I heard from a friend of mine, all of the no-stopover flights were cancelled by Air Canada. However, I didn't get any email from you.

Due to CoronaVirus19, Etihad flight company cancelled my flight schedule unilaterally.
So I already back to Korea last week with other ticket.
And I'm not plan any flight schedule.
So I wanna get back FULL-refund cash instead of voucher.
I called with Etihad airways, and they said i can refund through Travelgenio.

I don't know where it is, but I left a message on June 29, 2020, and the answer is the same as the second attachment. As a result, the mail I sent is the third email from the top of the first file. They still didn't even read it.

It's been over a month since my flight ticket was canceled, but I can't get a refund because it's still being processed. Please take care of it as soon as possible. It's a refund due to the cancellation of the airline, why aren't you processing it? It's the airline's fault, so I want a 100% refund. If it doesn't work soon, we'll bring it up to the Dispute Committee and each complaint site.

On March 30, 2020, I received notification from Travelgenio that my flights for my wife and I on SAS SK4496 from Oslo to Svalbard on 2 Aug 2020 was cancelled. We had paid $648.40 on 19 Jan 2020 for these flights. The tickets booked through Travelgenio were [protected]-[protected] for Charles Wilson Kent and [protected]-[protected] for Mary Mederios Kent.

The email said "...the amount will be refunded to the form of payment provided when making the booking." Neither my wife, myself, nor another couple we were traveling with have received any further notice about our refunds. We have been unsuccessful in attempting to contact Travelgenio.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, and prompted by this cancellation, we have cancelled our trip. Since the airline cancelled our trip, we expect a full refund.

I contacted Asiana Airlines and said to me. On April 13, the Asiana Airlines flight on schedule Hanoi to Incheon.

Since the cancelation of the flights by the airlines mentioned above, due to the Corona-Virus, we didn't hear anything of the company, where we bought the tickets (Travelgenio SL; Licenz-Code: CICMA 233).

Whenever we passed Email, there was no reply, nore could we get in contact with this Agency. Since April we didn' receice any refund. At least we would agree a Voucher to realize the flights in 2021.

We also could never (!) reach the Agency by the German Phone-No.: 069/96759 148. Always occupied.

I wanted to refund my cancelled ticket, but I cannot refund my ticket by myself on your website. I writed a email to you three times!
And there was no answering at all. I know, that you have a hard situation because of corona-19, but you should be wake and do what you have to do.

Hi, I tried to make a payment for booking a flight ticket. However, its credit card was rejected, so I opened the website again and rebooked. However, when the reservation was cancelled and the reservation was checked again after the time, the payment was made and I was paid double. Please refund! My body is not two in the same time.
If you look at that picture, both are confirmed. But one was originally a denial of payment.

It is ever so frustrating to have the airline say take it up with agent, and when agent does not come to the party the airline also backs out.

Could you please chase up on this refund for me. I have tried to communicate with travelgenio however and almost 4 months, no real indication of my refund. Keep getting automated messages about covid19. I asked for this refund long before the pendemic.

Furthermore, it is ever so distasteful to continue getting no response from travelgenio and humbly request this refund be escalated. I'm sorry however this is unacceptable. I have waited since march for my funds. This money will put food on the table and will help with buying medicine for my two kids. I want my money refunded back to my credit card within the said timeline. Travelgenio you fail to provide details of said refund as my bank cannot trace your payment. Resolve this and stay away from trying to steal money from us...

To add insult to injury, I contacted qatar and they advised me that the ticket was refundable however id need to do it directly with travelgenio.
Travelgenio sent me an email stating that the ticket was non refundable.
