Toyota Carlsbad I buyed a car from Toyota Carlsbad in March

I buyed a car from Toyota Carlsbad in March . In January , it started making a weird sound. I thought I was just imagining it, but it got worse. I took it to my mechanic and they replaced the struts for almost a thousand bucks. I also had to spend over a hundred bucks on lyfts. But it still made the noise. My mechanic couldn't figure it out and thought it might have been in a crash. So I took it to Toyota El Cajon, which is closer to my house. They also couldn't figure it out and said it was definitely in a crash and had been fixed. Carlsbad said they would give me my money back, but now that the used car market is crazy because of Covid, I can't buy a similar car for the same amount. I also lost about $1200 in the last two months. I want to trade it for a similar car they have, but they won't lower the price even though it was their mistake.

Toyota Carlsbad I got a car from Toyota Carlsbad like 3 weeks ago and my ac went out today

I got a car from Toyota Carlsbad like 3 weeks ago and my ac went out today. I called to see if I could bring it in and they said I gotta wait till Monday. It's summer and around 80 degrees everyday so I wasn't gonna wait that long with no ac in my car. I took my car in and they told me a rock had somehow gotten into my car ac compressor and that the $2500+ 7 year warranty that I paid for wouldn't cover the cost so I'd have to pay $2000+ out of pocket. I just bought this car 3 weeks ago. I shouldn't have to pay anything for something that was their obvious error because they can't seem to figure out how to keep rocks out of an ac compressor. I will tell everyone I know not to buy from this disgusting dealership. They don't care about the quality of their cars or their customers. I didn't pay thousands of dollars for a new car for it to already have problems 3 weeks into owning it. This is BS. STAY AWAY PLEASE!

Toyota Carlsbad I want my money back from Toyota Carlsbad

I want my money back from Toyota Carlsbad. I bought a new Toyota truck for $50,000.00, but the tires were rubbing the frame, which made it unsafe to drive. I went to DSA in San Marcos, Ca, but they kept giving me the runaround. After almost a year of complaining, I brought the truck back to Toyota Carlsbad, and they sent it to Four-wheel-drive to fix it. They trimmed off the front bumper cover, which I specifically told them not to do. After complaining, they replaced the cover and suggested putting smaller tires on the truck. I didn't want that because I bought the truck for the lift and oversize tires. They put standard size tires on the truck, which made it look different. I talked to the manager, but he said I almost drove the truck for a year, so it's a wash. I want the wheels, tires, and addon taken off the truck because it's not what I paid for. Toyota Carlsbad said I would get a refund, but I never received it.

Toyota Carlsbad I had really bad service from the sales and manager department

I had really bad service from the sales and manager department. Both *** and *** Ortiz should be ashamed of their customer service skills and should be reprimanded or re-trained. Me and my family will never go back to their lot and we will tell our family and friends not to go there. On September 7th, my wife and I went to their dealership because they had a car with the exact specs we were looking for. *** took us around their lot to find the car. After looking for about 10 minutes, *** said that the car was in transit and should arrive on or around September 16th. He said we could put a $500 deposit so we could be the first ones to look at and make an offer for the car. We agreed and *** said he would call us when the car arrived. September 16th came and we didn't hear back. I called their office on September 17th and asked to speak with ***. The receptionist asked for my information so she could look up the status of our deposit. We found out that our numbers were never put into their system. How were they supposed to contact us if our number wasn't in their system? We were disappointed and upset and asked for a refund of our deposit. We were transferred to ***, a manager who could process the refund. He said we would get the refund in the next couple of days. Two weeks later, no refund. I'm done with their con artist employees. We settled a dispute with our bank to get our deposit back. I know if I try to contact them, they would give us the run around again and refuse to give us our money back. Don't go to their lot.
