I have used them over 6 times and found that the service is outstanding. I get one on one service like in the days past. Not that I am not computer savvy I like to know if and when I have an issue they will fix.

I wanted nothing to do with this program based on reviews I read. My wife said let's take a chance. Our first trip with Tripps we just went for a long weekend staying in a nice hotel. We saved $180 with our new travel program. It's good to know we can save money every time we travel. John Tennessee

My wife and I purchased with Tripps Plus earlier this summer. We hadn't been able to travel because of the Pandemic, so were interested in what this travel company had to offer. After seeing Jonathan's presentation we decided to join. We extended our trip to go to Arizona and Utah for a few days after Las Vegas and used our new membership to book hotels. We saved about 30% which I thought was pretty good on short notice. The only reason I didn't get them 5 stars is they need to get rid of the marketing company that brought us to Las Vegas! If I had to list all of their lies this review would be 5 pages long! H.W. New York
People please do not sign or agree to purchase anything from this company, they say you are in a membership, but it's your worst nightmare ever. They do not allow you to have buyers remorse or the three day cooling off period, they say they don't honor that and it's only for a timeshare, any consumer has the right to decide within 3 days to change your mind, they say you are stuck like chuck with this ridiculous traveling membership. As a consumer it's our right to rescind on any purchase we decide within a decent amount of time. My husband and I attended this 90 minute seminar that degraded timeshares and boosted their own trip membership, make sure that you don't signed any paperwork that does not allow you to ponder over your decision within the 3 days of buyers remorse or the cooling off period. If I had know the name of this company before I agreed to this so call membership, I would have did my required 90 minutes for the nasty hotel we were put in just to be scammed, they pretends as if they really care about you and want to address your concerns although they pretend to no have anything to do with the company that sold us the vacation package. I wasn't sold on this travel program, but I purchased because my wife wanted it! We have young kids, so the idea of staying in a condo at a reduced price was enticing. We booked a 3 bedroom through Tripps in Myrtle Beach for about $600 prime season. This was a much better price than I found on my own. As far as the membership, the first impression with this company was a good one. Josh D

I thought from reading review this company wasn't legit
I thought from reading review this company wasn't legit. Especially after the company ripped me off for $399 on a 4 day Las Vegas vacation. None of the gifts promised turned out to be true. That being said, we decide to give Tripps a chance. We booked a long weekend at a Hilton in the Dallas area and save 38%. That was a good first impression. The wife and I are ready go on another vacation! Michael R.

I have never felt so ripped off in all my life
I have never felt so ripped off in all my life. First all the promises for a vacation package that we paid for were all a scam. There is no free slot play or $200 in food vouchers. We did purchase the TrippsPlus because they said they could sell our timeshare in a short time which is how we planned to pay for this membership. We signed up and paid even more for the company to sell the timeshare and I have never heard another word in 6 weeks. We financed the package thinking we would sell the timeshare in a month, which is what I was lead to believe. The financing is costing us $100 per month. I feel so ripped off. I didn't know anything prior to the presentation about the company, not even the name TrippsPlus, and as cell phones aren't allowed during the presentation, I had no way to research this company. They create excitement during the presentation and made me think I was getting a great deal. I wish we never ever bought this membership.

The presentation we attended promoted a $10000 membership with the assurance of major savings and a variety of options. Immediately on returning to our hotel we checked revues placed on line by numerous members and then checked Las Vegas ComplaintsBoard.com, which also had too many complaints for our comfort.
Tripps Plus received two phone calls from us as well as E mails early the following morning requesting a cancellation of our membership. We explained our concerns and reminded them that no service had been provided from them and a simple cancellation and full refund of $8698 was requested. Every form of communication and there were many received a standard generic answer informing us that we signed a "non rescission contract and only $1500 partial refund would be offered, which we declined, again requesting a full refund.
To make matters worse we have compared savings on travel expenses to various locations and the savings are negligible or non existent.
We feel Tripps Plus misrepresented their product, exaggerating the savings and engaged in unethical business practices by refusing repeated requests for cancellation made within mere hours of presentation and signing.
Thank You
Kevin M

My wife and I participated in a Travel Club Presentation on 7/26 at the Tripps Plus office in Las Vegas, NV
My wife and I participated in a Travel Club Presentation on 7/26 at the Tripps Plus office in Las Vegas, NV. What they presented to us is not what we have experienced in just the short time we have been a member. The deep discounts for Motels, Airfares and Car Rentals are not as abundant and as available for multiple dates as they indicated. We own a number of Timeshares and were told by the Representative, Johnathan D that the rates for a weekly stay would be significantly less than our annual maintenance fees. Upon reviewing the website, it is apparent that the properties we own and those that they have in many cases aren't the same. Jonathan made a point of bringing the three Timeshare Property Books (for ***, *** and ***) and said these "Timeshare Trading companies" make their inventory available to TrippsPlus because the timeshare properties deliberately make available > 50% of their weeks for cash business. I DEMAND A REFUND. Breach of Contract..

We went to a travel club presentation on 4/14 that was required per the Las Vegas trip package that I purchased from the Las Vegas travel authority. A man who presented himself as a Christian pastor gave the presentation using power point and examples of booking hotels, time shares, *** and vacation packages at a greatly discounted rate. They also touted that we would be given memberships for 4 different family members to use. We were told that you could also book cruises at a greatly discounted rate. I created an account on the Tripp's Plus website and looked at booking hotels and all inclusive trips and the prices were much higher than website's like *** or *** Of course our children and friends don't want to book on the website and pay higher prices, making it impossible to accumulate points on people booking through your account. We were promised a Mexico trip as part of the deal but have not used any of it. I have attempted to call. They never answer.

We bought a membership in TTN Las Vegas after a group orientation meeting
We bought a membership in TTN Las Vegas after a group orientation meeting. We feel they used very unfair and deceptive business practices. We bought a travel membership in TTN Las Vegas on September 23,2019 after a group orientation meeting. We have been very disappointed in not only their service, but what was discussed about the membership before signing the contract. We were told we had a lifetime membership with our $6,000.00 membership fee and no other fees were mentioned to us at the time. Now we just received notification of an additional$199.00 yearly fee. Upon checking this business on your ComplaintsBoard.com website,we see that they have charged other individuals varying lifetime membership fees, from $3,000.00- to $6,000.00.( We were not offered any other type of membership). These are very unfair and deceptive business practices. We feel as seniors, we were fully taken advantage of. Also, during the signing of the documents there was undo pressure and duress placed on us to sign quickly, before we had an opportunity to fully review them. It seemed they were rushing us out to bring in the next group for their orientation. Our experience thus far with this company has not met our expectations. We have not been able to book any discount hotels as promised to us. Either the hotel was not in your system or we found we could do better on our own. We are asking for our $6,000.00 membership fee to be refunded to us due to the facts above.

I have been waiting on a refund for a purchase for nearly two months with confirmation of a refund by email on 11/03 which has still not processed. I purchased a week at a hotel not he Tripps website that was advertised as an all-inclusive. I called the concierge at Tripps to confirm the information and was told that whatever the information on the website says is what I should receive and that he would email me back with more information about how to follow up with making reservations for an all-inclusive for 4 people as the website did not ask for any names. I got an email after I booked that the hotel was actually not an all-inclusive. I called and requested to cancel the reservation back on November 7th. The reservation was "escalated" and after several phone calls in November, I received an email confirming that my refund was processed and should be in my account within 3-5 business days on December 3rd. I called back on November 15th when the funds were not returned and, again, was told that the issue was escalated and that accounting had processed the refund while I was on the phone. I called back on December 30th as the funds were still not returned and have been on the phone being told that the issue was escalated again and that the process to get the refund needed to be started again as it was done improperly the first time. I still do not have my refund after nearly two months of phone calls and statements my Tripps supervisors that the refund has been processed.

Scammed me into $6000 making me believe it was a travel club
Scammed me into $6000 making me believe it was a travel club. They had a working website to convince me. I went & home the "deals" were gone On August , I was called by a telemarketer who claimed to work for the hotel that I booked in Cancun, Mexico some years ago. He was very convincing and stated that he had a deal for me to go to Vegas. It was only $300 and all that I had to do was go to a 1-hour presentation but if I missed it, would be charged the full fare. Additionally, once I booked I would get a free dinner and play and free plane tickets after the presentation for my next trip. It was enticing to me as I needed a break from constantly working and being a new mom as I hadn't taken a vacation in years. I figured that I had nothing to lose. I booked for December for birthday weekend. I went to the presentation where everything went well. I was thoroughly convinced that everything was legit, I was shown the website and comparisons of cheaper travel deals that I was able to navigate on my phone. It was similar to *** but that I would receive points and deals to the point that eventually I would be able to profit from these trips. So I bought in. I even received a free ride back to the hotel or anywhere I needed to be. But by the time I got home the website did not have the same deals that I saw in the presentation. The prices were the same or similar in comparison to ***, ***, etc. Afterwards I received vouchers for free round-trip tickets they were also a scam! It stated that I had to pay application fees for each trip! My first attempt to get my money back was to call the company. I called multiple times with no answer. I was placed on hold and left voicemails with no response. I emailed this company multiple times with no reply back. Eventually I placed a dispute with Bank of America credit card company. But they denied it 3 times. I was angry and too ashamed to know what to do next. I did some research and consulted someone for help. According to ComplaintsBoard.com they are scam artists but I found out too late. I am asking for help to get my money back. I was scammed into buying what I was described to become a travel agent. I would have my own ID number where I can book cruises, hotel rooms, etc. at wholesale prices. After signing up and creating an account, I realized that it was nothing but a travel club and a scam. There were no whole sale prices, just another booking website. I have called, emailed, texted with no response. I was even told that if I came out to Las Vegas that I would receive bonuses and ended up shelling out an extra $800 PLUS airline tickets with no bonuses ever sent to me.
