I bought a Hugo couch with extended warranty (https://www.thebrick.com/products/hugo-genuine-leather-power-reclining-sofa-brown), after 4 years the leather was faded to a light color on the seats. We filed a claim on the warranty, the repairman came over and ordered the leather for the seats, few months later he came over to install them and said he couldn't install them they don't match the back so he ordered the leather for the back. long story short, over a year later the couch still wasn't fixed. We called to have the couch replaced under the advice of the repairman, The Brick told me the couch was discontinued ( I have the letter ) and gave me 2200$ for a 4000$ couch so they sell me a new couch and had to pay 1200$ (so basically even with the 1200$ extra, it was still less money than the original couch) . When I got home I opened The Brick flyer and what do I see? my apparently discontinued couch, so I went back and cancelled the new couch and demanded a replacement for my couch, 2 Months later they show up to deliver my couch and the delivery man asks me to go outside to smoke, I'M IN MY HOME ! I couldn't believe it, telling me to go outside.
he left without delivering the couch. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THE BRICK !
