Horizon Outlet Store review: very misleading/borderline fraudulent 4

I too from the add originally believed this was a regular credit card. However before I even signed up I rear through the terms and conditions, and came to realize it was for their online store only with "a one time" activation fee of 29.95. This didn't put me off too much because I'm already a member of finger hut and seventh avenue. I was thinking this was the same type of thing. I quickly glanced at the sight and their weren't too many interesting catagories, but one caught my eye as it said (PlayStation) so I'm thinking I can finally purchase a PlayStation four. So I go ahead and pay the " one time fee". I go back to their sight and click on the PlayStation category and it won't even load. I click on another category and it does the same. It loads right back to the category page. Without the physical card number there is no way to actually view their products. So I recieve the card and enter my number. I head to the PlayStation category and end up very disappointed. All they were offering were about six or seven PlayStation 2 titles priced at over thirty dollars a piece. So I browse their other categories and its just a bunch of no name flea market junk. Then upon further investigation i find additional terms and conditions not stated before telling me that in addition to my one time activation fee i will be charged a reoccuribg monthly service fee of 24.95 WTF!?I call to cancel and the lady tries to persuade me not to, and then finally tells me she's not authorized to cancel my account transfers me to a supervisor. I wait on hold for half an hour and someone finally answers, and I sweat to god it's the same lady except she's a supervisor now. Anyways they said they'd refund my money so we'll see
