All the staff member at orion mall tommy hilfiger showroom are way too arrogant and way too proud to be serving the customers. It's disappointing that th is recruiting such useless people. Please take the required actions against them.
They din even help us look for something we needed. Horrible. Will never go to that store again! Neeeed to change each one of them at the store! This is not how you treating customers.

I had got a message on last friday that I can avail Rs.1000 off, nothing was mentioned about the expiry date. When I reached an outlet on Sunday, i.e., 2 days from when I received the message and I was told that the voucher has expired? I was not even given a period of 2 days to avail the voucher! I am a regular customer (gold member of your company).. The salesgirl there consoled me that she will mail and talk to the company... but I have not got any reply. Its very disappointing.
poorly made clothing
I purchased a white, blue & red hoodie and the first time I washed it, it's ruined. The blue and red colors transferred onto the white and now it looks pretty bad. I followed exact washing instructions. I washed it in cold water, delicate cycle and I didn't dry it in the dryer. I spent $80 on this top and that's a lot for me. Way too much to spend on something that is ruined with the first wash! Clothes should not do this and I am extremely disappointed. This was one of my favorite shirts :(
I would like a refund please as I cannot wear this shirt anymore and I don't want to replace it with another one because it will just do the same thing.

I love Tommy Hilfiger shoes. I have bought one pair last year, yesterday I bought a new pair of shoes and I found same issue in both pairs of shoes. I like a style of shoes, but one sewing stitch is so disappointing. It is located in the back inside the shoe, where heel touches material.
So, if you use shoes without socks, like me, it hurts, because of that middle back stitch. It peel of a skin from heel at that place where stitch is located.
I never buy cheap shoes because they do inside shoe stitching, I never ever though that Hilfiger does same sewing. it's uncomfortable.
3 tshirts white red and black
I bought three large tshirts for my husband. One red, one black and one white. After washing them once they have shrunk significantly and my husband no longer can wear them. I am extremely upset as I spent money on these articles of clothing for our vacation. I usually dry all his clothes but even hang drying did not help. I would like to continue to shop at this company as my husband loves the brand. Please help with this matter.

within a span of 2 months the wallet got torn badly from the bottom and the wallet is as good as USELESS in such a short time span.
Such quality is not expected from your your esteemed brand, will appreciate a remediable course of action on this.

I am Indian working USA. I bought stuff around 15000 Rs from Tommy India.
I bought 2 Jeans worth [protected] Rs on 8th of December 2017.
And 1 of the jeans tore today 2nd Jan 2018. Not even a month completed to the purchase.
We preferred Tommy for the Brand and quality, this kind of product left us devastated.
I would like to ask for refund or exchange for this product. I hope to get a good service at least in such cases.

On 12 November 2017 I purchased this item as a Christmas present and was informed that there was a 60 day return policy. Unfortunately the top was to small I contacted the shop by telephone and told them l was going to return this item by post at my expense for gift vouchers in exchange I was informed that I could not do this as it had to be returned in person. I tried to explain that this would involve a round trip of over 100 miles as this was the nearest shop as there was none in Sussex. The sales voucher sets out the return policy but at no point does it state that this has to been done in person, if the items had been purchased on line there would not have been a problem. I asked what exactly the company policy was that denied me the opportunity to do this by post but the store manager nor your customer information line could tell me what the policy was just that it was the policy. Your sales voucher ends by saying your goal is to give an incredible Tommy Hilfiger experience having to drive over 100 miles would most certainly not achieve this.
a zipped hooded jacket
I bought a woman's Tommy Hilfiger zipped hooded jacket on a recent holiday to New York in the Woodbury Common outlet. I can home to Ireland and washed it once- according to the instructions: inside out at a 30 degrees wash. The 'Hilfiger' writing down the full left arm has almost all came off during his wash- it appears to have melted. I do not think this is acceptable from such a brand.

I bought a winter jacket last year .Dont have the receipt with me ad it's been a long time .Used for for one season only and I washed it as per the instructions on the jackets and the whole stitching of one sleeve came out and it fall apart.
It wasn't expected Fromm such a good brand like tommy!

I have bought the sandals GiGi Hadid in Baku in Tommy Hilfiger's official store and carried with great pleasure. But once when I put them on and go out, it started to rain. Of course I had tried to hide from a rain as possible but despite it I have got wet. I was shocked, when I come home... colors on sandals have strongly mixed up. Red color has spread and all platform became in spots. Blue strips have faded too. I have tried to clean them, but unfortunately everything became even worse... I disappointed in quality of Tommy Hilfiger shoes despite not the small price.
I'm so upset...

You may want to bring them back to the store of purchase along with your receipt. They may be able to offer you a reimbursement or replacement.

Dear all,
I regret that I am writing this email to your esteemed company but unfortunately my experience with Tommy - Egypt has led to a complete disappointment and unsatisfaction.
I bought a bag for my husband on his birthday from Tommy in Egypt at City Stars branch for his business papers and documents in February 2017 amounting to 3700 Egyptian Pounds (213 US dollars). This price is not considered a low price here in Egypt. My husband did not use it immediately as he was using another one also from your brand for his daily use. He started using it occasionally when he had important business meetings starting March. He used it for nearly 5 times then he was surprised to find the hand of the bag in a very poor condition (photos attached). When we went to Tommy branch they told us to leave it to check the case with customer service. Customer service gave their feedback that it is a misuse from my husband that led to this condition of the hand, which is not the case, and they refused to exchange it or even fix it.
I am attaching all photos for the bag to see that it is not a misuse (the bag is nearly brand new from inside and outside). Please also note that the misuse could appear if the zipper has a problem or even in the body of the bag in case it is filled with over its capacity, which is also not the case here.
On another note, when we were at the branch, a customer had earlier bought a similar bag and the same thing happened with him after a very short period of use and we knew that they exchanged it for him.
When we told the customer service that we are going to send an official complaint to you, they said that nothing will be done as they are the decision makers.
I am sure that you have similar cases and you can really judge what could be a misuse and what could not be a misuse.
My husband and I are regular customers for your esteemed brand in all types of products and not only bags. We trust that you really care for your customers' satisfaction and I am sure that if we were not in Egypt, this would have not been the case and they would have changed the bag immediately.
I trust your judgment and I will be waiting for your feedback.

I visited your location located at Tanger outlet in Riverhead Long Island on Thursday October 18, 2017. I made a purchase that morning. Realizing I wanted to buy gifts for other relatives, I went back to make another purchase. After the second purchase I remembered I was emailed a 20% off coupon for spending over $150. I spoke to a female employee who asked John if it was okay to make the adjustment which he agreed to do. When I asked this female employee if she could assist with the transaction she rudely replied “No”, then proceeded to go behind to counter to assist another customer with their transaction.
As another cashier assisted me John came to the counter and directed the cashier with the proper steps. Then as he walks away he shouts how I need to show the coupon at the initial purchase. I did not appreciate his tone or his demeanor. Even though I responded the second purchase was an after thought, his comment was not warranted. I was shocked to learn that this is the type of behavior came from a manager.
I have shopped at Tommy Hilfiger for over 15 years. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to any customer in that manner. I will reconsider shopping at your Riverhead location. I hope that John and the female employee (older lady with brunette hair) never treat another customer with such disrespect again.

I purchased a dress in August 25, 2017 after I wore it I went to go wash it I read the lable before I washed and it said wash the normal as all the other clothes so I put it in the washer and went I took it out I noticed that there were red spots and then I saw that the dye of the red roses had come out and stains the dress I only wore it once I was very disappointed and now I can’t ware it anymore I was wondering if could give me my money back or a different solution

I bought t shirt at premium outlet Canada @ 19.99 and same t shirt different Color at 38.99. When I talk to cashier she told me it's D3 on tag so you will get discount. Today I bought same t shirt it says D3 same cashier told me no it's not 19.99 it is 38.99. complaint: tommy hilfiger - non-adherence to company standards portrayed
I am a Gold customer with Tommy Hilfiger and was quite happy with the quality and in-store customer service until today.
I recently bought a Tommy Hilfiger mens T-shirt along with several other items (Bill # 30AAWCA3768J1ZR) from Goa (Mall De Goa). This T-shirt was washed for first time and I was surprised to see its color was ruined (see attached photo of the T-shirt). At this time I was back in Delhi and I went to Tommy Hilfiger showroom in Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar (17 Sep 2017) to exchange the T-shirt. Store manager directed me to a sales person to find a replacement for same - during this I searched 2 items for which they informed that they did not had my size.
I then requested to refund the money to which they denied. I gave other option to credit the amount as points in my membership card which also they denied.
Store manager Gurpreet mentioned that they cannot do anything in case I do not choose a replacement, which was completely unacceptable as I was forced to buy something that I do not like.
I am left with no other option but to put a complaint against:
1. Tommy Hilfiger being a renowned brand but manufacturing defected products and not refunding the amount when I was seeking for same
2. Store in pacific mall itself is incompetent as they did not had size for the products I was looking for (it was not just one product but I got same response for all 3 products that I chose)
3. Staff (including manager Gurpreet) in store in pacific mall was not at all professional as they were forcing for unacceptable options instead of feeling guilty about the lack of product inventory. They were not ready to refund or neither give credit on my membership card
Despite being a gold member I get such treatment makes me give a second thought about Tommy's standards.

I purchased a jacket from Tommy outlet. I am a regular customer of Tommy. When I went to the store I experienced racism and very rude service. The JACKET had original tags and not worn and within 30 days return period. I was told that the cloth smelled of spice coming from an Indian home. Maybe Indians should not buy clothes as gifts as they won't be returned coz of spice. Similar return in Calvin Klein same time has no issues what so ever. I am so disgusted with their behaviour and i left the store controlling my urge to tell the manager that he smelled like [censor]... I told everyone present there not to buy anything from the store and the brand if that is the how they treat customers.. I also observed rolling of eyes for the non white guy ahead of us by the Chinese [censor] responsible for billing.. This happened in clarksburg, Maryland

I bought one pants from Outlet Mall in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
After wearing it just one time the pants ripped. When I showed it to other people I was told that the cloth was damaged due to poor Storage Area and it could be an extreme it.
I am very unhappy and I would like my money back. When I went back to the store to return it they refused to take it back

I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger rainboots from Macy's last year. They were black with red at the top. I absolutely loved them. But in less than a few months the rubber split down the back and in the front. I was so disgusted. I thought maybe I just got a bad pair.
