anti colic bottles
I have purchased anti colic bottles for my daughter. I bought these because I thought yes they're expensive but these will prob be the best on the market. Nearly every time I make her milk in these they either leak all over me and end up burning me or it ends up leaking all over my baby. The seals are not working correctly. Never had this problem with bottles. Not to mention the baby milk I have wasted. Four attempts I had made yesterday to make up a bottle only for me to keep getting scolded. If this ends up all over a baby then this would result in more than a written complaint. I have ended up yet again spending more money on another brand in order to protect the safety of myself and my daughter. I await your response of this matter.
Kind regards
Debbie Coward

tommee tippee dummy
Hi I purchased a pack of 2 dummies from Asda the 0-6 month nighttime dummies. My daughter of 6 and half months old now has an irretable mark on her Face from where her dummy has been. The dummy itself has a ridge of plastic on the edge of the dummy which itself has cut my daughters face.

perfect prep
today i seen black/brown floaters in my sons bottle that was made with the perfect prep machine so i thought i would investigate i opend the back to find the clear hose was black/brown absolutley desgusting if there was a little section in the instructions to advise prople to check pipe and replace when necessary i would much appreciate if something could be done about this as my son hasnt been well and now i feel i know why
prep machine
I found floaters in my daughters bottle, i took off the back off my prep machine and saw there was mold in the tubes.
I am absalutally discustered as my 13 week old daughter as been drinking from this and if i had not seen blacky brown bits floating around i would still be giving her bottles out of it. My daughter could have become seriously ill because of this.
This machine costs alot of money and you do not expect the machine to do this.
I am not happy with this and i either want a new prep machine or my money back.
perfect prep machine
I have seen today on facebook about yout perfect prep machines being mouldy. Me being the nosey person I am I took mine apart to be horrified at what I seen. My son has been sick constantly bunged up, runny nose and constantly coughing. The tubing in the back of the machine is full of mould and gunk. I change the filter every 1-2 months. I will be seeing my solicitor about this if you don't help me with my enquiries. Should be ashamed.
numbers disappearing on bottles
I bought two 2-pack bottles for my daughter, but after just a few weeks the numbers and brand name on the bottles started to disappear. This makes it very difficult to use. I can't keep on buying new bottles every few months. I am not the only one with this problem. I know a few other people with the same problem. I am very disappointed in the Brand. Please give me feedback regarding this
same problem, it's very dissapointing
Ive got the same problem. Please assist as i cannot use once the measurements are off.
tommee tippee electric steriliser
I had brought my steriliser for our newborn baby and Ive been steralising the bottles and dummies Ive had to chuck them all away, Ive tried to get the terrible smell out of it but it isn't coming out and the smell was that bad it had stunk the kitchen out! I would like a refund on the steriliser or a voucher that is the same amount on baby items, thanks for looking into my problem.
Will be waiting to here from you
Lisa
feeding bottles
I have just boght ur closure to nature bottles 2 mnths back and within two months the numbers writing on the bottles has gone off. Now i can hardly measure the feed water. I am using tomme tippee sterliser ... it should be built to withstand sterliser anyways. I am really disappointed with the product as ur brand name is rated too high . The quality is not that upto mark . Moreover it is prodycing alots of gas in my baby tummy not very much helpful in colic issue. I did not had a great experince regarding bottles as i cant buy them so frequently . Please try to improve in this regards.
tommee tippee advanced comfort bottles
I bought a 2pk advanced comfort bottles less 7 weeks ago. 3 weeks into using it the numbers and brand name has started fading. Now 4 weeks later its completely off. This makes it difficult to use it. I cannot buy new bottles every month. I am really disappointed in the brand. I especially bought it because I thought it was a good product. I do not feel so anymore. Please replace it asap.
Thank you

feeding bottles
Good day
I recently had a baby and was determined to use Tommee Tippee bottles. I only purchased Tommee Tippee bottles.
Unfortunately I have not had a great experience. The writing on the sides of the bottles e.g. The side where it shows the oz and ml measurements comes off after 4weeks.
My baby is 4 months old and I've had to buy so many bottles because I cannot read the measurements anymore therefor I can't use the bottle. I can't make bottles with formula in it if I can't see how much I need to put in.
I would have thought that knowing that bottles need to be sterilized quite often that they would be made to handle the constant sterilizing. Since it is a baby product.
I am very disappointed with the product as I had high hopes for them and made them my first choice when I went shopping for bottles.
I do have photos that I have taken of the used bottles if it's required.
Thanks Tayla
non-spillable feeding cup that spills
I bought a Non-spillable feeding cup at Baby's R Us last week and I'm extremely disappointed because it spills as though there is no lid at all. I constantly have to hold it for my 10 month old son so that it doesn't spill all over him or on the floor.
I don't have the slip anymore because I didn't think the cup will spill so I threw away the slip
feeding bottles
My baby is now 4 weeks old and I stopped Breastfeeding at 2 weeks and started to bottlefeed him from 2 weeks. I bought 3 bottles from Tommy Tippee aged 0 - 3 months and I am really dissapointed.
There is not ONE feeding that goes by where I dont have to change clothes all the time because of the milk flow thats to fast and milk running down his chin.
Every suck I can actually hear the winds after every feed I have to sit almost an hour to get rid of the winds caused by the bottles.
My sister in law warned me she had the same problem and im really really dissatisfied with this product.
Will not encourage anyone in the future to purchase the product.

Tommee Tippee cups are the WORST on the market. I have one year old twins and have purchased countless sipee cups. By far and without question, Tommee Tippee are TERRIBLE!
I've always used the full range of Tommee Tippee cups & beakers for my son. The latest one I have purchased is the Tip It Up Flip Top Beaker - whilst easy to use for my son, the straw inside is constantly falling off and therefore my son cannot get a drink. Is this a common complaint for this product?
plastic broke off
I've had so many issues with these bottles. I've been using the closer to nature anti colic bottles for the past two months and the plastic valve chipped off. To me this is a HUGE safety concern as the baby could have choked. The chances of getting through the level 2 nipple is a bit hard however; this is a major design flaw and should never have happened. Back to Dr. Browns for sure. Other complaints with the bottles: measuring numbers on the outside of the bottle have come off, nipple collapses while baby is drinking, and the bottles are constantly leaking.
Also the customer service department is poor. Not the first time I've had to call for their products. Their sippy cups have all accumulated mold. Luckily the stores where I have purchased these products gladly accept returns and appreciate their customers.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the tommee tippee bottles
I am absolutely dissatisfied with the tommee tippee bottles. bought them from asda a few months ago, the writing and the numbers are not visible at all on the bottles. i have to take my mobile to the bottle whenever i make a feed because its impossible to read. been to asda to complain but they said contact you guys. i want my money back or a full replacement.
I'm so not happy with the way Tommy tippee fade numbers in one month we have to replace the bottles it's unfair 😭😭😭😭 that is to much money we using to buy it we should get best quality...
Could not agree more. see the same issue and the "customer service" which is not easy to expect an email reply keeps bullxxtting me. .

don't go
For anybody reading this who is thinking about using tommee tippee don't bother, the sterilisers don't work properly and the teats for the bottles split after 2 or 3 days, £4 for 2 teats, I've spent a small fortune on them so my baby doesn't choke but I've had enough of it now and replaced all tommee tippee with Avent and I wish I had chosen Avent in the first place, not had 1 problem with any of there products, Avent definitely no.1
steriliser and bottle warmer
I have had 4 sterilisers and as of today 4 bottle warmers. I purchased a steriliser and bottle warmer in November 2010 from the tommee tippee website. My baby was born January 2011 so neither were used till then. The steriliser would only sterilise for 3 minutes before clicking off and the light stopped working so I had to keep an eye on it to see if it was actually working. I contacted the 0500 tommee tippee telephone number and I was told I was unable to return the products unless I had the original box. As I had binned the boxes I through the faulty steriliser away and bought a new one for £40 from asda. I had this steriliser 2 weeks and the same thing happened the light went off and it stopped sterilising the bottles I returned the item and got a new one for it to break again 2 weeks later. I returned it and yet again it broke so I returned it and got a microwave steriliser instead. The bottle warmer was boiling out of control on the number 2 setting as I didn't have the box I binned the warmer and bought a new one from argos the bottle warmer would not even get hot so we returned it an hour after buying it, the next warmer was just getting to luke warm temperature and the one I have now is a week old and is working ok so far. I emailed tommee tippee via the online form to be told they would never say I could not return an item if I didn't have the box as they were still under warranty and as I had binned the items they were unable to help any further

never again
I have just started to bottle feed breast milk to my 6 week old in preparation for returning to work, and I tried the Tommee Tippee bottles as they were advertised as being "closer to nature." But looks can be deceiving. The nipple easily inverted, which caused a lot of "dribble" mess throughout the feeding. The flow was WAY too fast, which caused a lot of tummy aches for my little boy each feeding. And I found that the bottles leak at the collar quite often, causing yet another mess each feeding. I was very disappointed with this product and will never buy a Tommee Tippee again.
My baby is three months old now. I introduced him to bottle feed when he was six weeks. I bought the feeding bottles by Woolworths Mall Od Rhe South in rhe South of Johannesburg,South Africa. The bottles have worn out as if they have been used for generations after generations. Measurements reading have faded off as well. I am disappointed and angry about such an expensive brand... Can I please get a refund or replacement since the bottles are no longer of use for the purpose I bought them for. This is within six months as per Consumer Act that allows me to exercise my rights
first time mum, i bought a whole ranch of this brand before baby was due from bottles to bibs, first i ended up having to replace the bottles awful bottles never done what they said they did, then it was the breast pump started going funny after the fourth use and with it being plugged into the mains i wasn't taking any chances, by this stage i needed a new bottle warmer and bag as the new ones didn't fit, i was out alot of money on the brand never again i wouldn't even buy a cup from this ranch now, very unhappy
i'm very disappointed in this product
I bought a Tommee Tippee steraliser for my new grandaughter who is now five weeks old. After five weeks use the steraliser was placed in the microwave and upon opening the door water was all over the microwave and a hole was in the bottom of the steraliser. I also noticed the previous week that the teats of the bottles after being in the steraliser started to cave in.
I'm very dissapointed in this product and also concerned as I'm expecting another grandchild in March and have bought the same product for her.
terrible experience
I bought a beaker for my 6 month old baby, after a few days the drinking bit started to get moss all over and im unable to remove it. I have tried washing with hot soapy water as suggested on the directions and all sorts of way to try and remove the horrible spots which are all over the cap now. We mums are all very consious on our childrens health... whats the excuse?
Hi Dverkos.
I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your beaker. This is a complaint we have not had before on any of our beakers but we will endeavour to sort out this issue for you either with a replacement product or a refund.
Can you email careline@jackel.co.uk with some further information on the what the prouct is, do you still have the packaging and where and when you bought the beaker. If you mention Complaints Board in your email, it will be treated as a priority.
Many thanks,
Tommee Tippee UK.
my baby nearly choked
I have recently purchased a 2 pack of tommee tippee dummys with animal print on for 6 to 18 month old babies. I would like to complain about this product as my 10 month old son nearly choked on it. The body of the dummy is so small that my child had it fully in his mouth and i am really concerned about this product and dread to think what might have happened had i not been there.
