I am searching for the contact information of the TravelGenio on their website and could not find it.

In my trip Hyd to Baharin flight information is not showing but when i send the electronic ticket i can see it.

It is very hard for me to make sure whether my travel is On or not.

Hi, I booked from travelgenio from the 20th December 2022 to January 17th 2022 but apparently my return flight on the 17th January with Emirates got cancelled due to the airline not Operating on the day. When I called my airline they said that I am able to reschedule the flight but I did not receive any email regarding reschedule confirmation from travelgenio. Please reschedule my flight to the 18th January 2022 as I am not able to travel without a return flight

On Feb 19, 2020 I purchased two return air tickets for me and my wife to travel to India. Due to COVID lockdown, we were not able to travel. We informed Travelgenio in early April 2020 to cancel the ticket and give us refund or credit. Until now we have not received the refund or credit from travelgenio.

We called Air India in Australia and were advised to contact travelgenio to get the refund/credit as they have processed the refund to them in January 2021.

I purchased a ticket on the website Travel2be (aka Travelgenio): booking number [protected]. My account was registered under the email [protected]@naver.com. The company sent me the e-ticket to this email address on 8 October 2021 (see attached screen shot).

Due to personal circumstances, I need to cancel this ticket.

However, when I tried to access the customer service page on the Travel2be website, the page is blocked (see attached screen shot).

I then sent an email to Travelgenio (customer.[protected]@travelgenio.com), but they replied that no account exists under the email [protected]@naver.com.

This sort of run-around by the company appears common across comments by other customers found on the internet.

Is there any way to receive a refund?

I booked a going and return ticket from Rome to Durban. Transit to adis abbaba. Right before getting onto the flight, the check in desk while trying to scan my ticket, continued to say that I could not get into the flight because the ticket was non existent. I had no seat, despite it being confirmed, they insisted I had no ticket. Lost all my flight and had to rebook a whole different flight last minute costing me double the money. Been trying to contact Travelgenio for two weeks now, every single day, since the airline told me to take it up with the company I made the reservation with, but without a single answer. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I accidentally booked a flight in the opposite direction. Seattle to Cancun instead of Cancun-Seattle. I promptly called to change only to find out that this error would cost 100 euros or 50 euros per ticket. These third party airline booking agencies have shady booking practices and often go out of business after a short time. They exist to scam.

I booked a flight from Dhaka to Muscat through Travelgenio. They debited my account but I haven't received my ticket yet.

We have booked ticket from MSP to Miami through Kayak/Travelgenio on oct22. Received an email guaranteed tickets with 1100 dollars deducted from credit card.
Today we called to make sure tickets are confirmed and we here the rep saying they did not book then as ticket department was closed. We did not receive an email confirming that they could not book the tickets until we followed up 11/15. Right now ticket price over 200 dollars our originally booked price. All we here is we can refund. This is absolutely fraud and we need these tickets booked at the price amount was deducted

Two months ago
I sent a mail my flight reservation refund.
But travelgenio didn't answer.
So I inquire again.

I ask to refund my fly reservation.
I was informed of the flight schedule change through a domestic airline and this made the trip impossible, so I decided to cancel the trip.
In my opnion, A full refund is requested because it is a case of cancellation due to a change in the flight schedule, not for personal reasons.

Travelgenio has charged me for $956CAD instead of $899CAD? It's fraud. The final price was never displayed as the price of 639, 93 euro. I have never seen the price in any euro. I took the photographs in each step at the time of proceeding for the purchase of this ticket. The price of $899, 39 CAD remains the same. I cannot understand why you are doing this if you have advertised the price of 899, 39 CAD on the website that is attached to this email unconditionally. Where is the price of 639, 93 euro? I'm going to open the dispute of the payment of $954 CAD with my MasterCard because it's absolutely dishonest. Actually, you're doing it the second time to me. I'm going to apply to the authorities. It's absolutely unacceptable!

I booked a flight from Madrid to Tunis for Oct. 31st, scheduled for 23.35.
When I arrived at the airport 3 hrs in advance the check-in was closed, airline desk closed and no information was available anywhere.
it turned out the flight had been rescheduled 14 days in advance to take off at 1h55 on the next day.
Travelgenio had not bothered to inform me about the flight change. They had 14 days to inform me, but did nothing. I checked online on TravelGenio MyTrip, logged in and no reliable nor updated information was available.
And then the flight was actually late, in addition to the rescheduled time :-(
Due to the lack of information I spent over 7 hours waiting at the airport :-(
I now seriously doubt the seriousness of this company. Unless this is addressed I won't trust Travelgenio anymore.

I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Johannesburg and payment is done. The reference no for payment is [protected].

Kindly send me the E ticket as soon as possible.

06/10/2021. The booking made on this date for Emirates Flight from Dubai to Bangalore on 7 Dec 2021 is not showing in my booking through airline BOOKING CODE. I received the confirmation of this booking on 6 Oct 2021. Now the outbound flight from Dubai to Bangalore as per my original booking and confirmation is not there. Travel Genio has cheated me by charging for outbound and inbound tickets for my full family but have not provided the outbound tickets.

They do not answer emails or phone calls. This is a scam company.

I bought a flight ticket from Dubai (UAE) to Johannesburg (RSA) on 4 November 2021, travelling with Kenya Airlines via Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta Airport) from Dubai to Johannesburg.
