This was sent to me on the 5th of may 3 weeks after my tickets were sold and they told me it would take 3-5 days. It's been 2 months now. I filled out 3 complaint tickets and no response. When I call ticket master it hangs up immediately. I'm preparing my proof to submit to the attorney General
Desired outcome: Pay me my $200 now or face legal action and I'm writing hand written letters to every public policing agency state and government to take action against you.
Options for getting tickets/Need tickets
I ordered two tickets that only go to my phone. I want to physically print these tickets and have no option on the website. I cannot use my phone to print and won't do so. You need to give customers the option to either receive them via email, phone or mail. Now, I am waiting for customer service to get in touch with me so I can get these sent to my email account. I spent over an hour transferring these tickets thinking that meant sending them from my phone to my email. Not so! For the service fee you charge this process should be simpler. Not happy!

Hello, I am not getting a response from any ticketmaster support representative as I accidentally purchased 4 tickets online to the wrong venue (Saskatoon) and then I had to purchase again to Regina venue for the Kane Brown - Drunk or Dreaming concert on the Friday, Dec 9th, 2022. The live chat said someone would respond back within 24-48 hours. Please help.

Tickets for ticketmaster show
Back in November 2021 I ordered 2 tickets - one for me and one for my friend - for the Patriot Awards Show at the Hardrock in Hollywood FL. The next day My friend started to not feel well (she's in her 80's) and Covid was rampant. I attempted to call NUMEROUS times to request a cancellation and credit but kept getting a message that they were too busy and to continue trying, which I did. Finally I got an email to go thru a website, which I did. On 11/15 I got an email stating my request would take 24-48 hours for them to research. They sent me a notice that I should try selling the tickets by going back to their website, which I did. The instructions were extremely confusing so I again requested someone call me and help me with the process. They sent me an email that they 'can't call out'. After numerous attempts to try getting someone to help, I got another message to contact another site to "Talk to a Human". On 11/17 I wrote to the Get Human Site only to get email apologizing for their delay. The next email asked me if the matter was resolved. I wrote back saying NO and asked that they just credit me with the 2 charges of $284.00. I checked my statement on line and see where I was already charged. The event was 11/17/21, it was sold out and I'm sure they could have sold both tickets. I called my bank to dispute the charges but Ticketmaster refused to refund the charges. I have documentation to substantiate all correspondence. Only recently have I seen where other people have had problems with Ticketmaster and references made to contact the BBB and you could help me get my money back.

This is a request for a refund of the service charge paid on order #[protected]. It was absolutely one of the worst examples of customer service.
Tickets were purchased via the website on 4/30/2022 - 2 tickets to Moulin Rouge at Nederlander Theatre Chicago. Payment via paypal
Received the confirmation email to the correct email address
Received message "Opps Tickets Accepted by Another Address" (copy attached) when went to Accept the Tickets. Immediately sent an email to customer support for assistance.
5/2 tried calling the phone number for ticketmaster for assistance. After 30 minutes on hold, received a message to request a call back
5/3 there was a call back which I missed as I was working. A number was given to return the call if still questions
Over the next few days my husband and I sent numerous emails and attempted to call Ticketmaster customer service-no resolution. In fact, we even received one email that was addressed to a totally different person in regards to the order (seems like a data breach). Copy attached.
5/6 received an actual call from customer support rep. The rep had us try to log into various other websites for Nederlander with ticketmaster credentials to try to claim the tickets. Nothing worked. We asked to get a supervisor and was transferred to Selina. She said she was going to reach out to the provider to re-send the tickets. She gave us her direct phone number [protected] ext 1187. She also said that she would call back on Saturday
After no call back during most of the day on Saturday, I left a voice message for Selina. She called me back. She said they were investigating and not sure why this issue. She was going to ask the provider to send them the tickets so they could transfer the tickets direct to us. She also said that somebody would call me back on Monday 5/9. I asked that they leave a message with direct contact information in case I missed the call since I would be working on Monday. No call or message was received on Monday 5/9.
On 5/10, my husband called the theater box office direct. He spoke with Justin. Justin said that they were using the wrong email address [protected] rather than [protected]. I versus J was used. He said that the tickets would be available the next day (day of the performance 5/11) at the box office.
On 5/11, I stood in the long box office line with my elderly mother (who I was taking to the performance as a Mother's Day gift). We ultimately got the tickets from the box office.
5/12 the day after the performance, my husband got a call from a rep saying that she was going to assist him download the tickets. He said that the performance happened yesterday.
Once again, the customer experience purchasing these tickets was horrible.

I bought a ticket to The Weeknd concert in the amount of $343.65 on Feb, 2021. The concert was canceled due to covid, and refunds were auto-sent out.
I have never received my refund, I have tried countless times to get a direct answer on where my refund is. I have been given the same response time and time again only for me to detail that the ARN nor the Approval code brings any results. You can see it all detailed in the screenshots.
I have filed 3 complaints with the BBB, reached out to my attorney general, and asked a manager to call me. Yet my complaints get closed and I get the same responses I have been getting even after detailing what I have already done

I received a link on my email [protected]@gmail.com telling me to accept the transfer of the ticket. Today I tried to access my tickets for the incoming event in my [protected]@gmail.com however, it states that the ticket transfer had been accepted by another email account.
I don't have my tickets I paid for and the event is after tomorrow. I kindly request a solution, and looking for a solution I also requested ticketmaster.com to check if order [protected] tickets were transferred to [protected]@globo.com account (an e-mail that used to be mine and no longer exists and that I am unable to update the password requested by ticketmaster.com). If the tickets were transferred to [protected]@globo.com account on the ticketmaster platform (which I do have the old password) I kindly ask ticketmaster.com to grant me access to this account without the need to update the password as I can access the tickets I paid for. Or MERGE both accounts [protected]@gmail.com being the main one and [protected]@globo.com being the account absorbed by [protected]@gmail.com
If the tickets were not transferred to [protected]@globo.com but accepted by [protected]@gmail.com only, therefore I inform that I have never received the tickets I paid for and urgently demand a solution to allow me to have access to the purchased I paid for.

Issue with ticketmaster ticket purchase
I purchased 2 theater tickets to see a show in Boston April 10th, 2022. I tried to retrieve my tickets on line as directed to on the Ticketmaster website and was unable to retrieve them. I sent a request via fan support and was told my tickets were sold to a 3rd party. I went to the box office with a copy of my email that I received following my purchase on February 21st that had a confirmation number and the box office representative told me they could not find any record of my purchase. I tried calling Ticketmaster phone numbers and was advised due to staffing issues, they didn’t take phone calls and referred me to the fan support. This was a horrible experience and I now am disputing this charge. I am also filling a complaint with the better business bureau! Ticketmaster is not a trusted source to purchase tickets to an event!

Refused a refund on a cancelled concert
I ordered 3 tickets to Santana, House of Blues in Vegas for 12/10/21. Ticketmaster charged my credit card $1441.20 on 10/4/21. The concert was cancelled. Ticketmaster stated that refunds would be sent automatically within 30 days. It's now 4/9/22 and I have been going back and forth with them ever since and still don't have a refund. TM stated there was a ticket transfer. I have an email from Ticketsonsale.com about the tickets. When I contacted that company they say they have no record even though the information I gave them was directly from their own email. So I'm just getting the run around. I'm 66 and barely figured out how to order the tickets online in the first place. I am not aware of any transfer involved. Please help.

Recent "elo" concert in akron ohio (april 6, 2022.
I am extremely disappointed with how this event was billed. I drove 5 hours to attend this concert, under the assumption that I was going to see the band, ELO (Electric Light Orchestra). I knew something was askew, when I received an email a few hours before show time from the University of Akron, titled:
"Evil Woman, The American ELO Experience," detailing who was in this "cover band" pretending to be ELO and performing ELO hits, their backgrounds, etc. I find it quite strange that when I purchased the tickets, there was no indication that this was a Cover Band. It was billed through Ticket Master, as: "The ELO Experience," with absolutely NO indication that this was NOT the legitimate band, and only a Cover Band! My Ticketmaster ticket was for April 6m 2022, EJ. Thomas Hall, University of Akron, OH, Section ORCH C, Row G, Seat 17, Edward Shapiro. Although, the band made a good attempt to mimic ELO, it was NOT the same as seeing the real band! I feel that this was deceptive advertising on the part of Ticketmaster. Not only did I incur a rather large expense of gas, hotel lodging, food, etc., but also border crossing fees and Turnpike tolls.
I am, therefore, requesting a refund of the ticket price from Ticketmaster for this event. I am extremely disappointed at being mislead by Ticketmaster. Thank you.

This just happened to us! We thought we were seeing ELO out in the Palm Springs, CA area this past weekend (Sat June 11 2022) and it was a tribute band! There was NOTHING on the Ticketmaster site or venue site that indicated this was the case. In fact, the Ticketmaster site and Ticketmaster app specifically referenced Jeff Lynne's ELO, used the real artists' cover art, and the 5 reviews were about actual ELO shows.
Ticketmaster directed us to another site where we bought tickets and it literally wasn't until we were sitting in the venue that we realized it was a cover band!

I’ve sent emails and I get some automatic response saying to the effect that refunds will occur once “settled with the promoter” or some such verbiage. You can’t call Ticketmaster and speak with a live person…wait times are in the multiple hours. I’ve been aware that Ticketmaster can operate in an unscrupulous manner. I received on line transfer 2 tickets for Toronto Raptors vs. Philadelphia 76 one ticket for me and one for my son. But after I received them every time I tried to see them on phone i was getting an error. I called at Ticketmaster and a lady told me to erase the from my account and try to download again. now when i accept the tickets i am getting " There was an unexpecting error while processing your request. to continue please try again.
then I call back but to TURN OFF the phone without any explanation 3 times after I wait 10 minute is VERY RUDE.

Concert tickets bought off of Ticketmaster website
I bought two tickets for the Motley Crue/Def Leppard/Poison/Joan Jett and the Blackhearts at Nationals Park on 12/14/2019 for $430.15 that was originally scheduled for August 2020. Due to the Covid pandemic, the concert has been cancelled and rescheduled twice. When I went into my Ticketmaster account in January 2022, the tickets were still in my account. When I went into my Ticketmaster account in February, the tickets were no longer in my account. I have called Ticketmaster several times no one is answering the phone. I have emailed them several times. The first contact (Canerie A) informed me to ask for a chargeback from my credit card company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they could not credit me the money back as the transaction for more than 120 days old despite the Covid pandemic. I received a voicemail on my cell phone on 3/18/2022 from a man that I could not understand his name but was from Ticketmaster. He told me that my tickets were likely purchased from Ticketmaster but that my tickets were at the venue. I emailed Nationals Park and they replied back that since I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, the tickets would be with them. I emailed Ticketmaster back and received a reply back from Jefferson S they could not locate my tickets without an order number.
Unfortunately I do not have an order number from Ticketmaster. I have an email from 8/8/2021 informing me of the last change of date of the concert. I also have my credit card statement with the amount I purchased my tickets on 12/14/2019.
I have copies of all the emails and my credit card report if that would help my claim.

Ticket bar codes for scanning at evet entry are missing. Via support tech.
The Ticketmaster app is not providing me with the necessary bar codes for my tickets to be scanned at entry. The help has been Non-Existent. My phone has the ticket information about the event but there are no bar codes for scanning at the gate. The bar codes were there originally but after inquiring about a different option the tickets disappeared from our phones. There should be three seats and three fan fest passes to access the pits and pre race activities. After many, many times trying to get help to fix the issue I was the taunted by a Ticketmaster employee. I mentioned that I felt like time was getting short and the person sent a email back with one word "Tick" in reference to time. And then sent the same one word reply again. Very unprofessional.
