Hello. I bought my husband his first ever pair of hilfiger trousers last July for our wedding anniversary and he loves them. Unfortunately the material under the leg has ripped and I want compensation for the same. I only 1 or 2 months ago got rid of my receipt as I figured enough time had passed and I wouldnt need them. I was visiting one of the stores in O2 London and had pleasure to listen how member of management (darker skin woman) was humiliating another member of staff in front of all customers and rest of the team. Not sure if that lady had a bad day or something but the way she has spoken to poor girl was just really bad. No one have a right to treat people like this. We are all just people and everyone should be treated with dignity.
misbehaviour leading to insult and harrassment
We are a family visiting Canada as tourists. We visited Tommy Hilfiger at Cooks Town Ontario as per attached bills.
My wife for a second time same day wearing cardigam purchased during her first visit at 19.41 hours entered your shop to look for some other products. Her paid bill was with family members waiting outside the shop. She did not have a phone with her.
She was forcefully against her wish detained inaide shop asking her to pay for a second time. Staff did not allow her to leave, nor helped to get paid bill to prove purchase, nor informed other family members waiting barely a few feets away outside the shop. It caused mental harrassment to entire family and your staff acted in racial and unprofessional manner. You are requested train or fire respinsible for this illegal harrassment of a lady visiting from another country. You are requested to compensate for illegal detention, racial and mental harrassment. We've purchased a new luggage set and after it's first use with the airlines the edging has started to wear already.
I am not impressed with the quality and would like this issue resolved.
My last luggage set lasted me over 15 years and was used for airline use every year.

Hi,
I bought a wallet from a store. There was a lining of some material (most probably plastic) and started to unglue within 5 days of use, and I thought it might be normal, or it is a part of design. But after some time it started to get worse. I have attached the photos, the top part is almost intact although it has started to look ugly and the condition of bottom part is miserable. You can clearly see it. I'm not able to find whome should I place a complaint to, really disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger.

I washed my daughters black t shirt with a flag printed on the front inside out on 30 for a short wash. The flag has started to come off and the colours have run into each other. It's totally ruined. She's very disappointed as she's only worn it once. Is there anything we can do? It was from a shop in Manchester. I think it was Urban outfitters . Are we able to exchange the t shirt or get a refund? It's such an expensive and high quality item

First of all, the assistant manager is not courteous. She didn't even smile at all nor greet the customer at least hi or hello. They are not knowledgeable about the returns. I bought some bags worth more than $200 so I can avail the discount from my email that Tommy Hilfiger sent to me. They said, including the manager, that all sales are final. I asked them "what if there's a hidden defect?" They said I can't return it nor exchange. They said I should check it first before purchasing it. It's not even clearance items. Obviously, they don't know the meaning of "hidden defect" and they are not following the rights of the consumers to return or exchange the items within a certain period of time. Please undergo your employees for seminars. Horrible customer service.

I bought a pair of Tommy Hilfiger jeans in UK last year. Had misplaced it in my wardrobe and found it earlier this week. It have been unused until now.Not washed either.
The third day I used it it ripped under use beside left back pocket. It is ripped at the left pocket as well. I hereby make a formal complaint and expect to receive a new (identical) pair of jeans free of charge.

Dear Sir/madam,
I would like to file an incident just occurred today (5/7/2019) at Tommy Jeans store in Rotterdam with one of the sales assistant (curly hair with glasses).
Apparently, I was trying couple clothes in one of the fitting room that was not supposed to be used. This fitting rooms has stacks of shoes boxes but there was no sign that we cannot use the room. I am fair, if cannot use the room it is fine but I really did not know that I cannot use it. The curtain was closed but I was under the impression that maybe other visitor does forgot to close it again.
What drove me angry was because the sales assistant just opened the curtain, without saying excuse me and having me with the condition half naked and still continued telling me I was not supposed to use the fitting room. I said sorry for using the fitting room and it seems that she was not sorry with entering the room without excuse. After that I tried to say "you could have said sorry/excuse me before entering the fitting room" but instead, she went mad and say "do i need to say sorry? you are the one who entered the fitting room that cannot be used" etc etc. The arguments went on and on and I felt very offended with her response until the manager involved.
This was related to small matter, but incorrect manner/respond made it bigger. I was very angry at the end, sorry, but I cannot tolerate any rudeness or impoliteness. I feel the need to report this and I believe there should be hospitality at least in the offline stores.
Again this is not about only fitting room, but the manner of the sales assistant itself.
I am sorry that I use the wrong fitting room, but if it was conveyed nicely and politely. I am totally fine with that.
But I cannot take rudeness.

I bought this product in a Tommy store in Calgary Alberta, I tried to return the product as they did not fit properly, the store then brought to my attention a sign at shin height at the till that stated all sales are final !
So now I am stuck with a pair of jeans that do not fit and I can not return, can someone please help

I bought white shoes from almost 10 months from Citystars Branch in Egypt I wear it almost 3 times & the last time I wear it the wheater was rainny so I clean the shoes with cotton piece & little water noting that the shoes material not leather the shoes turn blue color, I went to the CFC store & submit complain & after 48 hours I received very poor phone call from customer service department someone called Hager saying sorry I can't reply with any reason as you bought the shoes from 10 months, I told her that I didn't want the shoes again or replacing it but I want to know how shoes from brand like Tommy after I wear it for 3 times be like this she inform me that she need extra time to reply my question & after another 48 hours she reply with same words.

That happened in Egypt branch, I had a shirt from Tommy as a gift and it wasn't my size and there was a really tiny problem in the Button of the sleeves, so i went to the same Store with the receipt and i asked for a return but they said that u only have 14 days to return or to exchange but because it's faulty it's fine we are going to exchange it for you tho that there was only 2 days difference right here, I've changed it with a shirt for almost the same price only 100 pounds difference, anyway after i took it with 2 days and i haven't wear it yet but i was checking the receipt and I've found that i've 30 days to exchange or to Return if it's faulty so I've went there again and explained the situation but they told me that they are sorry they cannot return it! So I've explained that there was a problem with the first shirt already so that's why i had too do so! They advised me again that they can't do anything tho that i haven't wear that one yet and still have the receipt in hand

I had taken wrist watch 2 years back and in 2 years for several times watch was not functioning properly. I had given for watch for 3 times to the shop through which i had purchased it. But again the watch has stopped working. At the shop from where i purchased i am not getting proper service.

So I have this green jacket for as long as three years. I love it. But for the past one year, I have a weird problem with my jacket. Whenever i go to a store like Meijer... The alarm goes off. This happens only when I wear this jacket, and also happens only when i leave the store. The store guys got used to it and they don't even care about it anymore. Bad quality shoes
I buy 3 shoes's from Ibn batota mall and emirates mall in UAE 2 month ago, 1 of the shoes (Attached) after I use it 4 or 5 times I found it cracked with no reason. Normally when I buy Tommy Hilfiger shoes I use it for minimum of 3 years.

I bought a t. Shirt from tommy and when I wash it as the mention instructions on the label the colors faded. So I went to the store asked them to change it but they refused and they treated me very bad even the store manager his name is afron refused to talk to me saying that I must have a receipt but actually I didn't as I wear it already I told him this is a problem in the fabric so it's your mistake not mine you have to solve it but he refused. Bearing in mind that I left the t. Shirt in the store for more than two weeks hoping they can solve the problem but they didn't. I told them that I will complain they said go ahead they even don't care about losing a customer. Really i'm very upset of the service and this is a very bad reputation to tommy world wide. Thanks and hope you can solve my problem and take the proper action.

I talked to your call center in Egypt who were totally inconvenient and I sent an email to you as the main branch but amazingly I got no reply, I wonder if this is the attitude of the company. I had a problem regarding being told by your team that I should get a discount card as my account had reached a certain balance, your salesman claimed that he was out of cards and told me it was saved on the system and I'll get it from any branch next visit, during my next visit I asked for my card and the new salesman told me they have changed the criteria and I deserve nothing ( which I didn't ask for from the start nor knew it exists) . So you give information and promises then change your mind and the customer have to accept being manipulated with and deceived. A real unprofessional attitude I believe
