This is a concern to me. I have tried to get this annual charge stopped and it keeps coming on my credit card year after year. I am tired of this scam. Make it stop please! I moved overseas almost 5 years ago and don't even use the same laptop. I don't know how this continues to appear on my credit card every Dec.
I am not going to pay this. I will contact my credit card company and tell them to not pay this annual bogus fee.

I'm wanted to add on the license for this particular antivirus in my organization, but the price per license is double now in 2020 when we last renew in 2019. Because of the price, we would like to give a try to other brand antivirus. If the price can be maintained, we will stay with Trend Micro and add more licensed to existing antivirus.

I purchased this device thru eBay back in May this year with a 2 year subscription. It has been working perfectly until today 25/09/2020. I logged onto Trends website and followed some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue myself. The unit is displaying a Flashing red led light on the front and according to the web site it says that Tech Support should be contacted for this issue. 3 Phone calls later and we repowered the device, changed patch cables, changed network ports, rebooted the Technicolour DJA0231 Router and the unit still displays a Flashing red light. There are network activity lights on the back of the router and on the back of the station. We have reset the station numerous times. I did this with 3 Different techs and trust me it started to get very frustrating. My Case ID is TM-746849. I was told at the end of this to contact the supplier for a replacement. I'm not sure of the reaction I will get from him. If it is a Faulty Trend Micro product it should be taken care of by your support team. I can be contacted on [protected] during the day if required, could someone please action this, very disappointed with the service that Technical support provided. I haven't used Trend Micro in several years and all of a sudden I started continually receiving pop ups asking me to approve installation. If that isn't bad enough, when I close out of the pop up window, it automatically launches a shortcut to the installer on my desktop window. I am not taking the bait! So annoyed!
For what it was worth, I contacted TM support chat. They were totally useless and not helpful in the least. When he/she no longer wants to chat, you are redirected to an IT expert for a fee of $1. They then connect you to a page asking for personal/credit card information, etc. WTH! Like I would trust them with my personal information. TM caused the problem, and they want ME to pay them to resolve the issue? I told them I wouldn't give them my credit card info over my dead body.
They very well know what they are doing and do not make it easy to remove their annoying pop ups and are constantly pushing for installation. I wouldn't use them if they were the only antivirus software company on earth.
They are a bunch of SLEAZEBALLS!

An amount of $99.95 has been deducted from my credit card Commonwealth Bank, Australia. I want this charges credited to my credit card immediately. I can go through with The Commonwealth Bank no problem but will give you the opportunity to do what is right before filing a formal complaint. I want written notification to the e-mail address above withing the next week or I will contact the bank and I assure you the issue will be resolved.

Please assist us, we are losing patience.
We have noticed that Worry Free agents installed on Win Svr 2008, 2012 & 2016 were not communicate with TrendMicro server for update and remain offline for number of days. We were idiot and begin uninstall and reinstall to sort out the problem. But the actual problem was identified during our server maintenance activity wherby engineer provided installed was not up-to-date and engineer was helpful to under customer problem. We are in financial sector and need high attention & priority. The way the engineer handle the issue was not professional. Furthermore, we would like to add more license due business expansion. But with this problem I unable to propose trendmicro to management board for approval.
Please look into it by this Friday.

For two plus months now, the trendmicro ENT security app is NOT available in the apple store-
We have been using this product for years for our agency mobile devices- first, we ran the update on the server and renewed the Cert on the server. That blew out every device in our network unrenderable- so none of our devices were running the app at that point.
We started gathering all the iphonesnform all our field offices and started reinstalling the app- however, after only getting a handful installed, the app was removed from the apple store so we have bulk of our secoces unprotected- and we can NOT. Install on any at this point- so for two months all the agency mobile decices are unprotected- yet we ha md just renewed for the year and have paid for the product-
So we are paying for a product that does not exist!
I am so frustrated- I have called, emailed and submitted cases yet we don't even get a call back from our sales rep nor any others to tell us when/if this app is going to be available again or what the status is...
I EXPECT somebody to give me some answers to give me a status- to tell me how to get our trend sales rep to bother even calling me back, to reimburse us the monies that we have paid for this program for all the weeks that it is not available- also I want to know if trend is going to help when we end up getting infections in our iPhones which are supposed to be covered!

I just renew my internet security for 12 month with rm59.00 on 12 aug 2018. I have 2 issue that I very unsatisfying with your product information and website for renewal.
1st issue
On 08 aug 2018 I receive an email from your company asking me to renew my internet security anti virus software. The email showing for renew I only need to pay rm39.50, after I click on the link provided the for renewal I need to pay rm59.00. Regarding the issue I have spoke to your agent online. The 1st agent I spoke with on 09 aug 2018 I cannot remember the time, the agent say that they can extend my protection till 16 month with the rm59.00. Then I process with the renewal of the license but unfortunately I facing the 2nd issue that on hold my renewal. 2nd issue will be explain as below.
On 12 aug 2018 I process with the renewal but I only get 12 month protection for my internet security. I hope that you looking into this issue and have a solution for me.
2nd issue
When I try to renew online on 09 aug 2018, I off the auto renewal function, but the website came back with error, I not able to process to billing page. I need to turn on the auto renewal function then it allow me to process with payment.
Regarding this issue I also spoke with one of your agent online. She give few link to try but all the link given me the same error code.
Your agent asking me to process with renewal after that email to your company asking to cancel the auto renewal function.
I would like you to cancel the auto renewal function for me. I will renew next year myself if I feel the price is suitable.

On 27 March 2018 our small business suffered loss of internet access ranging from extremely slow and dropping out, to nil connection.
As part of the checking process we carried all of the following. Restart pc's. restart router, reset router. disable security, which didn't have an affect. Contact Router Support to check Router, Contact ISP provider to check ADSL connection. Our PC Technician logged in to attempt to find the fault and decided he would need to attend our business to assess. He brought a replacement router. This did not work either. After a whole days trading lost to try and identify the problem the technician decided to completely exit all the Trend Micro on the pc's and finally the internet worked. Why would it decide to suddenly block the whole internet service? We lost a whole day's trading and this has never happened with Trend Micro before in the whole time we have had it and there were no notifications or pop ups to advise anything had changed.
I feel we have been disadvantaged in loss of income from this unforseen event. It was not apparent nor easily discovered, as we had tried to rule it out. Of course I will be aware if this happens again but we had not changed any settings, and your program has never acted this way so I would not be looking to Trend Micro to behave in this drastic manner. I would therefore like an explanation for this occurrence and I would also request a refund of at least our, out-of-pocket expenses for the technician as I feel I followed logical procedures for a situation of this kind and we have lost way more in business productivity. This was for Trend Micro Antivirus+Security PLUS Premium Service Plan Renewal . Dated November 3, 2016, a 1 year subscription

I no longer have a Windows Microsoft computer, and no need to renew the service. Yet I got a bill for $62.95 on my Discover Card dated December 9, 2017.
This is an unauthorized billing. Had I received a bill for Trend Micro, I could have notified you that I no longer needed or would be using your service. I intended to do so at the time I received a bill for the next year.
Please reverse the $62.95 DRITrend Micro billed to my Discover Card. I will also notify Discover that this was not an authorized charge, and dispute it.
I note 95% of the complaints you display here are for unauthorized billing. This indicates that your current billing procedures are causing such errors on a major scale. If you are relying on automated billing, it is a mistake; causing you a lot of effort to straighten out billings in error your customers or former customers did not authorize for service they do not and will not use. Again please reverse the $62.95 charge to Discover for DRI*TREND MICRO.

The POC began and within couple of days we encountered a vulnerability in one of the systems which was installed with Deep Security . The technical team failed to respond and provide any update . post this they requested for one more POC with Latest version however this too failed to meet customer requirements and the team does not have technical expertise in demonstrating the product .
there is an SAP Module for which they provided tech notes on how to configure however were not able to get the issues addressed for errors .
IS this how a POC is executed in Trend Micro

The process to remove auto-renewal is almost impossible.
So, I have requested cancellation of my order.
