Hi, my flight has been booked from OR Tambu, South Africa to Maputu, Mozambique. The dates are; leaving 1 Nov 2021 and returning 30 Nov 2021. I have just been told that SA Airways are only starting to fly there on the 1st Dec 2021.

I have canceled my flights with you. Can you please ensure that my full money is returned.

How can you accept my money knowing that there is no flights!

I have booked my flight using travelgenio. I paid for the seats at the time of booking but the airlines say they did not receive any funds for the seat and my seat is still not confirmed. Can you please look into it. My booking reference number is [protected]. If possible please refund me the funds for the seat reservation so I can reserve seat on the arilines website.

On 20 sep I have booked saudi airlines flight scheduled to fly on 23 Oct. But the airlines has canceled the flight. Though I have tried to contact travelgenio they haven't responded to any of my queries. I need refund of my tickets at the earliest. With due respect please refund my money.

don't buy! they said that my flight was canceled but
in fact it never existed, I looked at the airline and there was no
flight for the time they sent me, so they invent excuses to get in touch
with the airline.

I booked a ticket through Travelgenio website on 6th Oct 21.

Flight from Muscat(MCT) to madurai(IXM) payment debited from account of OMR134.

Upto now not received the airticket and the 8 digit refernce number is [protected].

I tried thru customer service phone call, email id but not succesful.I dont know i will get the ticket or not.Am in anxiety to book a other ticket.

I have not got my e ticket after 24 hours of booking .

Dear Travelgenio Team,

With due respect, I would like to tell you that as I have booked my airline ticket from your website booking ID [protected] from Dubai to Pakistan and currently I am not able to travel due to some personal reason. I have email to you team they refuse to refund the amount. kindly assist me to extant my flight at least 6 month I will fly with you in 15-April 2022.

I bought a flight ticket through "Travelgenio" compagny and I added insurance for full refund and I paid almost 40 dollars extra to have an extra bag in my return. Then, I was contacted by this travel agency and I was told that the airline change the departure time (45 min later) and they asked me to pay extra 30 euro or they will not reissue my ticket.
Second, I tried to add another bag, which I already paid for it, they said "What you paid is special service and you still need to pay for that extra luggage.
This compagny is not trustful and they are trying to steal money from people.
I highly recommand everyone to not buy any ticket from that compagny,

22nd March 2020 - Because of Covid situation, my flight EK112 was cancelled by airline company, so I asked a refund from Travelgenio.
30th March 2020 -Their answer: they are managing the refund request and as soon as airline company approves, the amount will be refunded.
13th April 2020 - Asked for a status of my request. No answer.
05th May 2020 - Second request. No answer.
03rd July 2020 - Third request.
06th July 2020 - Answered they managed my refund and are waiting for company's approval.
After waiting a long period, on 06th January 2021, I decided to ask if they could change this ticket into a voucher, as I still didn't received my money back.
08th January 2021- Their answer: they ar still waiting company's approval.
13th August 2021- Asked one more time about my refund. No answer.
24th September 2021 - Decided to write to airline company directly. Their answer: They have managed my request and approved my refund since August 2020, and that I should talk to my agency to get my money back, as this should happen long time ago.
24th September 2021- I forwarded this conversation to the agency, no answer till now.
Please advice how to get my money back.

I have been trying to reach Travel Genio for a long time now with no avail.

I don't have access to the email anymore that I booked my ticket with.

And if you don't have the booking ID, it seems impossible to get in contact with them.

I urgently need the details of my flights

I booked a ticket for the 23rd of September. When I got to the airport I was told that my ticket had been changed to the 24th. This change was made without my consent and I was never notified of the change. I missed a lot of meetings because of this change. Honestly this is unacceptable. How do you change someone's ticket without letting their consent? I now had to be turned back at the airport because of this. I also had to pay for another Covid test because the one I had was going to be invalid on the 24th. Let alone the inconvenience of arriving a day later!

I paid 2, 610 british pound for 2 tickets, I cancelled it and asked for refund because of involuntarily changes of the flight made by the airlines.
They said that I need to pay 30 euros for each ticket for the services, then I only received 2, 480 pounds, I should receive 2, 550 pounds.

They have bad and lazy customer service and they are a big scam in any service that they offer.

The airline has cancelled my going flight and when I wanted to refund my return ticket they refused to do any meaningful action even with the "Enhanced Refundable Term" that I purchased with the booking.

I contacted the airline by myself and they informed that the ticket is refundable but they need the agency whom I booked with to contact them, even with that, Travelgenio did not contact the airline.

customer service will tell you that they have done something but once you end the call they will send you a link to apply somewhere, after applying you will receive a notification asking you to contact the customer service and you will be locked with this circle.

Thirty-six hours before my partner is expected to fly, and the "fare has changed" for the flight. I'm given a payment link to ensure the booking isn't canceled. I do this, I am in fact charged, and the booking still says canceled. I wait on hold forever for customer service, and when I finally speak to someone, I am assured what within 2-3 hours, I'll have the new booking. Six hours go by, and now I'm asked to PAY EVEN MORE, now for baggage. I do that, am charged again, and Travelgenio is still "searching for my booking." The website times out, and I'm still left with a canceled booking. No email correspondence to confirm either payment. It's just about 24 hours until the flight. My only choices are to keep paying this scammy website or book a last-minute flight for $600+ one-way. What a horrible company. Shame on you.

I Have booked my tickets from chennai to Amsterdam. Its more than 30 hours and not yet received my tickets. On calling the Customer care getting very rude response.

EMERGENCY! I'm writing to ask why my last flight from Frankfurt to Berlin has been cancelled and you even didn't inform me about that? On August 16th I have received a confirm E-Mail from you saying that my flight from Frankfurt to Berlin from 9:00-10:10 on October the 1st has been confirmed, so why is that suddenly cancelled?

My flight will be due soon and the time is very tight! So PLEASE order the flight from Frankfurt to Berlin for me (Flight time: 9:00-10:10, Oktober the 1st) again and contact me for the confirmation ASAP. Or I will appeal to the court against your irresponsibility!

The telephone number supplied to the UK is not working my flights from Turkey to Johannesburg has been cancelled and the return trip from Johannesburg to Turkey has also been cancelled please can you give me a telephone number so I can get this rectified as soon as possible
