Hello Dear,
I bought online ticket at last January [protected] and I called them to refund on 28-01-2020 and on of employee told (will take one month ) and one month passed I didn't receive any refunds. I called them again and again they told me will take 3 months from 28-01-2020 and they didn't replay for an emails and even on phone calls they hold me more than 30 mins to answer the call I have screenshots for holding time . now I called them [protected] and one of the employee said you receive max by today ad until now I didn't receive anything tried to call them today they hold me twice and for 33 mins at each and they close the line . I need a solution for my problem . After 3 months waiting without any reaction from your side I can said that was very bad experience with your company plus they will deduct 150 euro from refunding they don't deserve to take any refunding from my money because they are the worst company I dealed with so I traveled over 100 times with several companies before no one do like they did .
Last call was now 1-5-2020 one of employee answered and told ( refund system we are use not working cause of Covid-19 ! and will use another system ! and she told me u have to wait couple of weeks.
Not my business about company system and policy of company they don't know even how to deal with customers they should take courses

My ticket was cancelled due to covid 19. So I requested full refund long time ago. Now I got your e-mail, and WHAT? MODIFIED? Who ask you to change my ticket? How did you change my ticket without my agree? I dont want to talk with your company. So bad and rude. Just give me a full refund now. If you don't I will sue your company. KB88DF. I canceled my booking on 2020-04-02 because of Covid-19 and they said I will receive the refund on my card in the following 15 bussiness days.
However, I did not get any money or update mail from Travelgenio yet.
So I want to communicate to Travelgenio to solve this problem. Unsurprisingly, I did not get any respond from Travelgenio (email, phone).

I want to cancel my order and refunds, but the customer service has no response.

I was contacted by Corona from Alitalia Airlines that my June reservation was cancelled. So, I sent an email to the customer center two months ago, but I didn't receive a reply.

Yesterday, I posted a post on the computer registration form, sent several emails to customer.[protected]@travel2be.com, and left a message, but only received an automatic response mail and did nothing.

I have been sending emails since April 20th, but there is no action.
Please give me a reply about the cancellation of the ticket and refund process.

We were very disappointed and mentally distressed.
We booked a return flight from Korea to Mongolia, but the customer service center didn't answer the phone. They read the mail, but there was no reply.
We don't want to use a travel agency here again, but I'm trying to every method that we can... I sent an email to 4 locations now, but there is no contact. So I don't know what to do in the future, and if you are not a Spanish citizen, I hope you know that no refunds are possible when using this place.

I asked to cancel my tickets from Dubai to Tbilisi two weeks ago.
However, I couldn't listen to any result except cancelation policy.
I don't understand why it takes too much time to get the answer.

Me and my children bought a ticket from Auckland, New Zealand, to Hawaii via Sydney, Australia on March 22. But on March 23, the Australian government suddenly declared a ban on foreign travel to Australia, making it impossible to take Qantas Airlines on March 25. I've been in touch with you very much, but you haven't answered. So I contacted Qantas Airlines on March 23rd and canceled my flight. That's why I'm not no show. This was confirmed by the airline. I bought an airline ticket, but it wasn't bought because I didn't have a ticket I booked. However,
I showed another flight ticket and requested additional payment. So I didn't pay.

My flight had been cancelled on 1st of April. But they didn't respond any

i understadn Covid situation is getting worse in Spain, but this is ridiculous...i strongly recommend not to use this company...

I tried to get a refund, but I haven't received a refund so far.
I tried to contact Travelgenio by website, mail. but there was no answer.
I asked the airline also, but the airline company told me to talk to a travel agent.

I couldn't go to Australia on a flight cancellation, and I lost my job. My visa epiration is also approaching.
I have to get my money back.

Hi, I recently booked a round trip ticket through Travelgenio but due to corona virus the airline company has cancelled my outbound trip. So to get a refund I checked with the airlines' customer service if they could proceed the refund, but as I booked my tickets through an agency, I had to contact directly the agency for the refund. That's why I finally contacted Travelgenio as they suggested, using the inquiry form on their website. But as a response, they sent me, without any words about my request, just another link in which I had to fill in exactly the same information that I had to fill in before. And I was very disappointed by their way of treating a customer's request. I just don't get the purpose of taking an effort to respond to an email with A LINK instead of a useful answer. Not only I would like to get a refund of the my outbound trip ticket but also of my inbound ticket because I'm afraid that a inbound ticket is useless without an outbound ticket. Regarding the refund method, I would like to get it through my debit card that I used to book tickets. Regards.

I was supposed to leave the country on April 28th, but the airline canceled the flight due to Corona.
The airline informed me that a refund is possible because it was canceled by the airline, not me.
So I kept asking for a refund, but I never got a reply, and it was only 3 days before I was supposed to leave the country.

As I checked with Malindo Air, they have cancelled my ticket and proceed to refund via agent. Turns out agent brought my ticket from APG Airline so I did emailed to them if both of them able to change my departure date. But unfortunately both failed and travel genio not responding to my email requests from past few weeks. I booked flight from Athens to Istanbul 2 months ago.
The number of Corona patients is growing very rapidly all over the world at the moment. And the issue of Asian discrimination is serious due to Corona. In addition, many countries including Greece, Turkey prohibit Koreans from entering the country.
Therefore, regardless of my will, it is impossible to travel.
So, other travel agency and hotel gave me full refund.

I tried to contact Travelgenio by website, mail, but there was no answer.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Travelgenio?
So, could you please kindly help me to cancel my travel and full refund to me?

I have tried to contact Travelgenio on numerous occasions with regards to my flight that was cancelled due to Covid 19. I have attempted to contact by email which never gets a response. I have tried to contact by phone from the UK on [protected] but the phone number listed is actually a phone number for someone who has nothing to do with the company. I believe I am due a refund for this flight, cancelled due to no fault of my own.

Booked a flight on May 15th, and the flight schedule was changed by the airline.
I tried to contact customer support 3 times to cancel the flight (because I can't get on that date) but I wasn't able to get any response.

Worst experience i've ever had booking online!

I was supposed to depart to Darwin at 12:25 on 10. 04 .2020 but when I got to the airport, my flight was cancelled and you guys did not report me any information about that, as a result I could not take a flight and surprisingly, it has changed the date, therefore I want to cancel my flight and I deserve to get my full refund( booking code: [protected])

I bought a ticket from Vancouver to Seoul via San Francisco.

But flights from Vancouver to San Francisco were canceled. (air Canada)

So I couldn't even use the second ticket (Asiana).

I bought a ticket because I wanted to go back to Korea, but I am sorry that it was canceled

I have to find another plane. I request a full refund.

You have not answered my question many times.
