ups store 5142
I went to this store yesterday at 2:10 PM to have something printed. There were two employees there at the time. I needed two copies of a photo I emailed to the store. (Please excuse the race reference but I have no other way of identifying the person who I had a problem with.) The employee who was white unsuccessfully tried to get my photo to print but was unable to. While I waited for at least 25 minutes, the only information I could get was that another employee had to come help her with the problem. She didn't say how long this might take. She was helping other customers and I did not want to interrupt too often. Finally, after close to half an hour, I asked if I could just get a refund for the two copies I had already paid for and she said she couldn't issue a refund until another employee came. I left.
I understand that things can go wrong and wouldn't have even had a problem with waiting so long if she had either volunteered some information during that time or had at least been a bit apologetic when I had been there for so long and couldn't even get a refund. I will travel further to another UPS store but never go to this store again.
I just wanted to let you know in case you also feel an employee should apologize if a customer has been kept waiting so long regardless of whether it was her fault or not.

On ll April I mailed a personal item which was lost after being mailed by the Fort Bragg, NC UPS store. . As instructed by UPS I filed a complain with the back in April for the amount of the shipment which was approved. The owner of the Fort Bragg UPS store continually tells his workers to tell me to come in on specific dates to pick up the check. I hate to say this but it is all a lie. He never leaves the check and the workers, through no fault of their own, continue to tell me to come in on specific dates to pick up the check which the owner never leaves.
The money is not important to me. BUT I WANT TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE WONER OF THE FORT BRAGG, NC UPS STORE AND I EXPECT YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
In my humble opinion, a lier should not be running a UPS store.
Also every time I called your cooperate number whoever answered would transfer me back to a customer service operator who did not have the authority to handle complaints. That is also not a way to treat customers. I expect feedback to this email.
rude and careless cashier
Entered the store at 9am and was the only customer. Staff Eryn opened my overly secured box to see if my fragiles were packed securely (which they were). Eryn was moving extremely slow . She told me she would have to add more bubble wrap to my package, so she took my box and placed it to the side to take other customers that came in after me. Meanwhile, I have to wait for her to take the next three customers. I asked her to just tape the box back up because I had to go and I wanted to make sure my box was secure before I left. She took too long so I left. After returning to my car I decided to go back in because I didn't get insurance on my package and I didn't want my items to come out of the box. When I returned my box is still sitting on the counter opened. I asked if they could give me my box and I will tape it up and just send the package. The girl which I believe was Eryn went in the back (I guess looking for bubble wrap) she didn't say an appeared to have an attitude at this time. Eryn took a while in the back and when she came back she had large bubble wrap. Moving slowly seemingly on purpose, Eryn proceeded to take my items out and wrap them, after the second item you could tell that the items were now too big to fit in the box. Again, I asked her to nicely to just tape the box back up so that I could go. Eryn put one piece of tape on a box that probably weighed 20 lbs. At this point I loss my cool and told here she could do better than that. I had to go and walked out at 9:20am. I paid $40.00 for terrible service and my items might come out of the box. Below is a picture of the top of the box were she put one piece of tape.

The owner, was very rude and unprofessional to me and other customers standing in line.
The store was flithy, there was a live roach crawling up the wall. And wires yand cables lying around all over the floors...
I will never use that UPS store again. It will be worth the drive to go across town to the other store.
Very disappointed...
packages being switched and given to other customers where "come up missing"
This is concerning Store # 0920 at 2063 Main Street Oakley, CA 94561. My problem started June 4, 2018 when my pkg was left at their front desk.
I had a package that was delivered on June 4, 2018. It said according to the tracking # that it was left at the front desk. The manager "looked for my package" and said that it was not there. I got the story that they had been receiving other peoples mail, and that was probably what happened. Well, this Mon (June 28th), I received a phone call that my pkg was switched with another customer. This was pertaining to another package. The one that they gave us, they had covered up the shippers label with theirs, so we didn't know it wasn't ours when we opened it. Also, it was from Amazon, which we frequently shop there. The item that was inside was something that we would order. My husband thought that I ordered it, and visa versa. As it turned out, the other customer had received my very expensive vitamins that I ordered. Thankfully she was honest! However, this got me to thinking that they had given my 1st missing package to someone else. After calling USPS and being told they could not track where it was scanned in, I went there myself today to be given the paperwork showing that my missing package was scanned right outside of their store! The mgr continued to tell me that it did not prove that it was taken inside. Well, it doesn't prove that it wasn't given to another customer either. Also, USPS told me that it was scanned right outside of their store. They had latitude and longitude with map that they printed out for me. Why would they scan it and then turn around and take it somewhere else? Makes no sense. All that I got from the mgr was it was simply not there. I had to tell her to call all of her customers to ask if they had received a priority mail pkg that wasn't theres. Which I shouldn't have had to do! She should have immediately volunteered to do that! Then I asked for her to have the owner of the store call me. She told me that he probably wouldn't call me. Not sure if it's him or she wasn't going to relay the message. However, no phone call! I went in late this evening to pick up another package that had arrived, she never said one word to me! Not even to let me know that she was working on my issue! This is my pkg! How would she feel if it was hers! I can't get this back! They obviously have an issue! When I was in the store last night to return the other customers pkg and get my 2nd pkg that was given to someone else, the kid working there told me that he pretty much knew who did that. There's obviously a problem there! They need to make sure to their best that their customers receive their pkgs! Mistakes happen, I understand, but this is the 2nd one with just me in less than a month! How many other items have been misplaced with them? And when a mistake is made, you go out of your way as a business to make sure that it's resolved! Sure, I was told today that they simply don't have the pkg there. Well, sure they wouldn't, if it was given to someone else! And now after what happened with the latest pkg, I can't be too sure that didn't happen! And it shouldn't have been me telling her to call every single customer. That should have been something that Christine volunteered herself to do! I have one more pkg arriving and then I will be switching to another store! I simply can not trust them any more!
guaranteed overnight mail
On March 14, 2018 I went into the UPS store on 49th St North in Pinellas Park Florida to send off documents for a closing on a house. I was guaranteed that it would be received overnight or a complete refund would be issued. Unfortunately the documents were not received in a timely manner as promised and after a trace was done I was told the documents were delayed in transporting.
It is now June 17, 2018 and I'm still trying to get my refund.
I've been told, "we're under new management, " then I've been told " Oh they sent us the check but it was the wrong amount and we had to send it back" now I'm being told " oh we show you received the check and cashed it'". I request a copy of the check and received a photo copy of s check with someone's signature on it. No bank coding or validation on the check. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT HEAR! And no one seems to care.
David the acting manager said " Well we are no longer UPS store, it's out of our hands"
PLEASE resolve this issue. I'm having to beg for a refund owed me due to no error of my own but at great inconvenience to me as the customer and the staff does not seem at all concerned about customer satisfaction or the professionalism that's due a customer.

delivery driver delivered packages to driveway
Ups packages, 1z2e24f10380151314 and 1z2e24f10380122953 were delivered on the driveway and not on my porch as specified in my delivery instructions. My ups my choice clearly states all packages to be delivered to the deck. I have called about this problem on another occasion. These were items purchased at target for ups ground delivery.

I walked into his store and asked to have a title notarized. The lady went and told the guy at his desk what I neede. The guy walked up and I said I need my signature notarized on my title. I handed him the title and he looked it over and asked for my id. I handed it to him and he then gave back my id and said go ahead and sign the title. I printed my name and signed it and gave it back to him. He then asked where is the buyer. I said was not there and showed him on the title where it states that the notary if for the sellers signature only. He said I need the buyer and his id to verify. I again said no it states that the noatary is for the sellers signature only. He said he would not sign it. I told him he was wrong and he said he would not sign it. I told him he was stupid for not telling me that and having me sign it. I went to another notary and she told me she could not notarize it because it was already signed. She said go back to the ups store and explain to him that he witnessed the signature so he needed to notarize it that she could not. I went back and asked the lady to talk to the guy I talked to earlier. He came up and I said the other notary said she could not verify it because she did not witness me sign it. That as it states on the title it is for the sellers signature only not the buyer. He said he would not sign it. I asked him if he was the manager and he said not only is he the manager but he was the owner. I told him that he was a stupid [censored] for not knowing how to notarize a title and that he ruined my title because he had me sign it plus he had me sign the log book then tells me he won't sign it. As I was walking out the door he yelled as loud as he could and told me to suck his [censored]. I opened the front door back up and said what and he again told me to suck his [censored]. I told him that I can't believe he would tell one of your customers that and to have no respect for the female employee that was present. I'm not only in shock that a ups owner would say that to a customer but am also worried that a person that losses control like that has my address and phone number. I had to tell my kids not to answer the door and keep everything locked up. I take this matter very seriously and am reaching out to not only ups but other routes also in the local area from the chamber of commerce, the state in charge of notary and safety steps I must take.

employees arguing with me
Your store had a sign in it - front counter (recently removed when I complained) that said, "THIS IS YOUR ADRESS: 2500 MURFREESBORO RD SUITE#105 NASHVILLE, TN 37217. The picture of the sign on the counter is on my Facebook page, and so are all the emails I'm getting that tell me "I'm wrong and the employees are right"
Terrible. I have a valid complaint and issue that you should be working to resolve - but I'm getting "our employees are right and you are wrong" instead - what about the sign? Was I not suppose to read the sign and use that as my address like the sign says?
I'm not getting all of my mail (some of it I am) - your employees are telling me the address isn't correct so my mail is possibly being returned (they aren't exactly saying what's happening to my mail but they are saying it isn't their fault - it's the post office. ) Customer service rule #1 - always tell the customer "it isn't our fault" even when it is lol)
Anyhow, I'm being told (despite the sign I took a picture of when I started my complaints) that my address is not what the sign says - it has to have my box #.
So, I have reviewed the contract I signed and it does say that I have to have a box # - but the sign that was in your store says otherwise.
That's not right. At the very least it's false advertising. I have posted my issue on various websites and on my Facebook page - with the picture of the sign that has now been removed from the store.
Why I can't get an apology and a solution to my problem - I don't know. I guess telling your customer that they are wrong is a better solution? I'm not wrong about the sign, I have a picture of it on your counter on my Facebook page lol.
After all, the problem was created by the sign you had on your counter - not by me.
I'm being told my mail is possibly being returned by the post office - which is not true. None of my customers got their cancelled checks back - they are just missing.
I'm working on taking my business elsewhere and also letting everyone know what you did to me. It's not right. The issue is just an issue - but the way it is being handled speaks volumes as to how you treat customers. All I have is my voice - and I am using it.
Thanks!
new york and company drop off lost
I dropped my items off at the UPS in Chester, MD somewhere around May 17-20 (Not sure of the exact date). Just last night I checked my bill and found that my merchandise had not been returned. I called UPS office in Chester, MD and Jasmine was very pleasant. She indicated that she would forward my concerns to the manager. Well, I wasn't satisfied really considering I have 500.00 worth of items missing. I called the customer service number listed for UPS and was immediately told to call someone at the corporate office. So I speak with a gentleman name Mr. Alejancro who seemed to be a little p'terd with me during the phone conversation. I felt that I have a right to be frustrated. There was no verbal use exchanged. So he says that they will do an investigation. I have never experienced this kind of mess before in my life. I have a lot of concerns about this issue not being resolved because I have been passed down to so many people today. Mr. Alejancro was short with me and I did not appreciate it. I don't have 500.00 to throw away. I am very upset and will continue to be upset until my package is located. I did not feel the genuine concern and I will continue to reach out to additional persons until my matter has been resolved.

non allowed debiting credit card / after full payment upfront and delivery, additional fees were debited without authorisation
UPS charged 5% after the documents were delivered based upon policy changes that go into effect on June 4th. I demand cancellation of these excess charges based upon the fact that this is or racketeering or fraud, as you had access to my card and took advantage of this to illegally take extra funds. The amount does not count, the action does. This is stealing. I will get this change back, even if it means to go to small claims court.
If I had paid in cash at a ups store this would not have happened and it is - to my limited knowledge - not allowed to take funds out of someone else
s account without their explicit agreement. My decision to go with ups was based upon the upfront fee paid and no future changes in policies may alter that. As stated before, it is fraud.
All carriers will charge you extra if you put the wrong weight and dimensions. Stop being so ignorant. There is no such thing as an upfront fee. It isn't fraud and being dramatic won't get you anywhere with UPS. Just let it go as a lesson learned.
ups store employee
AT&T U-verse gave me instructions to return a defective cable box in the box that the new one came in. They instructed me to put all the parts in the box and to put the return lable on the box over the old one and take it to the UPS store. I did. When I took it in the woman took the box and handed me a receipt. I told her I needed a small piece of tape to secure the box and she said that it would cost me $1.00 . I told her I did not want to pay a doller and that I would use a small piece of the receipt that she gave. She looked at it again and took the receipt out of my hand and said she could not take the box. I told her that I put it in the box per instructions from AT&T. Again she said we cannot take that box so she opened the box and said we cannot take that box. Then she wanted an account number and I explained to her again that this is what AT&T told me to do. Again she told me she cannot take the box. She took the equipment out of the box and shoved the box at me and said here. I said could you just throw it away and again she said we cannot take that box. That woman was rude, never smiled and never said thank you. She seemed mad at me because I had that box. She definitely should not be interacting with customers. She also seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but there at the UPS Store. Her name was Charlotte
Some people dream of being a villanous character out of a movie when interacting with customers...yep villains are real gulp
customer service
My complaint is towards the older fellow behind the counter @ UPS store 5603 in East Meadow, NY
His customer service skills are below average to say the least. He was not outright rude. But, he certainly seemed disinterested and impatiernt in assisting me with printing a label for a package I wanted to return . He ultimately walked away, going to the back of the store (never to return), leaving me to wait for his coworker (who was assisting others). Suffice it to say, I left the store with my package in hand!
I wondered if this poor attitude could be the reason there were only 2 customers in the store, unlike the Laurelton Queens store (my usual location), where it is always busy, but the staff is cordial and efficient.
delivery
Tracking number 1Z97147V0210925128 no delivered. No communications whatsoever.Another tracking number 1Z9714V0310925126 no idea. I did not received any alert about the delivery issues. Help me get my package back! This people never contact the destination person. They do not care. I really hate UPS! How many times do UPS need to deliver the same person to remember the address. This is not the first time. I do hate UPS. I herb sent me the package right and UPS did not delivered. What a stupid mess!
horrible customer service
I went into The UPS Store at Navy Exchange in Oahu, Hawaii beginning of March and paid to have a package mailed within the island which I was told it would make it in the three days needed. On the second day, I received the package back in my mail box stating not enough postage. I immediately went to the postal store and told them that I now needed it overnighted due to their error. The clerk named Summer didn't even apologize for their mistake and, since I had to get it to the person the next day she told me blank I had no choice but to pay for overnight shipping. I am appalled by the poor customer service of that employee, especially when her company is in the wrong. She gave me the impression that she hates her job and she would rather be somewhere else. I believe she shouldn't be there either, I don't think additional training will solve anything.
delivery
On 04/12/2018 I was tracking and waiting for my packages at 3:30pm and 3:34pm I received a message stating the packages were delivered at 2:43pm on same day. My adult son was at the house all day and he never heard a door bell or knock, my neighbor was watching the package for me too and no UPS truck never appeared but yes the items show as delivered, at 3:32pm I called my son I told him to go outside get the packet, and there was nothing there, I have 2 dogs in the back yard that dont like strangers and they make a lot of noise if someone stops, it was very easy for my son to know some was there but no one stopped at that time your UPS tracking states. In 10 years I never had this issue. My tracking items are the following
#1Z906961YW00877195
#1Z902774YW01465576
I am requesting to investigate the driver as he is lying of the delivery this was never done, Now I contacted the company Macys and they don't have this items to be replaced, I am really disappointed in your services and just so you guys know, today another delivery was made and this time it was truth, therefore the driver is not been honest.
unethical behavior
the driver is very rude, he threw all my packages inside my office with no respect saying it is not his job to take care of my things, he left everything in the back door knowing i have a whole front door. he is always rude. some of my fragile stuff got broken because of him throwing my packages.
the driver is always the same on this route his name is TIM i dont know his last name.
Lock your door next time this driver arrives...then get another service. Don't let that fool get away with treating u like a dodge ball gymnasium...ohhhhhh
negligence of non-delivered packages
I had shipped a package to my son in FT. Campbell, KY. on February 29, 2018. The package never made it to its destination. I contacted customer service and they stated they will put a claim on it and attempt to find my package. After a week went by I called again and they said they are still looking for it at the warehouse. The last tracking made of the package was scanned in Hopkinsville, KY. and it was loaded on the delivery truck on March 6, 2018. After a couple of days, my son and myself called agian and they stated they cant find it and that my package might had fallen off the truck. They submitted some paperwork for me to get paid 100.00 dls for the inconvenience and apoligy for loosing my package. Well, I believe that they never attempted to locate my package in a big warehouse. They were hoping somebody would find a lost package somewhere in the warehouse and scan it to see if it was my lost package. Now, I am told to go to the store in El Paso, TX. (#1944) to fill out my claim. But now they want actual reciepts of my lost property otherwise they wont pay me back for their negligance of loosing my property. My property was worth about 137.00dls and all they are going to give is 100.00dls. and not even pay me back my shipping charge of 18.00dls. I am very upset and stressing out for thier mistakes and I have to pay for in loosing my hard working money to them.
delivery of amazon order
I ordered from amazon and I got an email last night saying my package was delivered at my front door by UPS. It was not delivered. Today a neighbor down the road brought my package to me and told me it was left at her front door last night. This really upsets me because my house number is displayed three times...in front of my house, it is on the front door, it is on the mailbox and I also have a big decorative sign in my front yard with my address/house number on it. So I ask why was it not delivered to appropriate address? Why was it left at a neighbors? Thankfully my neighbor is a honest person and brought me my package! There are many people that would have kept it and sold it! This makes me never want to use UPS again and I realize mistakes happen but for this to happen is just uncalled for, as there is no reason for it not to be delivered to my house, my address is more than visible! Please look into this, as this time I got lucky, thank you, Heidi kilbourn
unprofessional delusional disorder employee
I have renewal the Mailbox store for a few years.
New events that are very concerned:
March last weeks: I got to pick my books. A bad customer (black dark hair) mocked me over my wording (since he is a Spanish anyway), and went away from the mailbox;
The other GOOD CUSTOMER (dirt-blounde hair, English) could understand, and convey my mailing from me;
On March 22nd:
I went to pick up my mailing as always. I was on the queue, but his bad customer made me stop my mailing to make a deliver for another store customer. So, I had to wait for this bad guy;
"An Eye on an Eye": Since the bad guy made me another unpleasant on the store, I told me, "You are an a[censor]"; So, that is. He go another coin...
After his bad guy argument, and I got my other mailing from the good guy, until I check it out the mailing (other while eBay, Amazon, etc, will have to complain about that UPS Store, again), when I was leaving from the store, that bad guy go to his car, and "hide" or concealed" his GUN on the UPS 1541 store;
I left go fast on the driveway to see what that bad guy was about to;
The Police, FBI, etc must check this guy, since this bad guy is a week unstable mind, revengeful person, and likely he made use a GUN;
March 24th (11:45AM):
Since I mostly use by bike to pick up my books, this bad again, even I said "good morning", but he just stare over me, and with a hiding GUN under the counter for him;
The good guy pick up my books, and mentioned that some of my books were VIOLATED (opened) by eBay & Amazon books from UPS Store 1541;
Anyway, I glanced at the opened books, checked it out, and signed on UPS store; One books was sealed;
Police should be check it out about UPS Store 1541, since that bad guy profile is revengefulness.
I will not go to that UPS store 1541, unless there are more than two walk-in customers. No way!
Check his gun on his UPS store, or on his car.
Police and/or the FBI should check it out the GUN for that 'bad guy UPS Store 1541 employee profile"
