilling our teas as we had to ask multiple times for refills. We were not offered the chance to order desert nor drinks to go. Food was hot and good. I spoke with the manager regarding my concerns for the poor service and I felt as if she heard me but did not really listen to me. We visit this restaurant located at 11111 E 71st St in Tulsa, Ok monthly and sometimes more frequently for business meetings. My name is Sandra Wagner. Sunday, June 2, 2019 in Tampa, Fl., I visited Texas Roadhouse across from VA hospital where I was visiting my ill son. I was extremely tired and hungry. I was expecting a great dining experience there. Hostess greeted me and as I was being seated, she told me that their bread was almost ready to come out of the oven and would be served to me shortly. I sat down and ordered a Martini. It came with small salad olives floating loosely around the glass. Not on a small skewer. One olive was missing a pimento. I dug around in the glasse to retrieve the olives. Not even chilled. Next my salad was served with mostly white pieces of veined lettuce at room temperature. Still no bread. 6 oz filet was ordered medium well. Came looking a sirloin and cooked well-done and hard. Baked potato came with bacon and sour cream on it, which I ordered. As sour cream reached a higher temperature because the potato was hot, it began to get foamy. I ate it because I was hungry. No bread. Never got bread. I asked as I was signing the card. Where's the bread? Server said "well you can get it to go". I said no thank you. This took place in the evening about 7:30 pm. There wasn't a large crowd. We're a few empty tables. This is the first time I've ever written about a restaurant 's horrible service and product from beginning to end. I'll never darken the doorway again at your establishment. Sincerely, Susan Bateh. Hunter seemed to be very upset when my husband wanted to look at the menu and asked her to give us about 10min. Rolled her eyes every time he raised his glass for another beer, when she brought it to the table she slid it across the table more than once. When she did come to the table we would say thank you and never once heard her say you're welcome. We probably will never go back

I went there last Sunday to eat for lunch with my friends, and the total of my balance was 163 and they took out of my credit card 200.00 so I don't know what Happened, next day when I go to check my credit card account i saw the balance of 200 on my card ! Next day I called the restaurant and I talk with somebody ant they told me they cant refund my 37 dollars, is not fail because I just spend 163 no 200.00 I want my 37 dollars back please and thanks . Of ribs. And my date ordered steak kabobs. It took 45 minutes to get our salads. And when our food arrived. The food was cold. We told them that our food was cold. And they took it back
To the kitchen. And the manager. Came back with our plates. And she didn't even know the table numbers. The manager asked the people next to us how there service was. And they told them. That there food was cold as well. And the manager didn't seem to make it right in any way.

I took my wife to the roadhouse in Aberdeen, NC. We got bacon bits on her salad. The bits were hard and we told the waitress and she told a manager. The manager spoke with us and told us she would remove from our ticket. It did not happen.
The sirloin I had was not good, it was tough. By that time we just assumed it a bad night.
My ticket number was 20003. My server was Laura. The date was 4/24/2019, the time was 4:51pm. Bill total was 28.86.

I am complaining about my whole dining experience at texas roadhouse in cranston, ri on 4/13/2019.
My family & I arrived there at 5:15 pm and was told by one of the young ladies at the desk that it would be 20 minutes before we were seated. It was 5:40 pm and we were directed to the back of the restaurant to a half table, half booth. There were some tables behind my chair and booths on both sides of our table along the walls. Sitting in one of the booths to my left was a young couple with 2 small children. One of the children was sitting in her stroller which was between our table and the booth. Because of the stroller being there, we had no way to get out if there was ever a fire. Our server took our order after 15 minutes of waiting. We waited over a half hour before we got our food which was cold.in the meantime before we got our food, there was a large group of people, so the server push the table that was behind my chair up against the booth next to it. Now I was really worried because between the stroller blocking the aisle next to our table, now the aisle behind my chair was also being blocked. I asked our server to speak to the manager, but he never came over, instead he sent someone else and so I told her they need to move that table so there is an aisle to pass through in case we had to leave. Her answer was "we can move you to another table". I was like you have to be kidding me since we just got our food and we had been sitting there already. She should have moved those people to a bigger table somewhere else, but she just ignored us and walked away. When the young couple with the children and stroller were leaving, both me and my husband had to get up from our chairs, move our chairs out of the way and we had to move out of the way. Also, when the person who cleared off the tables, sprayed the tables before he wiped them down. The bottle of cleaner sprayed all over. They need to use a damp cloth and not a spray bottle with chemicals in it because when you spray the bottle, it gets all over everything, not only the table. I am allergic to these spray cleaners and I don't want it all over my food or in my nose and eyes. I also placed an order to go of a whole rack of baby back ribs with 2 sides. I asked for some extra bbq sauce on the side. When I got the ribs home, there was no extra bbq sauce on the side like I asked. The bill was over $70.00 and they were the worse meals we had ever had and the worse service. I want to know why the manager didn't come to our table when I asked to speak to him instead of him sending over a server who was useless and rude. Another thing, when I called corporate, I asked to speak to the regional manager for the rhode island restaurants, instead I was given to a guest relations person. What is it with this place, you ask to speak to management and they give you a server or guest relations person. This is not acceptable. I don't like to keep repeating myself over and over again! I was told by the guest relations person that the manager for the restaurant I am complaining about will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. I won't hold my breathe, since the manager didn't come to our table when I asked for him in the first place. I want a full refund of $70.10!

Why on earth should you get a full refund. You ate the food so pay for the food. IF you cannot afford to pay for the food then do not eat there. Cook at home. Visit a soup kitchen. On another review you accused someone who has positive feed back of working there and making the place look. The other night I decided to go to one of my favorite places on route 9 in Poughkeepsie to eat. Normally everything is amazing - the food, the service, the vibe, etc. But my last visit I saw an encounter where one of the new female mangers were bad talking one of the employees right in the middle of the restaurant, I was taken back and shocked. A couple minutes later that employee came up to her with a question for one of her tables and this manager rolled her eyes at the employee and gave her attitude for no reason, (and honestly even if the server really messed up the way this manager handled the situation was just sad, rude and unprofessional) so, again completely shocked. I've been coming to this location since it opened and I'm honestly sad to see this new manager act the way she did. It's definitely not kind service I feel Texas Roadhouse Poughkeepsie is known for. I feel so poorly for that employee and if she did that to one I can't imagine how she treats the rest of the staff. She then ended up visiting my husband and I and even the way she talked to us was just unpleasant and unprofessional. My husband had a question about how his dinner was cooked and what kind of seasoning was used, she kept saying she didn't know and gave the body language like we were bothering her. Again we've been to this restaurant a lot and I love most of this locations staff and management team but after seeing what I saw, I honestly am just heart broken if it wasn't for the rest of the amazing staff I wouldn't come back no matter how good their food is.

When this host was given the slip to take me back she rolled her eyes, and I told her my husband John wanted to pick out a steak and she had rolled her eyes for a second time. She had a very bad attitude and did not speak taking me back to my table. When I had asked for her name, it was Katie. This is the first time out the many times coming to Texas Roadhouse I have seen this kind of behavior by an employee.

My story,
This pertains to the Willoughby Texas Roadhouse in Ohio 44094. AT around 2;00pm 3/3/19 I ordered two meals with a birthday appetizer. I stated to the person taking the order that I wanted to pick it up at 4;40pm which he wrote down on the ticket and took it and dropped off in the kitchen. I arrived back at the restaurant at 4;35pm. He looked for my order under the desk at it wasn't available. He then went back into the kitchen coming out and telling 10 more minutes. I asked if they just started my order and he stated no but I knew in my mind they didn't start it till he went back and told them. Well 4;50 came around and it still wasn't done. I stated to him that because of the crowd, that's why I ordered at 2;00pm. He stated that it was to be ready at 4;45pm. THEN why did he write 4;40pm on the ticket order. Lie number one which I let go plus that statement of 10 min was to appease me. I HATE being lied to and appeased. Well fininally I asked for the manager. Confronting her she told me that she put the order in at 4;40pm. So the kid lied. Also she told me that 4;40pm which was on the ticket is when I wanted it started. I DON'T think so! I told her if that was the case then why didn't she tell me to come when it was ready at 5;00pm.. She stated it was a communication error. I told her on your part it was a communication error.in the end I didn't get out of there till 5;05pm plus she didn't even try to correct the error in some way. Also, when the meals were eaten the chicken was tough and not cooked all the way because of a rush job. The Salmon was good, I must say that. Anyways, I was lied to, appeased, and their efficiency and communication caused for a bad taste and bad meal in regards to the chicken dinner that cost close to 15 dollars. Bad service. I'm very understanding but definitely NOT THIS TIME. If this is the way it's going to be then Long Horn is my next alternitive. I do and have always enjoyed TEXAS Roadhouse. How unfortunate! on 01/25/2019 went to the grandville michigan location we had a birthday party there all was going great, however the server Emily was indeed rude and very pushy for our party to pay and to leave . i was not very impressed . the wife and i have ate there several times before and no issues tonight not so much .
There is a server there ( Salice ) who was training a young gentleman his name slips my mind but however they were very professional . Salice was joking a little bit but still kept her mind on her job . both of them are OUTSTANDING .

Ordered bbq chicken plate and a 11oz sirloin medium well (very little pink) got a rare steak very red and bloody I couldn't eat it all because the taste wasn't the same as it usual is when I purchase this. Live 30 mins away so wasn't like I was coming back after just getting home. It wasn't not enjoyable and felt it was a waste of money for me was disappointing

My family and I have been going to this same location for YEARS! We've given them chance after chance to improve on what they are lacking. Today was the last straw! They have young teenagers at the greeter station that have such horrible attitudes, very unprofessional and extremely immature. My party and I waited 5min standing at the area where they ask how many in your party while their backs were turned playing with each others hair. Then one goes to roll her eyes (Melanie) as the other was finally asking us how many. Then we were skipped several times while waiting to be seated. After all of that headache, the management was HORRIBLE! She refused to take care of the issue and sided with the children. We were seated in the over 21 area, and I had a teenager with me. We were offered free appetizer from the bar staff where we were placed in the beginning and the management said NO without any hesitation. Then our meal came out incorrect, and management refused to come to our table to discuss this issue. Never again and I will make sure my family and friends do NOT attend this location. My family and I were treated so terribly.

Hi, we rarely ever ever complain about anything but tonight we ordered carry out and received a sirloin that was completely pink inside and he ordered medium but this sirloin was cold and we were there on time to pick up our order. It had so much blood dripping out of it that he couldn't eat it and we used our Christmas gift card on this meal and are very disappointed. We ordered the potato skins appetizer and they were cold already when we picked them up. We usually love Texas Roadhouse but this was very disappointing.

First of all I have been going to Texas Roadhouse since they first opened there doors up in Clarksville Indiana, then we had one open in my hometown of Columbus Indiana. I have never and I truly do mean never complained one time since my very first visit! Of course not every visit was perfect, but things have always been handled so professionally and very customer service oriented. You can ask all my friends and people who know me, that if you ask me what my favorite restaurant is I have ALWAYS been very clear "Texas Roadhouse " then I go into detail of why it's my favorite, by listing the many reasons such as the food, the service and so on. Then I proceed to tell them they have to go and try it out! And I'm not just saying this, just this year I received several gift cards from my family and friends. Now I say all that to say, a few years I relocated to South Florida, and just a couple years back they finely put in a new one in Boynton Beach Fl, then I was so happy! Till tonight when we entered the restaurant I approached the server station and let them know we had 5 in our party and 3 of them were handicapped and we could not use a booth and could you please seat us in one of the back tables with chairs? The hostess replied no I'm sorry but we can push a 2 top to the end of the booth, and I replied unfortunately that would not work because out of 5 only 2 can even get in the booth. So I then replied if you could just put a few of the tables in the back together, which is what they have done in the past, she replied "well no because we dont even know if those tables are open and then we would have to like push the tables together, so it would take a while, I proceed to say that's ok we will wait, she said well your going to have to talk to the manager, so he walks up and says, I'm sorry if they have put the tables together in the past but we no longer allow it because the fire marshal will not let us. I just stood in complete silence, thinking well someone is going to try to help us find out a solution but they did not even acknowledge me again, then I just said ok...I guess we are leaving, the manager then replied "ok thanks" Ok I then proceed to go outside and call corporate to inform them what had just happened, the representative took my statement and said she was sorry and would make sure that she sends an email out to the upper management of that store for they can contact me to resolve the issue, and make sure they do everything they can to insure this does not happen again. Well as embarrassing as it was and we really could not go anywhere else at this point, we went ahead in and had them seat us, not it took the one family member over 5min to get in the booth because he is on a walker and the other person has only one leg so she was in tears by the time she got in the booth then the other has some physical issues and she has gained weight and she could barely get in the booth and once she was it was so tight she was uncomfortable the entire time, now mind you we had planned this trip for over 2 weeks and we had all got together for the Holidays, and decided on the roadhouse because again it used to be my favorite place to go out, I say that because all of that had really been put to the side because of how uncomfortable we all were. Then to make it even better my phone begins to ring and it says it's the Boynton Roadhouse that we are sitting in, so I did not want to make our night any worse so i did not answer, but after dinner i did listen to this awful voicemail that was left from the manager of the very store we are sitting in. I was completely amazed when I began to listen to what this manager was leaving on my voicemail, and he made it VERY clear that I apparently made a complaint to corporate about an issue you had with the Boynton Beach store, and just to let you know that is my store and I get all the emails from corporate, and it just went on and I have a copy of the voice mail, not one word was spoken about what the issue was, or I'm sorry you had a bad experience, nothing other than he is going to let me know who he is, and done in a very aggressive tone. The sad truth to all of this is now that I see this is how they handle issues in there location, then there will be no need for any further conversations because I will not have a place of bussiness leave me a very defensive message and then want me to return the call for they can tell me that they handled everything correctly, and that really the only reason he even called me was to let me know he was right. So unfortunately me and my family will no longer be a customer of Texas Roadhouse, and I'm clear by the tone of the message left for me by this manager, they will not be concerned at all about not coming back, and probably will smile that they accomplished something!
Thanks for allowing me to post this, I know it will not make a difference on there part, but hopefully others see this and understand that if they can do this to me and my family they will also do it to yours!
