Last Week Fri 2 Days Ago Yesterday Store Employee named Trish. Thomson store. Wearing shorts so skimpy you could see her upper inner thigh. Reminded me of Catherine Bach in the Dukes of Hazards with these revealing shorts she had on. I can't believe that this type of store would allow for such employees to wear these types of unprofessional clothing.

Tractor Supply 1 year service plan on new lawnmower I bought I filed a claim They have no record of the transaction

Service request (SR#): [protected]
This is the 4th time I have submitted the sales receipt that TractorSupply gave me and the Store verified this document as sufficient proof
This is a Tractor Supply computer generated receipt
The problem should not be with me it's a problem between the store interpretation and Claims Review interpretation of what the receipt says
Why can't you call the store and verify and let us end going back and forth
I am going to forward these emails to the Corporate office in Brentwood TN and find someone that will resolve this
hopefully it does not take legal action to solve this minor issue

This is not a situation of defective product or poor service, it is down to Tractor Supply taking $299..99 from me,
I bought the product a 1 year service plan, money was taking from my bank account and transferred to TractorSupply
there is documentation to support this, and now I am told you will
not honor the transaction. Please take the time to resolve this simple problem

This is the sales receipt I received when I bought the new mower and 1 year warranty. 2 weeks ago I returned to the store the manager called the warranty nbr They did not have any record of the sale. I keep sending what the store
gave me that shows all items they are requesting. Maybe the store did not send the sales information to the warranty people at the time of sale. I had the total amount deducted from my bank account including the $299.99 service plan at the time of the sale.
I seem to be going around in circles. The final layaway payment requested: Sale Deposit shows on this document $2, 655.91
The attached document shows at the bottom Sale: $2, 655.91 Debit card directly withdrawn for my bank account at the time of sale Bank reference # [protected]
When this gets straightened out my 1 year service plan should start now not in [protected] the date of the sale
It my help to call the store directly Ask for Chip [protected]

Tractor Supply Rude Employees

Tractor Supply Newton NJ #2435. Stopped into the store on Saturday, May 15th for a bag of dogfood. Being fully vaccinated against Covid, following CDC guidelines and having been in other stores that do not require masks, despite Governor Murphy's edict, I entered the store not wearing a mask, with my son who was wearing one. I was immediately shouted at by Bessie at the register that I had to wear a mask. I said I was vaccinated. At least 2 other employees also started shouting at me that I had to wear a mask. By shouting I mean screaming at me all at the same time. Very unprofessional considering Bessie was training someone. I could see their paranoia so I pulled a mask from my pocket and held it up for them to see. I put the mask on and stated " I am fully vaccinated though". As my son and I proceeded to the back I heard one of the male employees say, "Yeah, right we are all vaccinated" which implied to me that I was lying. I grabbed the dogfood and went to Bessie's register. I paid and when she asked if there was anything else I told her I did not appreciate the other worker's snide comment implying I was lying about being vaccinated. I then showed her the pic of my card that I keep on my phone. She apologized and said it is still company policy to wear a mask. Until they adjust their rules for vaccinated people I will be shopping for the things I need where masks are not required.

Desired outcome: None.

I was a customer at the windham tractor supply 476 Boston post rd in north windham Connecticut on Saturday May 8th around 6p.m. I had called ahead to ask for 5 fifty pound bags on barn lime but as I arrived and noticed a line I decided to shop around a bit and when I brought my purchases to the register I told the woman working (Rayann) that I had 5 bags of...

Tractor Supply Availability date

I made an online order, because it noted the item will be available for in store pick up the following day. I didn't hear anything, so I called the store and it was not in, nor would it be in that day. The following day I call customer service. She claims this is an "estimated date". I explain it did not say estimate anywhere. I do let checked the email and my order status, which said "available for pick up". Representative states she is not sure when it will be available and I may have to wait. I asked if I could get some more specific information, and the information being provided is vague. She says, "Is it vague to say there is going to be a wait!? Do you want me to cancel your order!? I'm trying to help you!". I said "no reason to be rude, but when you say wait, I have no idea if that means another day, another week, 3 months" and she still does not have even a rough estimate! Now I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me back, but I will NEVER shop at Tractor Supply EVER in my life again.

Desired outcome: I want what I ordered

We purchased a club cadet series 5400 lawnmower 1/15, today was the third time using it. It turns over but won't start. We followed operator's manual. We don't think the choke is working but we've tried everything. We spent nearly $2000 for this lemon. We'd be happy if the tractor supply store in Plant City, Fl would replace with a working mower and send...

Tractor Supply I line air pressure regulator and filter / their customer service and warranty

I have an automotive repair shop in pecos tx. I was robbed in February and started replacing tools and equiptment at the end of February 2021. I went to tractor supply in Midland tx and bought a gasoline powered air compressor and inline pressure regulator and filter it cost $109.99 I had taken everything to my house and stored it there until a conex I had bought was delivered and it was leveled. on March 14th 2021 I took all tools and equiptment and started setting up the conex after I bolted everything in place I bought the fittings and battery cables and battery on March 15th 2021 to hook up the air compressor and had it operational on the March 16th 2021 I did not use the compressor till about the 20th of March a few days later the pressure regulator started leaking around the adjustment know so I took it off and set in in my tool box to finish my work I took it in to tractor supply in pecos to get it refunded on April 3rd and a guy named Luis said that he was not going to do anything about it because the warrenty was expired I explained to him that the compressor had only been hooked up for two weeks and he refused to do anything. I called their main office they said they should have refunded it it the store that they would send an e mail to the store manager and have him contact me to make this right and I never heard back from anyone. their headquarters number that I called was [protected] and was given a reference number of [protected] and never heard back from anyone.

Desired outcome: I would like it refunded

Tractor Supply Store manager was extremely rude.

I went into the store in Cleveland Mississippi to purchase a sack of dog food which I did and while I was there I asked to file a tax exemption affidavit for the 1.5 percent sales tax on ag products. The cashier said she didn't know how and she'd have to get a manager.
The manager (Blake) came walking up, was not wearing anything to identify himself as a store manager and did not introduce himself as the store manager but simply asked me what I wanted. Bear in mind he set the tone with his attitude towards me from the get go. He said I needed a credit card at which point I said that I have an American Express and he very rudely replied that I'd need to apply for a tractor supply card. I told him that we weren't interested in a tractor supply credit card and that all I wanted to do was file the tax affidavit with the store so we could use the tax exemption. Anyway, from that point, due to his arrogance, rude behavior and unwillingness to help me the encounter escalated into me getting upset at which point i said we don't have to do business here and he said no you don't and you can leave MY STORE. This young lad needs to be retrained or something his behavior towards me was uncalled for and I feel like he was irritated by the fact he had to come up front to talk to me. I'd like an apology from him. At this point I'm afraid to go back into the Cleveland I don't feel safe there with that guy working there. He seems to have anger issues.

Desired outcome: I’d like the manager to apologize for his rude behavior.

Chicks are being shipped to Phoenix Arizona in July & August when temperatures average 110+. Most arrive dead, the rest look dehydrated and in very poor condition. Chicks are raised in Arizona in the Fall or early Spring, NOT SUMMER. Every hatchery I know will only ship to Phoenix from October to May. Please fix this problem, it's cruel to treat chicks in this way and totally avoidable.

I buy this feed exclusively from Tractor Supply Company for my laying hens. I got to the bottom of the latest bag and found some nasty clumps of black, moldy looking stuff ( I have photos). I am concerned that this is a safety issue for my chickens primarily. How could this be in a bag for an animal to eat? If this is what I can see, should I be concerned about what I cannot see in this feed?

I had went to this tractor supply on 1/30/21 for vaccines through the pop up clinic. Upon arriving I asked 2 staff members where and what I should do since it was my first time. I was told to stand by certain doors and wait. Well, I did as told and waited 1 hour and 10 minutes since they were running late and never called. Wendy passed multiple time...

Tractor Supply Manager issue

I had an issue with my manager. The store was busy. I told them I was going on break at 2pm. when I was heading back at 1:59pm, they told me to stay up front until it slows down. I went back up trying to hide my frustration. After it died, my manager says "You can go on break now since you don't have your panties in a twist." What he said was very inappropriate. I am NOT tolerating that. He needs to be talked to.

Tractor Supply Tracking customers without their consent

I spoke with a Tractor Supply employee today and was telling her that I do not like companies asking for my phone number and tracking my purchases. She told me that employees will soon be wearing a device on their person that tracks every customer they come in contact with in case the employee tests positive for covid at some point in the future. She was not sure how the device would identify the costumer but I suspect it is through chips in credit cards or most likely through pinging the customers cell phone. This is outrageous and a disgusting violation of privacy! I told my spouse and called a few others about this. Everyone was equally appalled at this intrusion of privacy with out consent or knowledge. We will just go to a much smaller local company for most of our farm needs now. Technology is being used to violate the 4th amendment that garantees privacy in our person and papers. So as lawsuits will start rolling in to the individule employees for violating their 4th amendment rights maybe it will be stopped. Technology is being used in the most irresponsible and creepy ways and I and many others are getting very tired of it. Covid is a tool for tyranny and an excuse to take our privacy rights away. Most people are not aware that Tractor Supply will be doing this, but I will be sure to let them know.
