This company has taken it upon themselves to announce in writing when going to our website that: "Trend Micro has confirmed that this website can transmit malicious software or has been involved in online scams or fraud". We are not guilty of anything of the such. I just contacted their corporate headquarters in California and cannot TALK TO A PERSON to find out #1 WHERE this information came from; #2 what gives them the RIGHT to post this false information about ones' business website; and #3 under WHAT verification system do they use before posting this malicious information on the web! Do you know what I was told? to give them my email and they would send an email and I can email them the information.. that there is NO OE there i can personally talk to. What a bunch of CRAP. I WILL IMMEDIATELY BE UNINSTALLING THIS VIRUS protection from my computer and would suggest you do the same and no longer do business with such an UNETHICAL COMPANY!...

Trend kept sending me requests to renew my account NOW when it was on auto billing and I was about 3 months from the actual renewal date. 1 week prior to expiration I selected purchase. I kept getting a return screen that my request was not completed please try again. So I did..and again..and again with the same return screen. VISA called and said they were attempting to charge me 19 times. I told VISA the request was never accepted..and not a response in my mailbox. I wrote MicroTrend. I received an automatic email that said "Renew your license". I then received an email re: they have not been successful in billing my account and to please try to renew again.
The product was pretty good for the 3 years I've used it however, their update website does the very thing MicroTrend was supposed to help prevent; THEFT OF MONEY!
They are still trying to charge my credit card after I cancelled auto bill. I have not been successful in finding a human to speak with regarding the billing.
They placed a charge on my credit card for $35.95 with out getting permission from me and they do not even have my computer using there product. It has been over a year since using there product when I lived in Colorado

I did not authorize RENEWAL of Trend Micro's software. My Internet connection is protected by AT&T and I do not require or need Trend Micro's security software. I request my credit card charges for $71.95 be removed.
My security software was about to expire, so I ordered it for another year. It is the PC Cillan anti virus software from Trend Micro. They sent me a confirmation but when I tried to follow the directions to update the program there was a missing number and I could not navigate the web site. There is no phone number to call or no contact site. Help. My compter is unprotected.

Unauthorized charge on my credit card
My checking account was charged $65.53 for unauthorized withdrawl... I have Norton security NOT TREND MICRO! I have notified my bank and this charged will be sucked up by Trend Micro NOT ME!
There was no viable way to contact any one with an english vocabulary to correct THEIR error. Contacted 1-888-bestbuy and results were...hold..hold.. ridiculous music..hold...hold...20 minutes on HOLD...OMG this is annoying!

at some point companies like trend Micro rather than opting in just automatically put any buyers on automatic renewal. When you ordered last year there was a small disclaimer that you have automatic renewal. If you login to your account check the settings and you should see automatic renewal. I find the practice underhanded and more out in the open. also the automatic standard should be not to renew annually unless requested

Just because 2 years ago I bought their Trend Micro System Anti-Virus for 1 year only using my old bank account that is now closed, how in the HE√√ did they think to have the nerve to charge my new bank account number! I don't even use the old email address anymore. TREND MICRO are HACKERS. I disputed the charge with my bank "Bank of the WEST" and they had me fill out an affidavit. My account was refunded $64.78 2 weeks ago and I received a letter from them stating that because TREND MICRO has my name and address and card number, they have the right to receive payment from me for a product they list as "Titanium Internet Security - 1 year"! And I don't even have the the product! So they may have well picked my pocket stealing my money and BANK of the WEST is allowing them to rob me blind!
Please remove this from my credit card that I did not order from trend micro for $66.88.

I see that a lot of people have had problems with various antivirus software and the "website" www.myord.commn. I recently got charged for services that I did not receive or sign up for and am trying to find a way to get my money back. Trend, Norton, and others are very reputable companies with good software, but someone or they themselves are taking advantage of people by charging for services not rendered.
They E-mail me and said they would take a year payment out for my yearly coverage. I filled out the place on the E-mail to stop the coverage and payment and sent it in. My old computer had crash and I had boutht a new one and a new dish. They went and charge my credit card $62.95
