TrueFacet review: Refund never received

I purchased a watch from this company for $17,754.45. I followed up incessantly with them about the order since a month and a half later I still didn’t have a watch. I kept getting the run around. After getting excuse after excuse I decided to cancel the order and asked them to issue a refund. All of a sudden 10
Days later the watch appeared and they decided to ship after I had asked for a refund. At that point i felt I didn’t trust them with the product they were sending me so I refused the delivery. The watch or what was in the box was sent back to them unopened and they received the return on the 23rd of October of 2024. To date these people have not issued a refund and have become unresponsive. I had the same experience as the previous complaint, when I was trying to get them to issue a refund they made excuses that they couldn’t wire the money back. I want to my bank and tried to get them to undo the wire and so all wires were flagged as fraudulent and apparently truefacet was unable to wire money into my account. Then it was the check story and they disappeared. They stopped answering and I want my money back.
