I received an e-mail from Treble Zenio regarding the cancellation of the flight ticket.
I have paid back my ticket payment and credit card payment in February and have received an email from Treble Zenio that my flight ticket was canceled due to Corona Loin.
But I received an email that the payment was not made and that I could take legal action. I even received an email telling the airline to cancel because the airline is operating normally, but shouldn't the travel agency cancel it if I make a reservation through the travel agency?
Are you sending me an email after checking it properly?

Stuck in China for selling wrong tickets. The company can't even contact them. PLZ. Help me!

There was a problem with the ticket issued by your company, so I went to the airport on time, but I couldn't take a flight. Request a 100% refund!

On June 9, 2020, I booked the ticket and paid for it as in the email below.
I went to Shanghai airport in China on June 16, 2020 when I booked my flight ticket.
My flight ticket was a flight ticket,
Hong Kong Airlines from Hong Kong to Shanghai on June 16th,
and Korean Air from Hong Kong to Seoul on June 17th,
waiting at the 5 hour Hong Kong airport.

My Tickets issued by Hong Kong Airlines starting with "169-" as shown in the e-ticket number below.

On June 16, 2020, when the flight ticket was booked, we arrived at the airport 3 hours earlier than the flight reservation time

A Hong Kong airline employee working at Shanghai Airport refused to issue a ticket to Hong Kong Airlines from Shanghai to Hong Kong without a Korean Air ticket from Hong Kong to Seoul as a result of the COVID-19 action at Hong Kong Airport.

However, the e-ticket issuance that you have booked for your ticket is a Hong Kong Airlines e-ticket with one reservation number, and the ticket for Shanghai-Hong Kong and Hong Kong-Seoul starts with "169-" on one electronic ticket. Tickets can only be issued at Hong Kong Airlines or Korean Air's counters in Hong Kong.

To solve this problem, I called the customer service center of travelgenio.com several times at the airport, but did not answer.
I asked Hong Kong airlines for help, but I was denied to be able to board without Korean Air's flight ticket, and the staff in charge of the guidance vacated.
I inquired by calling Korean Air on Korea, but I made a reservation for the flight through "travelgenio.com", and was refused that Korean Air could not give an e-ticket because it was an e-ticket of Hong Kong Airlines starting with "169-".
Both Hong Kong Airlines employees and counters at Shanghai Airport refused to give me my plane tickets. And they all went home.

Therefore, I would like to refund 100% of the ticket below.
1.Hong Kong Airlines in Shanghai refused to issue a ticket issued by your company.
2. I have booked airline tickets for Hong Kong Airlines and Korean Air, but both airlines refused to provide tickets.
3. Your ticket is invalid and I have lost a lot of time and money.

When will it be refunded? I am still unable to depart from Shanghai.

I purchased a travelgenio plane ticket in for April but the flights got cancelled due to Corona Virus. Travelgenio is sending an automated reply and isn't responding to my emails! It is impossible to get in touch with actual customer service.

I purchased a travelgenio plane ticket but I need to cancel due to Corona Virus. Travelgenio is sending an automated reply and isn't responding to my emails! It is impossible to get in touch with actual customer service.

Both Canada and Korea require Quarantine for 2 weeks each, which means I must quarantine for 1 MONTH for this trip.
It is impossible to quarantine for that long, plus the dangers of Corona virus is too risky so I must cancel my trip.
Please refund my plane ticket 100% as this is not voluntary but due to a worldwide pandemic.

In January 2020, I booked a flight ticket from Korea to Portugal.
Subsequently, due to COVID-19, the cancellation request was made, but after asking for a cancellation fee of about 40%, no reply was given to any contact. It is not a personal fault, and I think about 40 percent of the fees are excessive for cancellations caused by the global blockade. Since then, I have contacted him several times but never received a response. I think this response is very unkind and rude, and I will never use travelgenio again.

On 3/20/2020, 12:37pm EDT, I booked two tickets from Karachi, Pakistan to New York, NY (JFK) as COVID spread was at its peak and I wanted my mother & aunt to get here safely (booking number ACNPDE). My mother is a cancer patient and she had appointments here which I did not want her to miss. Travelgenio had given us 24 hours to cancel (see cancellation policy from Travelgenio below in letter attached).

The very next day, on 3/21/2020 at around 11:00am EDT (not even 24 hours), I called Travelgenio to cancel the ticket (I was trying to get a hold of them since 9:30am EDT). I was on hold for quiet some time and after getting hold of the operator, I informed them that Pakistan had just announced cancellation of all outbound/inbound flights and were going to shut down airports. Travelgenio operator (which you can request for our call record from them - my brother even called and you can ask for his recording too), informed me that they did not know of this and Turkish airline had made no changes. Travelgenio asked that I call again later because if flight is cancelled, they would refund (which I did multiple times, even on week of 5/10) but I could not get through. I am on hold for hours but then phone hangs up. I tried calling Turkish Airline on 3/21 as well but could not get through to them (I assume many people were calling due to COVID).

I then called Capital One on 3/21 around 1pm EDT, and the operator helped me cancel the transaction and told me it would be taken care of. I had specifically asked for stop payment as the transaction was still pending and had not gone through. We even talked about how we know who to do business with and who not to, as customer service is tested in these types of environments.

Separately, on 3/21/2020 8:48pm, Turkish airline emailed us saying they had cancelled the flight out of Karachi (I called Travelgenio & Turkish airline after that, but I couldn't get through). Travelgenio never called us back to confirm any cancellation, despite us calling them multiple times.

I have called Capital One/ Visa/ Travelgenio multiple time. Capital One and Visa have assured me that the funds were paid back out to Travelgenio on May 1st, 2020. I've even provided my Capital One statement to Travelgenio showing the funds were debited from my account and that they should check with their respective bank. But Travelgenio keeps saying they don't have the funds. How is that possible?

Travelgenio customer service representatives I've dealt with over the emails are 'Customer Care Team', Victor Vazquez, Jennifer and Laura. My email ticket number given by Travelgenio is 3799950.

I would like a refund of $1038.63.

I have bought the ticket from Austria to Korea for 733 euroes. I have recently receivef a refund of only 703 euroes. The cancellation of this flight was not done voluntarily, but rather due to the pandemic. Why is it that we only get the majority of the money back and not 100 percent. I would like to receive 100 percent refund.

I bought a ticket to Rome in April last December., However, since March 10, Alitalia airlines have eliminated all direct flights and have refunded 100 percent - not because of Corvid 19, but Travelgenio has not refunded me yet., I'm so angry, give me my money back!
