When i book the ticket Doha to delhi 11 to 28 oct that time price difrent and when i payment after difrent price near about 2500 difrent price

So ivé booked flighs, an hour later i wanted to cancel them.

went to the section of "cancelation"

link led me to no where. sent email, told me to do what i did, didn't work, and this still goes on and even sent them a photo of the broken link. said they wil email me, never did, 24 hours of free cancelation are now gone.

attached is a photo of what happens when i wanted to cancel, on the other hand, purchasing extra products, link works just fine. surprise

We booked flights for myself and 5 family members to travel to India to take my father's ashes. This was one flight from Manchester to Zurich then Zurich to New delhi. Unfortunately my brother put my sons name down as ben rather than benjamin so I tried to contact travelgenio to get this amended as the flights are in January.

The first few emails I got no reply so had to resend.

Firstly they said I couldn't change the name to another so I explained again that it was the same name just a shortened version.

Eventually they replied to say the airline said this couldn't be done but that they'd put a note on his record to say it was shortened. With this the airline may let him fly or may not which is totally unacceptable.

After several more emails I decided to contact swiss air who within 24 hours said this could be done and to contact customer services.

I contacted customer services and they said yes it could be done but they couldn't do it as I'd booked through an agency. Go back to the agency and say that the ticketd could be split off from the rest and amended.

I went back to travelgenio and told them. All I got from them is that the airline said it can't be done. I've emailed back around 4 times to say yes it can and that I want to speak to a manager and make a formal complaint. All they reply with is that the airline say it can't be done so I'm getting nowhere.

As per attached photos in the mail the cost of 4 tickets from muscat to kuala lampor as shown should be (921 omr - 66 omr as discount from your website), and the total amount to be paid is 855 omr net. While the amount was deduced from my account as per 2nd shared receipt is 980 omr, which means that there's over 130 omr (337.6 $) over charged,

Can you kindly explain why I have to pay 130 omr (15% unexplained extra charge) without informing me?

Requesting to refund the difference of 130 omr (337.6 $).

I booked a flight from Lisbon to AMS on 27 August.

I am still waiting for Travelgenio to provide my a receipt. I have asked several times and sent an automated email asking for my information plus a VAT number. I do not have a VAT number and do no need a VAT number to book a flight or to pay for my flight.

It is a basic RIGHT for a consumer to receive a receipt for their purchase. I am still chasing Travelgenio for this information for over two weeks!

1) Was booking in a hurry after looking at the price for Premium Economy. Paying by Debit card gave an additional discount (means couldn't dispute the charge later). Added an extra letter in my first name while booking. Booking process was smooth. I should have known it was too good to be true.

2) On receiving the ticket, noticed the error and opened a ticket on the same day, actually within 30 minutes. All this was on 04-Jul-22, today is 11-Sep-22.

3) I have been calling every week sometimes every day, sending emails to Customer Service (CS) and I get a different response each time. We will send you an email, we will contact you in 72 hours, we are CS but another department handles this, we don't have the # of the other department, we have made a note, we have already sent you the email and the CS agent is reading the email text on the phone (lie for someone who has been checking even spam folders daily) etc. etc. etc.

4) The best was when CS told me on the first day I called "it is just a single extra letter, call the airline and see if they will let you travel". How can CS agent in a travel industry even say this! I called the Airline and they obviously said they cannot do anything.

5) After 2 months during a call I ask the email be sent to another email and ask the CS agent to wait on the call till I get it. I get the email in 2 minutes which is proof that it was never sent to the email I booked with. It has been 3 weeks since I paid the fine. No response again and I am back to calling again and hearing the same stories. I have another month to go before I travel and I have non-refundable tickets.

6) Lesson for me and everyone reading. Please book directly with the Airline or with a local agent you know and can visit. I am ashamed why I fell for this especially with the number of years of personal and professional travel. Travelgenio should have been blacklisted ages ago.

I purchased the below air ticket from travelgenio on 19/02/2020

Due to COVID travel restrictions and travel ban, we could not proceed with the travel

To date, I have not received the refund for the purchase of the ticket

I have contacted Air India and they have informed that Travelgenio has not requested for a refund yet

They would like you to email to their sales team requesting the refund

Kindly action this as a matter of priority as its over 2 ½ years since I purchased the ticket

I have contacted Travelgenio few times and were told that you are waiting for refund from air India

I have cancelled my flight and called travelgenio on august 9 to request a refund. They assured me that they will deduct $300 CAD and issue me a refund within a few weeks. This problem has been going on for a week now.

My original ticket I paid for was from South Africa to Bari via Cairo and Rome departing South Africa on 11/09/2022 and arriving in Bari on 12/09/2022.

My ticket had been changed multiple times. I refuse to wait in Cairo for more than 24 hours and arrive in Bari on 13/09/2022.

This morning I got a change of times. The ticket says I will arrive in Cairo 05h35 on 12/09/2022 and the next flight is from Rome to Bari!

I haven't even got to Rome yet!

Travel2be still says on the 13/09/2022 I travel from Cairo to Rome. How does any of this make sense?

Its ridiculous Travel2be can even provide such an appalling service. Stop using automated systems and get someone to look at this problem properly.

I booked a accessrail ticket from Incheon airport to Jinju but there is no information about the seat and what kind of train is this ticket. I contacted local railway company (KORAIL) but they also don’t know.

But while confirming on Gulf air for any purpose of manage booking or trying to enter additional services, when I am entering reference ID of Booking, it is saying wrong reference ID.

Kindly help me to resolve issue as described above.

My partner died and I tried to request a refund for his flight. And keep mine. Assistant could not understand me. I asked for a fluent english speaker. Not avail able. So was requested to cancel. Both flights. I did. 10 to 14 week wait for refund. I needed to rebook mine. Went to airline direct. Got husbands refund. Secured my ticket. Applied to travel genio to keep my reservation. They said no. Refund in progress. Not so until. I logged on again and funnily enough it was!. Still waiting. Each email response time 1 week.! They need to be stopped trading!

on the flight day was surprised to find that the trip first route is actually from Syria-Damascus to Amman Queen-alia buy bus !

airline site and booking details never mentioned the other country (Syria) but the airline agent stated that this route is used to get passenger from Syria and your travel agent was informed and he should have informed you…..

struggled to get Travelgenio agent to discuss and they were just asking me to go speak with the airline, I asked them to speak with the airline agent but the refused and did not provide any help.

Went to the mgmt. of the airline and the only solution I got is to buy a new ticket without the first route (removing Syria from the route) !

I had no option but to go with the airline solution!

Though paid a lot more that my original booking, The airline canceled the original tickets and approved them for a refund.

After the travel, I called Travelgenio as the refund should go through them ! and after more than 90 minutes of an international call they were only staying that they cannot process the refund and they will need the airline to send them an official authorization and update on the booking to look into the a refund possibility !

Travelgenio

1- provided a wrong booking (from another country Syria not Jordan ) and were never ready to provide any help …. only asking me to go and speak with the airline !

2- wasted more than 150 minutes of international calls with useless agents

3- not ready to speak to the airline to validate the booking.

4- Not ready to request or even check with the airline on the refund status.

airline confirmed that tickes are ready for refund request, but Travelgenio are refusing to initiate that request or just check with the airline

Booked flights early to attend my sons wedding in Vietnam through Travelgenio. The return to Australia trip was originally booked to Depart Ho Chi Minh City 15 Oct and direct flight to Melbourne. First involuntary change was Flight was changed to flying to Sydney, then a three hour layover before flying to Melbourne. Second involuntary change, Saturday flight cancelled, now flying Sunday 16 Oct 2022 to Sydney with long layover before flying to Melbourne on Monday afternoon.

I requested a change of Airline as myself and the people I am travelling with need to be back at work Monday morning. Travelgenio have advise us that they may look at moving our flight in one to two weeks. As I have checked other Airlines flying from Ho Chi Minh City on 15 October 2022 and seats are disappearing quickly. It looks like I won't be attending my sons wedding as I will have to cancel the trip.

Very disappointing as I booked through Travelgenio based on their good reputation.

I cancelled a flight in January/February of 2022. Travelgenio claims according to phone call with them in July to have sent the refund to their refund department on the 25th of July. They said it would be refunded to me in a couple of weeks. When I call them today on the 25th of august they say the refund is still pending from the airline. At the same time I got confirmed from American Airlines that they’d refunded Travelgenio on the 13th of July. I still haven’t got my money.

I just had a embarrassing experience at travel genio. I bought a flight ticket to Bangkok from Incheon and the price was $1572.89. It was purchased through Skyscanner and the price was $1572.89 at that moment, and even now the ticket is priced at 1572.89. But the payment in my account was $1615. I know that the price of tickets changes from time to time. However, I did not receive any notification that the price was changed when I paid. I asked for a cancellation right away. However, I found the policy that the refund will be made after deducting 50 euros for service fee. I think this is ridiculous. I would like to keep the ticket without cancellation if travel genio refund the difference of $42.11 only. The person in charge should contact me about this matter. My reservation number is [protected]. This ticket is for my honeymoon departing this Sunday. Please contact me as soon as possible and solve this problem.

i booked a ticket from beirut to turkey along with the travel refund insurance. the refund has been dragging on for more than 2 months now with requesting evidence. they request a certain document, when provided they request another and another to delay or ignore the situation.

We booked online and was not able to take the flight because 1day before the flight we tested posotive to covid19. We were able to cancel and convert to flight credit via the help of the airline because this travelgenio cannot be contacted.

We are now trying to rebook the flight but they will reply via email only after 3days only to say that there is no available schedule. We keep on calling the customer number and the customer service will only tell you that there is no available schedule eventhough you tell them that we can see in their website that there are available flights on our requested date and route.

And now we stuck, nobody from them is trying to help us with our rebooking.

I booked plane tickets to Colombia. I was unable to travel and I needed to cancel my reservation. It took me several days to finally get in contact with a human being. The website takes you from one link to another. I finally was able to talk ti someone and I eas told that I needed to call the airline. I had already done that. The airlines could not give me a credit because I was going with two different airlines, Avianca and Copa. They told me that travelgenio should be able to help me because I bought the tickets with them. Travelgenio did nothing.
