I paid for 2 checked bags when making my reservation for a trip from Medellin to Bogota and then to San Juan. At the check-in, the airline did not have the confirmation of my payment for the two extra bags so I had to pay for them again. My Booking reference with travelgenio is [protected]. The airline was avianca, flights 9349 and 258 on April 11,2022. I attached a photo which confirmed that I had 2 extra baggage but the airport could not find it.

Hi I’m Dr azher ali, I’ve booked a return ticket from islamabad to New York through travelgenio, as I’ve received the booking confirmation from travelgenio but my ticket is still pending. I didn’t get any ticket confirmation email. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible i did booking on Sunday, 10 April 2022 and I booked to fly on 7 May and return on 30th June 2022

They are thieves and liars. I had booked a trip for my daughter which ended being so delayed that she was going to miss her connecting flight. She cancelled the flight with the airline and took another flight. The airline was wonderful and understanding. They were willing to refund her money but because the original payment was from the the agency (who I paid), the refund would go to the agency and the agency was to refund me. This occurred in the beginning of January. The airline gave me the date, credit card number and authorization for the refund. It was credited to Travelgenio on Jan 6. I have repeated called them and they continue to say they haven't received it. I contacted my credit card, Capital one, and Travelgenio refuses to acknowledge receipt or contact the airline to follow up. I have called more than a half dozen times. The last time they just blew me off and hung up. They have over $1000 of my money that they are keeping illegally. I am going to seek out justice any which way I can, but for now I am going to post this on every review website to warn other people about this scam agency. I hope this stops even just one person from making the mistake I did using Travelgenio.

I booked online and my funds were deducted but i have not yet received my tickets my reference numbers are: I called Airlink here in Zimbabwe they have advised that it hasn't been processed and they are waiting for you guys since they can not pick the references on the system.

I haven't received my e-ticket for the booking that I made from Amsterdam to Copenhagen for 15 May 2022 (booking ref #[protected]). Already made the entire payment for the ticket value of INR 11527 through HDFC Credit Card. It's still showing booking is in process. There is no toll free number for Indian customer to contact your call centre. I sent multiple emails through various platforms but still no response from anyone from your team. Please share the pnr asap.

l was supposed to travel with my family on the 04.09.2020 from Johannesburg international to Harare, coming back on the 20.09.2020 but l had cancel my journey because of Covid lock down. So l thought that l was going to reschedule my journey until 2021, but unfortunately there were still some travel restrictions if you were coming from Africa to the United Kingdom because most African countries thy were in Covid red zone, so it was very difficulty to travel because of these restrictions. This week, l phoned AirLink wanting to rebook my flight from Johannesburg to Harare, but they told me that l couldn't because the money was refunded back to Travelgenio. So l am asking for my refund in order for me to be able to book my flight to travel, because l never received my refund back.

I have never received my follow-up email with my booking code and e-ticket. My booking reference is [protected], the reservation was made on feb 17th, and it is a one-way ticket on british air departing dulles airport on may 13 and landing in tirana albania on may 14 (through london). Moreover you make it impossible to contact you... No email address and hone lines will not connect with a person.

Aangegeven was dat handbagage inclusief was, en dat reisdocumenten vereist waren zoals op de officiële pagina van het land van bestemming (Aruba) wordt aangegeven. Hierop wordt gesteld dat de formulieren voor de E/D kaart in het vliegtuig worden verstrekt. Vervolgens wordt toegang geweigerd omdat de E/D kaart voor vertrek digitaal moet worden ingevuld

Aanvullend info wordt per email worden toegezonden het betreft office en pdf bestanden, die hier niet toegevoegd kunnen worden.

In complain board, travelgenio told me that send us email.

But when I send an email,

They never never answer!

It just say in complinboard!

I' m tired of trevelgenio.

They told me that they send money in my account, but over one month I didnt receive money (usally it take 3-4days)

Please check!

My confirmation number 4JOHP9 I booked my ticket on 26 March'2022 and within exact 4 hours I cancelled it just because of the genuine reason that I didn't have London transit visa and this ticket includes two different London airports. Called them 100 times got the same response refund has already been done but I still got nothing from them. Confirmed with my bank 100 times but nothing is there. Asking them for proof so that I can show it to my bank no logical response from them. Totally a scam please resolve it as it's a family emergency and those were my last funds. They are continuously fooling me that they are sending me bank statements so that I can show it to my bank but they really aren't sending any proofs.

I booked a flight ticket with them. Now my flight has been cancelled at the last minute. I have no where to call them. The contact detail of Paris office is wrong. And I have been sending email which I get no reply. I am just feeling helpless just 2 days before my scheduled flight.
