I made a purchase to be picked up at store in Pekin, IL on Febuary 9,2023 at #5509. The order went through, then I received email that I wasn't charged for 3 bags of cat food, which I purchased when I got to store. Then I was charged after for $91 for the cat food. Oct/Nov timeframe my chickens stopped laying, read about some craziness with your board being run by Soros people and that im not the only one whos chickens stopped laying, switched chicken feed and two weeks later i'm now getting the eggs I was before (now that i've stopped buying Dumor feed). Good bye Tractor supply, life out here needs honesty not Soros dedicated [censored]ty companies like tractor supply. I'm done.

I'm complaining about an employee
My complaint is that a tsc employee is accusing me of being a shoplifter. This is the second time she does this to me first time I was in there she kept following me and and asking and asking can I help you can I help you... I respectfully told he no not right now ma'am... I got what I needed that time and left and didn't think nothing about it but this second time that went she did the same thing automatically right away as soon as I stepped into the store she said can help you what are you looking for... And again I respectfully answered no thank you I good right now... I kept looking through the store for anything that was on clearance witch I didn't find anything that I wanted... So I was about to leave the parking lot when I noticed she was behind my car writing down my license plate number and came up to my window and told me I got your license plate number because I think you're a shoplifter and i'm calling the police. Now I don't feel like going to that tsc store anymore
Calling an employee retarded
Today [protected]. Around 7:45ish. I was in the Hinsdale N.H. store when I witnessed a manager call another employee retarded when they were helping another customer look up a price or something on the computer. When the manager came up and said you have to excuse them they are retarded. I then walked out and I refuse to go back if that is how managers treat employees like that.
Desired outcome: I want that manager to read the ADA act and start treating people with respect and compassion.
Delivery
Order # [protected] (Queensbury New York store) 4 bags dog food. Requested 1 bag be placed on porch and 3 bags be placed in van. Confirmed with young lady confirming the delivery on 12/10. (Previous purchase and delivery for the same went flawlessly)
2/13, driver shows up with liftgate truck. Shouted to the driver to put all 4 bags in van. Driver says it's on a pallet. I asked if he could take them off the pallet and place them in the van. Driver threw up his hands and shuffled around. I said you can't just drop off a pallet, it was pouring rain. I finally told him to take it back.
I called the store on 1/14 and talked to George? who was less than helpful. His solution was to give me the delivery company's phone number. In my opinion the seller has the responsibility to insure the delivery, from a purchase at their store, is completed. Thank you for your prompt resolution of this matter.

Logger steel toe boots
I went into Tractor Supply Store in Gilford New Hampshire to buy a pair of boots. I went got a pair of the shelf to try on and I got stabbed in the finger with the security guard tag which made me bleed. I brought them up to the register to inform the employees working how I had gotten injured with their product. They did nothing, didn't even offer a bandage. After I went to look at other products I was planning on buying, the employees instead of making sure I was okay started to follow me through the store. They followed me like I was a theft no matter where I went they would follow me making me very uncomfortable. I had several thousands dollars in my pocket planned on using it in the store. Due to me being injured and the lack of professionalism from the employees I left with nothing.
Desired outcome: The employees retained on how to provide customer service and something for the fact I was injured why trying to buy boots from your store.
In complete orders and no refunds
1/1/23 order 10 bags only got three what was left was a mess. Time 8:32am
1/123 order another 10 from Monroe tractor supply got an email stating order was modify only 6 bags not the 10 I asked for nor is there any correction as what I was charged 67.00 dollars showing from my checking account at 6.59pm neither of these two charges have been corrected. To go to Monroe is a good 20 to 25 minutes from where I live not worth my time or gas to drive that far for only 6 bags, Wadesboro is closer but same issue only 3 bags again not worth it. This is a really good way to lose a customer!

The management at this location is a joke. The main manager only care about flirting with the help and bullying the ones that don’t give into his title. Nonsense, I witnessed him be a total A-hole to one of his cashiers today while at that store. Needless to say, I left my buggy in the isle and walked out before I said something to him. Not the first time I have seen him do this to an employee.
Desired outcome: The manager and his goons need to be put back in check. Learn how to treat people that work for you. Worry more about your role with the company and leave the females alone.

Temptations cat treats
All sale items are charged full price at the cash register. I tell the manager and it does not get fixed . She says it’s not her fault it’s corporates fault for not updating the cash registers. I should not have to stop and audit my receipts. Today she told me I was wrong in front of a lot of people. I took her to the sign in pet foods. This is the 3rd time. Since she said it was a corporate problem, I am complaining to corporate.

I purchased a led security light like a week ago on my debit card and brought back to store with my receipt and wasn't offered cash back which should have been customer choice from what I seen on their website but wasn't ask if I wanted cash or back in my account haven't received no call from no one about now they have the item and my money I want my money you have your merchandise I have spoken to customer solutions several times and store manager proclaiming that general Manger will contact me but no response this is bad business that will cost them a lot more if they don't response and correct the problem with my money just ridiculous now manager saying there no way that they can refund me but someone will I don't have money to donate unfortunately this is not a good place to recommend to other nor shop at never again I'm done they need to honor there mistakes and customers and they should be their priority.

Bullying
Hi I work at tractor supply. I've been with the company 3 years. I just transferred to the atoka, ok tsc. And I'm having problems with the assistant manager bullying me. It's been on several occasions. She gripes at me for asking for help, she gripes at me for folding shirts, she said my attire was inappropriate when I was wearing womens ridgecut work pants but she was wearing bell bottoms. The last straw was today when I overheard her talking bad about me in the stockroom. There were customers that heard her. I'm tried of her making me feel bad at work. When she's there I feel like I can't do anything right. It's making me depressed and making me not want to go to work when she's there
Desired outcome: To work shifts different from hers. She should also be corrected about how she treats fellow employees

There are multiple dates/times but the latest incident occurred @9AM 11/19/22. I am In there every month or so picking up animal feed for my livestock and the last few times in there, this employee stalks me. He starts out by asking if he can help and then starts following me around. I tell him no I don't need any help, but he continues to follow me around and bug me. Today he did it again I told him to "leave me alone weirdow" and he threatened to call the Police... I complained to the cashier and he informed me that that guy is the boss!
Desired outcome: I have a flock of chickens and dogs and this is where I get all my animal feed... Next time I go in there I would like another employee to accompany me to the back of the store so I can make my purchases without being harassed
Returned snowplow
First of all I sent this 3 days ago and know has returned any kind of responds. I will be filing a compliant with the BBB since you dont care enough about my concerns. I ordered a switchblade snowplow on your site on October 26th it made it seem it didnt go through, I then ordered another one and low and behold now i ordered 2 of them. I sent one back on the ups truck which he never took off the truck the same day it arrived i have been talking to a gal on line and she said just let it go through the process. now it is over two weeks. They still havnt said they received it. I have spent over 11,000.00 with TSC this year alone. Now i still havnt received my money back in my acct for the extra snowplow of 511.73. I am very disappointed in TSC handling my affairs. I want my money back. Employee conduct
Hello, I am a customer of your Mount Vernon Washington store. I wanted to reach out to you in regards to your employees and their conduct in front of customers.
I was in there towards the beginning of this week (I think around Tuesday) and I noticed two employees acting very familiar with each other on the sales floor. I didn't think much about it at first because some casual flirting between male and female coworkers is common, but then later after I had checked out. I saw them in the parking lot and they were VERY familiar with each other. I don't have anything against relationships and these two might even be married, but as someone who works in Human Resources for a midsize retailer, we have a policy in place against these sort of things to avoid personal issues at work. Plus the man (medium height, slender, brown short hair and beard, with glasses) seemed to be in a managerial position, as to where the young woman (short, bigger build, short curly dark brown hair, with glasses) seemed to be his subordinate.
As I said these two might be married and the company might be completely aware of all this, but as someone who works in HR it just threw up a lot of red flags for me.
Plus as a customer, it made me slightly uncomfortable. That location is bad enough with all the vagrants hanging around, I don't need to see the employees making out in the parking lot.

Horrible manager not sure how he was hired
Cody in Eastland Tx is terrible, I can not understand how he’s a manager he talks terribly about employees and is useless. I’ve never had an issue in this store with anyone but him. The ladies are always wonderful and other managers are great but Cody is horrible and makes me wish there was another store option close by! No one should speak poorly about associates or other managers to customers. You can’t have that I’m never wrong it’s someone else’s fault no matter what attitude. He needs to not blame others and treat customers and employees with respect.
Desired outcome: Coach him for improvement or remove him
