I booked a flight from CN (Pudong) 2020-01-31 to KR (Gimhae) 2020-01-31 on January 14th and canceled it right away on that day.
And three months have already passed, but we have not yet received a refund!
When are you going to give me a refund?

I booked a round-trip flight ticket from Seoul to Vladivostok scheduled for April 28 to May 2.
I received a cancellation mail from S7 Airlines last week.
The mail said to get a refund through the company that booked the flight tickets.

I asked trevelgenio(trevel2be) for a refund. Your company said it was only possible to change the schedule at the request of the airline, and contact the airline directly if my flight was canceled.
I confirmed about ticket refund to the airline once again, and I received another reply from the airline today that I can get a refund through the company that purchased the ticket.(Only companies that purchased tickets can use the refund system.)

I have already confirmed that many people have been refunded the same ticket as me.
Why does the company say that tickets cannot be refunded because of the airline?..

I am very disappointed with the company's response and hope for a full refund.

On 3rd March, 2020, I used the Travelgenio online form to request my Emirates flight, Business class, from Manilla to London via Dubai, be cancelled before its March 30 departure. I got no response apart from a ticket number (Ticket #3466663). So I resubmitted the cancelation request on 6th March, again I just got a ticket number (Ticket #3317762) but no follow up. I had the Emirates app on my phone and noted that my flight was still not cancelled on March 29, the day before departure. I had been trying to call Travelgenio repeatedly throughout the period from March 3rd until March 29th. The Travelgenio UK customer service number had a recorded message stating that the number was no curtrently active so I called the Spanish number at great expense. The spanish number would put you on hold beforte dumping the call after about 6 minutes.

On the day of my Scheduled departure, Mrch 30th, I received an email from Travelgenio OVER SEVEN HOURS AFTER THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE saying that the flight had been cancelled by Emirates due to the Corna virus pandemic.

I have sine been in touch with Travelgenio but have nothing aprt from automated replies. Emirate full refunded the ticket price with in 72 hours.
Why are travelgenio not forwarding the monies back to my account. They failed to cancel my booking in time despite multiple requests from me more than three weeks prior to scheduled departure. They have not contacted me to explain, apologise or most importantly refund me.

My flights from cmb to svo (flight: su 6266) and svo to hel (flight: su 2202) is scheduled on 02nd may 2020. But colombo airport and moscow airport is closed for weeks now. The airline, aeroflot told me to submit the refund request through the agent. I emailed and tried to call you many times, but no answers for call at all and still no response for email inquiries. Please cancel and refund for this ticket asap.

My flight from Kuala Lumpur to Paris on 12 May (flight EY0031) has been canceled. I would like to request a full refund. I've asked to Etihad but they told me that you were in charge of the reimbursement process

I would like to cancel my reservation and have full refund.

First of all, my reservation had made in February when non of these crises and confinements (as you know, because of the Corona virus) were decided. But now we have 14 days of confinement is obligation by Law for all people from overseas, and my trip was for 10 days, which means my trip in Korea is literally refused by the law and the Korean government.

So despite my wish to travel in Korea, I must cancel all my schedules and my reservations by this DISASTER Case.
That's why I need to have the full refund.

The flight I want to cancel is TK 1894, departing from Makedonia to Incheon Intl. on May 8, 2020.

The reason I request a refund is that the flight has been canceled because of COVID-19.

Many times I have requested to cancel my reservation on the homepage, but I did not hear from you. And, "If your reservation has been affected and your flight has been cancelled, we will proceed to request a refund from the airline. Once the airline has authorised the refund, we will return the money to the payment method used when making the reservation." this e-mail came from Travelgenio. However, the Turkish Airlines airline told me to ask for a refund from the Travelgenio.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Travelgenio? So, could you please kindly help me to cancel my travel and full refund to me?

I Have canceled 4 tickets for tow weeks now.
This company's phone line in not reachable and there is no way to contact you through the forms. - not even through the website.

I spoke to EL-AL and THAI AIR they have both cancel my flight, and as i understood from them they HAVE to refund my money and the whole amount. - they are not answering nun of my emails or calls!
I spoke to one of the guys from costumer support and i have recorded that conversion, and i have been told that you refund the entire amount,

at least tell me what is the status of this request.

After the cancellation of Turkish Airlines to Seoul from Paris via Istanbul by Corona on March 1, I spoke to Travelgenio and received a message that a full refund would be made within a month. I wait over 1 month so far. Today I only received an email saying that I have to wait for a long refund process again. Still I couldn't get a refund after a month. It was a unilateral cancellation of Turkish Airlines and I believed Travelgenio that a refund would be made within a month, but they told me to wait again. I even bought a refund service and a gold service with a check card when I bought a ticket. I can't wait any longer and I hope Travelgenio keeps his promise of a refund within a month please. Flights from WAS to Ottowa was cancelled by Porter Airlines. I would like to re-book later in the year, but dealing with this grou is impossible. No telephone number on their website, then their customer service email say I need to pay Euro 50 a ticket to change and to call. Finally found phone # on Google, but when I call it cuts me off as I cannot enter the Booking Reference code which is 6 letters, not numeric. I thought I was booking through Porter direct through Kayak, but eveidently not. Not a customer friendly system and ridiculaous to have to pay change fees when Porter is not imposing them.
