Korea government announced code red for italy
so I need to cancel or change my schedule
there is no date when corona virus is done
so I wanna get refund for my ticket.
I send them email few times but didn't get any answer yet

I have reserved the round trip flight to Tokyo (HND) from GMP (JAL) on April 30th. (reservation code : RR6JGM)
I received the reply from JAL, that the both flight (HND-GMP, GMP-HND) is cancelled, and refund process was finished.
JAL had told us that the refund was given to each agency, so the agency has to give the refund to consumers.
Therefore, I would like to ask you for refund of the corresponding flight schedule.
You have responsibility to refund the price.
Please let me know about the process.

I booked a flight ticket using this site on January 13. As the coronavirus got worse, I had to cancel my trip and now I know that it's really become so serious that it's impossible to travel.

I succeeded in making a cancellation inquiry through a chat inquiry on its website, and the process was also not very smooth. But finally, I received an email on February 26 that my reservation was canceled, but please check again if the cancellation is complete because the reservation number or status is still active when I enter my details on the site. And even though 2 months have passed since I canceled it, I didn't get a refund. How long should I wait? Please take action quickly so that I can get a refund.

I tried again to contact Travelgenio by website, mail, facebook but there was no answer.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with Travelgenio?

Hello, I bought a ticket through The TravelXenio Travel Agency. We have now requested the cancellation of your ticket through the website due to corona. But the only answer was to wait. So i'm not sure if I can get a refund, but the computer replied, I don't have a million won, I can't contact you if you're travelling abroad, but you can do this? I bought the flight ticket, Toronto to Incheon and the flight tickets were cancelled for May, 7.
Air canada cancelled our ticket (YYZ to LGA) because of the Policy of border closure between Canada and U.S. So, I want to change or cancelled our ticket.
Air canada changed our ticket for free now, but the Asiana, (JFK to ICN) said that I have to pay additional charge for changing flight.

In December last year, I booked a flight from Korea to the UK and a flight from France to Korea. However, as Corona became popular worldwide in January of this year, it was impossible to travel to the UK and France scheduled for June and July, so the flight had to be canceled. My flight was expected for 2 april, but it was canceled by the etihad airline due to the covid-19.
And the etihad airline didn't make the regulation of refund originally, but they change the regulation, so that I can get a refund.
I called, mailed to the travelgenio tons of times, but they didn't answer.
And one of the customer service man said that I can get any refund because your flight is past.
It's so ridiculous, because I can find that other customer of the etihad already got a refund. I found these news on the internet so easily.
I already posted this content on the website of travelgenio. They must issue a refund to me. The changed regulation is posted on the website of etihad airline right now.

My flight was canceled by the airline due to Coronavirus.

But resently accured Corona virus and spread all over the world.
So I decide to take another schedule in that time.
But they not answer my cancellation and refund.
At last they tell me cancellation process and how long take refund.

The flight was canceled due to Coronavirus by the airlines.
I've called, mailed, waited for the messenger to be online for more than a week all day long. (Literally 24hours/day)
But NEVER received any reply.

I would like a FULL refund for the canceled flight.

I asked trevelgenio (trevel2be) for a refund. Your company said it was only possible to change the schedule at the request of the airline, and contact the airline directly if my flight was canceled.
I confirmed about ticket refund to the airline once again, and I received another reply from the airline today that I can get a refund through the company that purchased the ticket. (Only companies that purchased tickets can use the refund system.)

I have already confirmed that many people have been refunded the same ticket as me.
Why does the company say that tickets cannot be refunded because of the airline?..

I am very disappointed with the company's response and hope for a full refund.

I read most of the complains and automatic replies from Travelgenio below.
I read all the lines from the link they gave.

1) There is no Contact form in Travelgenio website.
2) My flight company: Turkish airline told me I can get full refund.
3) 72 hours before the flight - is not the time I can get the full refund.

Could you at least write me an email that I can contact?
I also booked another flight at the same period by Edreams.
They however, proceeded full refund yesterday.

I think it is only fair to open a communication channel even for this situation.

As long as you block all the communication and telling people to read this link, contact us 72 hours before your flight - then your company will not have any customers after this situation.
