UbuyEZ.com Disatisfied customer

I ordered my normal size but it was too big. Returned for one size down. The exchange pair was too short. Not wanting to pay another fee for postage I kept them and let out the hem. The jeans did not hug like advertised, too short and no option for inseam length when ordering. Regret ordering them. I had previously ordered Kymaro body shaper, same problem with sizing. Had to pay return postage for each. Purchase but not satisfied. Will not order Kymaro products anymore.

This company, Kymaro, is unethical and should be shut down. They sell you clothing, which is not represented correctly, and when you return it they will NOT give you your money back. The call what you were charged a processing fee and the the item itself was free! Can you believe it! How can business get away with this!

I got very excited about the jeans I saw on t.v. today, so when I tried to order ONLY the jeans (I didn't even want the 'free' shaper), My order wouldn't go through without me giving my free shaper size. I didn't need the 'free' shaper if I had to pay an additional $9.95 shipping in addition to whatever they charge to ship the jeans. Needless to say, I don't want the jeans either at this point!

I can't believe I paid $12.95 shipping only to have to return the jeans at my cost of $8.80. I would expect to get the $8.80 refunded because it was an error on the seller's part that I got jeans that are 33" long. I ordered a 29". The company was slow to get the jeans to me in the first place. I've learned a lesson here and I won't deal with this company any more.

This is the biggest piece of Junk anyone can buy. sent the wrong size too big, and even if it was the right size no support..I will not recommend this to anyone, will post it on every blog that there is for all women to see. total rip off. you should be ashamed of yourselfs and whoever was the ignorant perosn who created again PIECE OF JUNK! very unhappy and unsatisfied as you can see. WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS BIG RIP OFF..

You can stop taking advantage of consumers who would like to buy your product and then get stuck with S&H charges that border on usery. The product was $39.95 and I paid $46.75 in Shipping & Handling. UNBELIEVABLE.
I can return the nude top at my own expense for a refund of $39.95. You have ruined it for every reputable marketer.

PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING. 1. THEY SENT TWO BLACK BOTTOMS.
I HAD ORDERED A NUDE SET & BLACK SET I DID RECIEVE THE TOPS OK BUT NOT THE BOTTOMS.
2. WHILE TRYING THE BOTTOMS ON MY FINGER WENT THROUGH THE MATERIAL . PANTY HOSE ARE BETTER MADE THAN THIS JUNK.
3. THEY HAVE MADE IT NEARLY INPOSSIBLE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT WITHOUT INCURRING MORE CHARGES.

I recently purchased the Kymaro Body Shaper. After wearing it once, I noticed that it doesn't stay down. It creeps up which is no help to the person wearing this garment. I would like to return this item and want to know how it can be done.

I order this product and told the sales rep I wanted a size 3. She insisted on a size 2. When the product arrived I can not wear it. I would like to try the size 3 however I feel like I should not have to pay to send this product back since I was advised of the wrong size to begin with. Please advise on how to handle this complaint.

This product does not work . The free productsa that you are supposed to receive are not free, you end up paying for these products with the outrageously high shipping fees and state taxes that are too high. You can only get back a partial refund when you send it back within 30 days . The advertisement is false because of the product not working and not being able to get back the entire refund!

I was surprised when I called to order and wasn't asked for any measurements since these were supposedley custom fit jeans. I ordered two pair in 2 different sizes. I also got the body shaper which was free but S&H was $10. I paid for express shipping since 1 pair was a gift. I mentioned to my daughter I had ordered them and she said she almost called to order a pair but she looked them up on the internet first and there were too many complaints about customer service and refund rip-offs. Smart girl. My package came yesterday and the total charge to my account was $99.95 for 2 pair of $29.95 jeans and a free body shaper. One pair was way too small and the other was not flattering at all. Not only did they give muffin top but they had a huge wrinkle above the thighs. One pair also had a defective zipper and the 33" length is about 4" too long. As for the refund guarantee if you are not satisfied, if you remove the sticker (which is cut in 9 strips so you cannot put it back on) and/or the sales tag which is sewed on the back pocket you cannot return them for exchange or refund. It makes it very hard to try them out because you can't wear them with the tags on. I gave one pair to my granddaughter and an going to try to get a refund on the defective pair, but after reading all of the reviews I don't hold out much hope for that. I will be writing again and letting this site know the outcome.

UbuyEZ.com Kymaro stretch jeans are a total rip off

Kymaro stretch jeans are a total rip off. The fabric is low grade, thin. I don't know if anyone is having this problem but the top of the jeans rolls down. The S&H is outrageous. They charged me $12.95 twice for 2 pair in the same small box. $10 off the second pair and they charge an additional $12.95 for shipping. STAY AWAY - DO NOT PURCHASE THESE JEANS. You can get a better quality pair of stretch jeans at Walmart.

I had a spinal cord injury, failed spinal surgery, am in intractable nerve pain and can't walk. I am disabled. I ordered this garment thinking it would give some support to my spine. I paid 84.00 and ordered it rush delivery - it was supposed to arrive in 4 days. I kept waiting for it to come thinking it would help with the pain. I really could not afford the 84 dollars but if it helped the pain, I thought it would be worth it. 3 weeks later, it still had not arrived. I called and spoke to a woman named, Pamela, who was the rudest woman, I ever spoke to in customer service. She refused to look up and see where my order was. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She looked and they never bothered to put the order in. They charge you and then, never ship the product.Fashion Bug has the same thing for 30 dollars. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS. IT IS A SCAM!

They say "Customer Happiness is there #1 goal" bolony. They are the absolute worst. They dont ever return calls. They cant answer any question at the moments asked. They always say they have to research and call back. Noone there knows what customer service is. I am absolutely disatisfied with not only their product but their handling. They are complete thiefs. I returned a body shaper a month ago and they still have not confirmed whether my refund is in process. I was billed $75.86 and they are only claiming to return half of that amount. They are just rerrible to deal with!

I Michelle Miller wasn't pleased with the body shaper, I sent the product back with all new info. no one called me back or put my money back on my visa, but you had no problems taking it off. When i called i was on hold for 1hr. that's sad and i'm upset and want my money back. A.S.A.P. call me @ [protected] I thought you all value your buyers ! I'm just so upset with how i was treated. you take my money with no problem but I get no help @ all.

I ordered these jeans by the size I wanted a 7/8 petite.After a long wait and no shipping I sent them an email.Finally they did ship it took 10 days for me to receive them, they sent a 10 petite which are to large, in order to exchange them I would have to ship them back and pay the shipping of 12.00 which I paid in the first place to get them here.This company is a ripoff they can't get anything right, If I paid the shipping back I would have almost 100.00 wrapped up in a pair of very very cheaply made jeans.these people should not be allowed to advertise on tv and someone should take them to task and close them down.they are scammers

Ordered size which was much too big, sent for smaller size. Paid $12 for shipping original pair, then another $12 for the exchange. I telephoned my disappointment with the sizing and was told I would receive correct size in 1-2 weeks. Guess what! It has been over 2 months and I've yet to hear a word by e-mail or letter. They have my money. Big Rip Off.
The shipping charge for a pair of jeans in a small mailer---$12 is outrageous.

i ordered kymaro slim fitting in november i think and i never got any jean. I saw the infomercial a few weeks ago and decided I was going to look online to do some more research. I saw some great reviews and then I saw some really nasty ones. I contacted customer service and let them know that they were about to lose a potential customer because of the negative reviews. They transferred me to the customer service manager and she gave me a discount code that I could use if I ordered the shaper online that would give me free shipping. She said it was an 'exclusive deal' and that she didn't want me to get false pretenses about the shaper and encouraged me to try it. I bought the nude top ONLY because I was only going to test it out. I got free shipping and it only cost me $39.95 TOTAL...got it in a few days and I'm rather impressed with it. I'm not sure about the shorts, but I really do like the top and I'm glad I had the chance to try it out. I don't know if the discount code will work again, but feel free to try it. The website is www.ubuyez.com and the code the manager gave me is "NBSShippingW6", you just have to enter it in at checkout and it takes the shipping cost off. Hope it works for you ladies!

I ordered 2 pair of Kymaro jeans, I was told they had a 33" inseam and one pair had a 31" inseam, the other a 32". The seams crawl so one legs seam moves to the center of my thigh, they have a chemical odor before washing and after washing the dye will stain if it gets wets. I would have sent them back but their policy is "No refunds for shipping for any reason". They are comfortable but NOT what I expected, too many negatives.

I am sooo tired of the hidden fees associated with products sold by companies like Kymaro . There is absolutely no justification for the $12.95 "shipping" fee PER jean. Why don't you just come over and slap me in the face, that would be less insulting. They say they charge by weight and that they supply tracking information, so that makes it worth it. Um, Target charges $5.95 for shipping a pair of jeans, Overstock charges $2.50-sometimes it's even free- and the Gap is $6.95. I'm pretty sure jeans all weigh about the same amount-in fact, the Kymaro jeans are advertised as being very lite-weight so they are probably lighter- and I've ordered from all three former companies and always gotten tracking information on my order. Tell the truth Kymaro, if you want to make $50 for every pair of jeans, then charge $50, you'll sell more products by being honest and charging more for the jeans upfront! If it's a great product, I'll pay $50 for it, but I won't pay for you bilking me out of money bit by bit in a dishonest and ridiculous manner.

First of all I ordered the jeans, cami and free body shaper bottoms and it took 3 weeks to arrive. THEN all the sizes were wrong! I had ordered 2 pair in size 11/12 petite and I got one pair of 15/16 and another 17/18. I ordered the cami in a size 3 and got a 5! I don't know who in the world is packing this stuff but they should be fired! The only thing that came in the right size was the bottoms. I e-mailed the company, which they were very helpful there and said they would reship my order, which they did and it took nearly another 2 weeks to arrive. They are now correct. I have to pay to have the other order sent back. They will be waiting awhile!

I received the body shaping from Kymaro. It had absolutely no give and was way to small. I tried to explain to the person taking the order that she
was not giving me the right size. She insisted that that's the way the company determined the size was by the clinics bra size. I returned it on the
8th of March. I never received a refund. I have tried on numerous occasions to call buy have been on hold for up to 30 minutes with no satisfaction.
They give an email address as customerserviceat kymaro.com but forget that. It never appears on the computer. I did receive a call from them after
I returned the items stating that they could not give me a refund because I hadn't signed my name to the refund slip. I immediately sent my signature
and still have not received a refund. I'm totally disgusted with being rippped off. This company has something faulty going on. I hope someone can
get to the bottom of it. I plan to report them to the better business bureau. It probably won't do any good but I'm really sick at having been taken by this
company.

I have been calling [protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting trying to get help with my product. When I recieved it, it didn't fit well. I called and the lady said I should have had a small. I asked if I would be able to recieve this before the 13th of Nov. since I wanted for a wedding. she said I would have it by the 5th. I have already returned the large one. At this time I am out 66.80 and I have been on the phone Mon. and Tues. for over 2hrs. and they will not answer the phone. My first day they answered right away. I think your company reconizes the number and don't answer. I don't want to do business with your company, and I do want my money back.I have turned this over to the bbb and the att. general who is looking in to this for me. Also your mess. says leave a messw. and we will get back to you in24 hrs. that has been 2 weeks ago.

Please take my advice, do not ever buy anything from Kymaro body shapers or jeans. There is never anyone to talk to! They will
talk you into a lot of merchandise that will cost you a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ with no refund, what a joke. Do not take the extra money
out for fast shipping, it does not exist. I learned a costly mistake, I really thought that I had learned my lesson years ago about
shopping with those Info commercials. DO NOT - DO YOU UNDERSTAND- DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM KYMARO.
They take your money and run - dip sh-- company cost me $50.00 for nothing. The products are a real joke. The jeans make your

Too bad I didn't check out the complaints against this company and their products before I made the mistake of getting sucked in to their compelling phone pitches, pushing you to order more and more products, so I ordered the Kymaro body shapers, both top and bottom, then took "advantage of" the two pieces so-called "free" shapers, to the tune of $9.95 postage and handling fees for each. What I thought would cost me $39.95 plus a "small" handling fee, turned out to be a charge of $86.70. Regarding the products themselves, even though they were labeled "medium" and I wear size 8 clothing, nothing supported their claims. First, the top was almost too difficult to put on, it took me over 45 minutes to finally get this contraption on my body, the bottom was easier to get into, however, their claims of "smoothing out" all the wrinkles, bulges, and "saddle bags" was definitely false, false, false. I now am certain that the ladies represented on TV as "customers completely unaware" were actually models previously padded to look like overweight, bulged figures who must have removed those paddings to make it look like they had lost several inches. I am a small person, and I definitely have rolls around my middle and the saddle bags on my hips, and they were all still very visible under the shapers, which actually made my 80-year figure look worse than it already was. Because I had already applied a fragrance to my body, I am unable to return the products, except for the "free" items which on which I would need to pay shipping charges if returned. I thought I could gift the "free" items, but with the difficulty and results I had with mine, I would be embarrassed to give them to anyone else. Never again, will I fall for TV "offers" unless I first check the complaints on the internet.

Talked in detail with rep after viewing several times on TV for the body garmet. Because of the date needed to use this item, she assured a rush delivery would be the answer. I did remark, however, that I did not want to OWN the company with the cost of shipping, just have the garmet delivered in time . This delivery did NOT happen - a wk later the item showed up.

Because of surgery and not being able to walk, I kept the shipping box, contents, bla bla bla. When able, this entire pkg went to my local post office for a price quote on shipping. The Box this garment was mailed in is a $4.00 box issued by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. There is ZERO charge for tracking. For a $4.00 postal charge -- I was charged $9.95 for shipping and an ADDITIONAL $6.95 for RUSH delivery. The item was $39.95; the shipping added onto this;then the TAX of $4.70. I ALSO pd TAX ON THE SHIPPING -- HELLO?! From the reviews I just scanned, it seems this company has to make their money someway. but I am NOT paying for a money making scam when it comes to incorrect postage.
I am demanding my postage correction at this point. I am also filing a complaint with the US Postal Service.

There is a TV station which would love to air this mess, no problem.

I have received my jeans & was looking foreward to receiving them.. I question the lady that took my order if she was sure of the size, she informed me she was very sure. I received the jeans & when I tried them on they were too small. I havr spent $12.95 for S&H, now I have to pay more to send them back to you & if I want another size I have to pay more. I also did not receove my free bottom shaper, which was probably too small, , if my jeans was too small. I have been in the hospital & will be going in again for surgery. I have enough going on with my life without having this frustration added on. Hope I get some kind of reply soon.

Sent a money order for this thing and 30 days later, still no product. I called them and they said they only ship once a week on money orders and checks and they don’t ship until after 10 days of receipt of payment. Well, it has been almost 30 days and nothing. I told them that but they still would do nothing about it. Sending a money order is cash in hand. The product should have been sent promptly. I will not buy from this company again, and after reading countless other reviews on the net, I am really sorry I ordered anything. I’m pretty sure the product is a farce and I am out $60.00. The shipping is ridiculous and a rip-off. Do not buy this thing. Go to a good department store like Nordstroms or Dillards and buy something you can try on and know it works. I live a long long way from the big city. I thought this would be an alternative. Never again.

UbuyEZ.com Never got my product

I had order a body shaper, never ever received it ...it order it in either June or July and got billed for it! But my price was 79.95!I will really like you hear from you guys and let me know if I could possibly have a refund or send my product! I would really like to have it in my hands. I don’t know the exact date but will look for my bank statement. Thank you very much and have a nice day or night...

I live in Florida.I recently ordered from one of your very accomodating phone reps after viewing the shaper on a paid TV program, I bought a nude shaper, $39.95 & she convinced me to get for FREE the nude bottom, the black set, a camisole and the jeans..so I spent $126.95+. I asked specifically if I didn't like anything, could I return it. of course I got YES 30 day guarantee. Now I read the fine print and realistically the only thing I will get refunded for is $39.95 for the original shaper as I see you do not refund the P & H- $9.95...so that makes up pretty much all of my invoice as wel Don't you think that your phone reps should be honest and say that, so that the consumer at the other end is clear what they are really going to be refunded if they chose not to like the product...which for me, I do not. The shaper rides up on me and that is exactly what I didn't want it to do. I dislike having to pull the top down but I know the fit is correct. I am just long in the torso as I explained to the girl who said, return it if you're not fully satisfied. What's the point, if I am not going to get most of money back? Making the sale on the phone is obviously the goal, I really dislike the dishonesty behind the return policy. It is unfair.

When I purchased an item they claimed I was getting 3 items free, when my credit card was charged they billed me for the 1 item I originally purchased for $39.95 they charged me Processing and handling of $9.95 per FREE item, I returned all of the products but was only credited for the one item of $39.95. When I called them they claimed I was not to return the 3 free items, on the return form they state this, but since I was charged $9.95 per item I did not think of these as being free. Since I returned them they claim they discard the free items, Yah I bet they do! So in a nut shell they kept $29.85 of my money and I got nothing.

I had a spinal cord injury, failed spinal surgery, am in intractable nerve pain and can't walk. I am disabled. I ordered this garment thinking it would give some support to my spine. I paid 84.00 and ordered it rush delivery - it was supposed to arrive in 4 days. I kept waiting for it to come thinking it would help with the pain. I really could not afford the 84 dollars but if it helped the pain, I thought it would be worth it. 3 weeks later, it still had not arrived. I called and spoke to a woman named, pamela, who was the rudest woman, I ever spoke to in customer service. she refused to look up and see where my order was. I asked to speak to her supervisor. she looked and they never bothered to put the order in. they charge you and then, never ship the product. fashion bug has the same thing for 30 dollars. please do not order this. it is a scam!

I recently purchased some products on-line from a company called ubuyez.com [protected]).
The products were very poor quality, so I promptly returned them. I knew shipping was not refundable, but when I looked at my credit card refund I noticed that it was still $28.65 short. when I called the company, they recited some complicated policy in which they were entitled to keep this money. they said that a portion of the products were not refundable because they were free gifts (confusing, I know)! so, when I inquired about having a credit with the company, they stated that I did not have one. I asked them how it was legally possible for them to just keep $28.65 of my money; they, again, regurgitated their complicated and confusing "return policy." i'm furious! can they do this? do I have any recourse? I know it's not a lot of money and, perhaps I should just let it go, but it's the principal. I shop on-line all the time, and I understand different companies have different return policies, but I have never encountered one such as this. it is unethical and a scam!

I ordered one of the body shapers and the gentleman that took the order did the sizing well I can't fit in either one of them and you charged me 79.75 When I try to talk to some one I always get a recording.

UbuyEZ.com Kymaro body shaper

No it doesn’t work I measured myself before putting it on and I lost about half an inch with it on. The bottoms are like control top pantyhose, but way tighter and very uncomfortable. I have watched the infomercial and was very unhappy, not getting the same results. How did they get the girls to look so good? It sure didn't work that way for me. Hope this answered your question. Please try Spanx they are much more comfortable and work better. Or just buy yourself some good control top pantyhose. I really you would get the same affect. I don't believe this work for some people. Maybe I just have a really weird body shape (not).

This product is CRAP! You may as well put on pantyhose and a tank top, it does NOTHING to hold any part of your weight in. These people NEED TO BE KICKED OFF of the television for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

I'm very unhappy with my order from WWW.UBUYEZ.COM.
I ordered a KYMARO BODY SHAPER, the product doesn't work as they showed on their infomercial ! The bodyshaper cost $ 29.99 and you get the second order for FREE, but nothing for free ! I was charged 5 times $ 9.95 P&H ! Thats ridiculous! The whole thing came in one small box how that possible the P&H cost $ 49.75 !
Unbelievable ! I'll return the whole thing and ask for refund ! Wish me good luck !

I went to ubuyez.com to check out what just one top would cost. There is no way that you can get just one item, You have to choose more Free items which they add shipping and handling chargers to your order things your not interested in. So all these Free items are not Free at all this whole deal is nothing more then a scam. Once I saw all the extras you have to get it not a good deal especially, with all the complaints. So I`m passing on this great new wonder product, YEAH RIGHT.

Also contacting the better business bureau isn't going to help getting your money back. A better way is to file a complaint with your states Attorney Generals office, it`s easy and can be done on line. Just do a Google search for your states Attorney Generals office. I used there office before and have been pleased with the results. You can also go to your credit card company and file a complaint with them and they will get your money back.

One thing I`ve notice lately on this complaint board are all the helpful people that are no more then using this complaint board to sell their products. Just out of curiosity, I clicked on just one complaint member user name to look at her profile, this person has been a member of this board for almost 2 years and in time not once has this member posted one complaint, there all listed in your profile. But this member is willing to supply anyone with the contact info. for a product that this member says is far better, makes me wonder why they`re a member of this complaint board in the first place.

I called to place an order for this item yesterday after seeing the commercial, but changed my mind when I was told that the shipping & handling charge was $9.95 for each item - so the $39.95 items was an additional charge of $39.80 . I have bought 3 pair of boots from Lands end and the shipping cost was $15.00 - how heavy are these items. I'm sure they must have to walk a mile to pick out the items ordered and at say $5.00 per walk they can justify the cost - glad I decided to read this also before deciding to maybe purhcase the item anyway.

UbuyEZ.com eyelash extensions

The infomercial is VERY convincing. These eyelash extensions were more difficult to put on than advertised, but with practice could have looked good. The problem is with the glue. Once you sleep in the eyelashes they all glop together and you can't get them apart. The kit comes with a lash comb. But combing through the sticky glue is totally impossible. There is NO ONE at the 888 number, and even if there was my invoice says that they only accept returns on UNUSED merchandise. SO, even if you open the glue and apply one lash you cannot return this item. BUYER BEWARE!

UbuyEZ.com I cancelled the order but they billed anyway

I ordered the Kymaro Body wrap and then decided I really didn't need such an item. I called and left a message that I wanted the order cancelled. They returned a call to me saying they had cancelled the order but I discovered yesterday that they charged my debit card.

I am totally not happy with them for lying to me. I have a call in to them now so see what they are going to do to straighten this out. I really don't like it when people say they will do something and then turn around and do something else. It causes me to loose a lot of trust in them.

I am also so happy that these customer review/complaint sites are available. Sure helps a person to decide to buy or not. I definitely WILL NOT BUY from this company. So sorry for those of you who were ripped off...hope you can recoup your losses. Thanks for helping the rest of us to not get ripped off.

I also returned the New body shaper back on March 11th and I have not received a refund nor are my emails and calls being answered. The site has blocked my password and will not submit link to reset it. I am highly unhappy with this company.

This company is a rip off. What they are doing is probably legal. I hope someone is able to stop them. The junk from China doesn't cost much. They will only refund $39.95, I am paying for the three free items.

This product is such a freaking waste. The bottoms would have fit my five year old and the top I got was way too big. I did send it back for a smaller size and when that came it was way too small. So now I know I am already screwed out of my shipping charges but I have been trying to contact them on the phone now for a week. This whole set up is a joke, don't waste your time and effort. I guess first they get your money and then they figure you will give up trying to contact them after you can't reach anyone. This company is full of SH_T!

I too ordered the Body Shaper and only wanted the tops in nude/black but the ad was very misleading and it showed in order to get the black top you had to order the bottoms. I was not happy w/any of the merchandise and spent $79.75 and then $8.09 to ship back. I called today to see when my refund would be and was told I would only get $39.95 back. That is a HUGE rip-off and they answer the phone that the customer is their number one goal!

I purchased a product I saw on TV that I could NOT wear. I returned the complete order including the FREE gifts because I could not wear that either.
I was expecting a complete refund of 70.00 instead, I received half the amount. Somehow, I know I've been robbed because I could not wear WHY would I keep it. So the question is...Why are they keeping my money?

***SATISFIED CUSTOMER*****Well, I was not happy with the "FREE" items NOT being "free". However, I received my order today, wore top and bottom all day and am VERY HAPPY. The top stayed put. Held in the rolls I have, and even my husband commented on the differance. My jeans were loser and my tank top was so smooth in back and front! The bottom, did roll down a tad, but not like all the girdles I have tried.
I am in the process of ordering another set for my teenage daughter, which is how I came across this site. If I had seen it before I placed my first order, I prob. wouldn't have ordered. So, all u who are skeptic, it's worth the $40..or in my case $69 bucks. They do say u can return if unhappy, but it sounds like people have had problems doing so. My suggestion is: make sure u are honest about weight and height and u will get the right size. Also, if you dont want to be nagged to death with "FREE" offers over the phone from your sales agent...and I admit...it was ridiculous...better off ordering online. Remember, it's supposed to be snug. Otherwise, how is it supposed to work? Best of luck to u all. I'm off to order another set! :)

I'm angry as heck at Kymaro! How can one return their product, request a refund and be told they needed my signature since the credit card company requires it. I called them three times, waited for 45 minutes or longer to talk to a customer service representative who promised they would send a form for me to sign. I've yet to receive anything. How can it be they get their product back but won't refund the money? I feel somehow customers being denied full refunds should get together and file a class action suit against them. What they are doing is not legal. What they are doing is nothing short of stealing.

I guess the TV stations that airs this commercial just want there money. Wish they could be in the same boat as we are for returning the body shapers and not getting our money back. It rolled up and thankfully my sister was there to help get me out of it.

I ordered this product and never recieved it.. It was obiviously stolen to add insult to injury my card was debited... and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it! I am very disappointed in the customer service and feel they should refund my money or send me another one

My name is Robin Jennings, i ordered the Kymaro body shaper in march the size was wrong so i sent it back to be exchanged i called customer service after sending the products back through the post ofifice with a confirmaton number they said they received it april 22 2010. I haven't received anything back yet i called again the second week in may i was told i didn't sign the invoice at that time she said she would send me out an invoice and i could fax it back haven't received anything yet it is now june i want to know what the problem is u have my money and my products now if i don't hear from you real soon i'm gonna have to take this matter some where else like to court! You can call me at [protected] or [protected]. i've called customer service this morning at 8:40 0n june 2-2010 they say they open at 7 a.m. but they claim to be closed so i would appericate a call back A.S.A.P.! I must say that I was surely disappointed. I've been trying hard for over a year to find something that will pull me in and smooth out bulges when I'm wearing nice sexy garments. I have bought this product and several others. While the Kymora is not as tight as the Body Magic that is being sold and advertised EVERYWHERE...it surely doesn't give you the support that it claims it does. It also rolls up over my stomach and I'm only a size 12 with just a mini bulge that I'm trying to squeeze down. So the infomercial is a LIE...because they claimed that it doesn't roll up. As an African American woman I definitely could't bring this up over my bottom. I had to bring it over my head. And then once I put it on it just feels like a regular camisole with absolutely no support. I really wished I would have done my homework first on the product...while I surely would like my money back I just don't have the energy to fight another bogus informercial. Save your money and don't buy anything off of TV unless you know it really works

Thankyou everyone! This is the second time I watched this infomercial and almost ordered. Instead I thought I would go to the web site and read more about it, and up popped all these comments. They were so helpful and all your honesty was so welcome. It is so easy to be scammed and your hard earned money taken these days. What ever happened to good old fashioned values and honesty. There is so much greed out there now days. Everyone just wants to make a quick buck and run. You really have to evaluate and trust your instincts and hope there are other people like everyone here that are trusting and honest. Again thanks for your postings.
