Dear Sir
Being a frequent customer for Tommy Hill figer,
I feel very disappointed from the quality of the Shoes and bags in Lebanon.
I got three pairs of shoes
1- Gold
2- black
3- gray
The quality of the leather is very bad.
I showed the store how the color of the handbag changed as if I used it for years
Though I wear it three times only .
The manager promised to fix it and return oh to original but after waiting two weeks, it was not cleaned properly.
The shoes which were pealed twice
Also were not fixed to normal conditions .
I believe it's important to offer new items ou at least to Refund back the money spent .

I bought Tommy Boot from 3 months ago and did not use it more than 5 times but I was surprised that there was no Tommy logo on one of them which is so strange . I don't know how it happened 😔😔 and don't know what can I do I can not use it now, your support and fast reply is highly appreciated to solve this matter, you will find attached photos for the boot and the inside printed serial number . Appreciate if you can replace the boot or to give me a spare logo instead of the Lost one .

I was buying as usual from one of the company store in Egypt last year and after purchasing my needs I was informed by the sales man that I am eligible for a loyalty program and should receive a discount card to be used out of sale season, but according to him he was out of cards at that day and he said I should claim it in my next visit.
Four days ago I was in another store and after I finished purchasing my needs I asked the sales man about the card I should receive, he replied that I don't fell the criteria for that card! I called the customer service who said she should investigate and reply in two working days! After wards when I called again she replied that their policy have changed and I need to spend more money to get the card that I was promised before. She refused to connect me to the administration and said we are sorry for the inconvenience.
My complaint is I didn't ask for that card from the start nor knew about the limit needed to cover such a card, I was informed by your team about it and then your company later on decided to change the rules and apply it retrograde and canceled my card just because I didn't receive it. This a total disrespect to your customer to go and tell them that you earned something then after a while just say sorry we changed the policy you deserve nothing.
I am really disappointed from such behavior from a well known organization and brand.

This is confirm that I have yet to receive a refund for part of the order (Ref. [protected]) that I placed on 4th of January, received on 9th, returned on 10th and spoke to your customer services on 12th of January 2019 who confirmed refund will be processed shortly on receipt of item.
Please that after attempting to speak to a customer service to check for the progress on my refund but the lines where engaged for a long time I sent a brief email requesting the same. We have however been able to speak to one of your customer services officer "Kevin" yesterday who apologised for the delay and confirmed you have received the item on 16th January, a return was created, a refund was initiated on 30th January and an email was sent to me on even day to confirm the same. I later received the email Kevin referred to on 31 but not on 30th or any time earlier as highlighted. Please forward this email to your complaints department.
I take this opportunity to complain about the level of service I received which falls well below expected minimum standard and not befitting Tommy. After the disappointment of having my first item cancelled a day later on 5th and no information was provided till I called on 12th of January because as I was informed "coincidentally the item was purchased by another customer at the same time I placed my order and subsequently was refunded for the first item". I do not know how this happened but your online system should have avoided this and I must confess I have never heard of this as a reason for cancellation from any store. The lack of information and keeping customers informed and updated is very frustrating not befitting your brand or any brand for that matter.
I hope the payment will be credited to my account before the 14th Feb 2019 and fittingly this bad experience completely messed up my VD. Thank you for that.

Dont order online! I swear to god I don't know how this brand thinks this is acceptable!? I still don't know if customer service exists as I haven't heard back from them in 3 weeks! You can't just take my money and the returned item and then what not give the money back or even sent an email to acknowledge that the refund has been received? So angry and disappointed. Never buying from this [censored]ty brand again that's for sure. Someone should sue their [censored]. They treat their customers like [censored]!

I bought new sweater from Tommy Hilfiger which is in Dixie mall in canada. After first wash it started showing up all lints throughout the sweater. Attached the billing receipt and photos of sweater. I always bought from Tommy but this time it's really disappointing to see this happening with this brand.please advice.

t-shirt colour bleed
I purchased two t-shirts from an outlet in Australia. (DFO - Essendon, Victoria) One of the shirts is white with the blue/red strip across the front. When it was washed it appears that the colour has bleed into the white in a couple of places and left a mark on the shirt. Does this normally happen or is it a fault in the shirt? My wife has purchased quiet a number of clothing from the Tommy Hilfiger brand when we were in America and has been very happy with them and has not had this problem.
We sent an email to the Australian office but have had no response.

I went shopping for Black Friday at the Hilfiger outlet of Clarksburg in Maryland, USA and the manager and sale associate humiliate me in front of my whole family and refused to complete my sale. I had items worth at least $200 and while the associate was ringing my stuffs, the manager and another associate came and stood in from t of her and started chating for a whole minute, when I ask them if they finish with my sale as my son was getting cranky, the manager told me to get out and stated they are busy today so they don't care if one customer leaves. When I asked him his name so I can complaint, he refused to provide it and calll the security on us. The security took us to the guest service to file a formal complaint. This is not the first time I saw hilfiger associates treat customers like this. I have been a loyal customer but I cannot accept being humiliated by people who benefit from my money. I am done with Hilfiger.

i have tried several times to call and make a complaint to their European 0800 number and it says the number has not been recognised - they have taken money from a friend and are not sending to her country - and no response on the email either - shocking! How can this be resolved as she is South African and is trying to find a way of communicating with them to resolve this ie either to get her money back or to find out if they will send the items to south Africa. Please can you get a phone number that works or an email that works as she is based in South Africa and has unfairly had her money taken!

I'm waiting to you todayto explain about a bad experience i had at tommy store in the south side branchsouth common( Edmonton, AB Canada).
i was shocked and surprised to witness an employee of such a respected chain to behave in such manners.
I am a club member since long time and you could see how much and how often I've visited this chain.
After i spend more than an hour collecting and choosing my stuff,
the cashier girl was throwing my clothes in the bags in inappropriate.. I said in a nice way( way why you are doing this un nicely). she told me this is how i do it. then i told her( i am not happy with this way, should i go to the other branch and never com back). she told me fine. then i left after talking to the manager and also she said nothing about what happened.
I was very disappointedto have treated in this way, and believe me you should be made aware of your employees actions.
I believe this is not the way that Tommy hilfiger does business and that you will mention my concern the managers ..
Hope that you will response with the solution to prevent this incident happening again.

The thing is that I ordered tommy hilfiger slippers from the myntra app with order number [protected]-8343503 on 22/09/2018.
And I want to inform you that they sent me the duplicate piece of slipper under your brand name which is harmful for your brand reputation, within 20-25 days the tag of your brand just came off from the slippers, and the brand name written on the slippers also came off. Maybe there is a defect in the printing of that piece or it is duplicate but I am highly disappointed from the product which is under the brand name tommy hilfiger and I paid the amount equivalent to as charged by your brand.

poor product quality
I purchased a men's polo t-shirt from the brand's New Delhi store. This is one item that I buy only from this brand due to its superior quality . However in this instance, after just one wash, the fabric had extreme pilling, and looked totally damaged. Despite following all wash care instructions, it is no longer usable, as pilling is clearly visible at front, back and armhole areas. Do not expect such poor quality from such an esteemed brand. I do not have the billing details to support my purchase, but it was bought 3 weeks ago.

I am writing you this email to complain about the watch I bought from your store and have it repaired for thee (3) times already.
The first issue I have encountered with the watch is that the date does not work properly and let your staff fixed it but when it was returned to me, another issue happened, the minute hand was improperly placed that caused the malfunction of the watch. Today, I came to your store to collect the fixed item but found out the Hour Hand Alinment was still improperly placed.
Please note that this watch is only Three Months since I bought and still under warranty. If you cannot solved the issue, I am requesting you to replace it with the new one since it is a factory defect.

I bought two shirt with few other things @ Tommy hilfiger Winnipeg, Manitoba store located in Winnipeg out late mall. The Shirt shrinkked a lot like 2 inches or more after one normal wash and it doesn't fit me anymore. I went back to store with original receipt. Manager refused to take back one shirt cz I didn't have tag for that shirt. I presented the original receipt as well. He said he need tag not receipt for refund/replacement. I spent more than $150 at the store. They said they can't help me at all cz I don't have tag and I needed up with shirt that doesn't fit me anymore. Please help me so that this type or unusual situation doesn't happen again with anyone else even after presenting the original receipt. Hi, So I bought this mens t-shirt a month back wore it yesterday i.e. on 22nd July 2018, for the 1st time and the t shirt has already been spoilt. The thread is coming off the t shirt. Have provided the images too and in which I have not even washed the t shirt as yet. This is ridiculous, we buy a product worth [protected] Rs thinking the quality will be good but if you offer such kind of quality then I guess we should stick to brands which are much cheaper than you but still better. Am from india & i bought 2 tommy hilfigher track pants online from " MYNTRA " on
May 2nd..the fit seemed fine & i didnt bother to verify the quality as i always use
tommy products & am happy with them...i used it forst time last week on my travel & was shocked to see the fabric peeling off from one of the pants ( the other one is perfectly fine )...now that i bought online & there is only a 30 day period for exchange, so the myntra guys are not responding to my problem...please let me know how can i exchange the product ?

Rude and not courteous behaviour of staff at cash counter. Have asked to exchange the same product within an hour while I was in the mall itself (it was just a change of color of T shirt).
The reaction of the staff hurted me so much that I left the product on cash counter. and walked away from showroom. Pls take note that I purchase around 50000 Rs minimum of product from different showrooms of Tommy located in the town.
I own a BMW and I am financial consultant and big fan of Tommy clothing but the reaction of staff was highly Rude.
These behaviours kills the brand. Pls take note, now its upto to act on it.

I bought a jacket of R4099 at Tommy Hilfiger Waterfront on 13/05/2018. I only noticed something that I wasn't happy about on Sunday 10 June. A month after date of purchase, 13 June was on a Wednesday and because I work during the week, I could only return to the store on Saturday the 16th. I explained the reason for returning for returning only 3 days late, however the sales assistant and store manager, Aysha insisted that it was too late. The store manager stated, after reminding me more than once that this is going an extra mile, that she would forward my concern to head office and call me on Monday 18 June. My details were taken, however nobody bothered to call. Upon my question to Aysha on who would cover my petrol cost if I had to drive back and forth to the store, I was practically told that nothing would come of my query anyway. The sales assistant basically told my husband that we must just keep the jacket because if it was him, he wouldn't ask questions and would wear the jacket as it is. This is one store that I will never set foot in again.
