you literally have to wait hours for customer service... and still no resolution.
It has been over a month since Ireturned an item. Calls to cutomer service only place you on hold, after 30 or 40 minutes if you stick it out someone will answer, they will give you a quickanswer with no email or follow up of the conversation.
I was told twice to wait five to nine days and my item will be processed.
That time has gone by and I am still waiting for an item I returned on June 28th. It is now July 31 and I still have no idea what is going on !

On 7/21 I purchased a pair of shoes online. I have not received any information about the shoes being shipped. The money has already deducted from my credit card. I have submitted an email with customer service. I have not had any response. Each time I call the customer service Dept. I can not get through. I have been on hold for almost an hour. I will be contacting the BBB if I do not receive a response. I paid for a product and have not received my item. I can not get any one to help solve my problem.

I had sent out a pair of under armor Valsetz priced approximately $119 I sent them out at the beginning of the month and I received the tracking information confirmation stating that the boots were at your facility and processed on 5 July. I have since then called back about twice one woman I spoke with said it was processed however the exchange was not so I would have to wait, another person told me that the boots were out of stock and I would have to wait. I tried to explain that I am moving from an apartment to a house and the address that is on file is no longer a working address so I was told a gift card was going to be sent to my email for the inconvenience to purchase another pair. I still have not received that and I have been on hold for over an hour and a half I need some type of response because I'm not going to waste my time on something that should've already been figured out on your end. The women that I spoke with the first time had to go back through my files and noted that the amount was supposed to go to my under armor account which I have never made so I don't know how that was possible, when I called back and explain the situation because I was supposed to receive the gift card three to five business days and it exceeded past that time. I did I call back and another woman stated that since the boots would not be processed and I would not be receiving them by the end of the month even though your policy states a 3 to 4 weeks for an exchange, I have still not received anything. the boots that I had bought from you in possession dude my tracking number stating that they were sent to you on the fifth and there is still no word on where my boots are this is probably the last time that I will be doing business with under armor because I've had an issue every time I've tried to swap out my boots. especially being a first responder it is critical that I have good footwear and I'm not gonna spend an arm and a leg on product that you have a lifetime guarantee warranty on as well as still waiting for a refund so I can go purchase them at an under armour location
camo sandels
We purchased a pair of camo sandels for me and my son. Went on vacation only to find out my brother-n-law had the same pair. By mid-week all three pairs stunk so bad we wouldn't even keep in the garage. Basically smelled like a wet dog. It was embarrassing sitting around the camp fire and having people say how much our sandels stink. We tried soaking with baking soda but did not work. A lot of money for shoe's that stunk within 3 days. Will not by another pair of sandals from under armour. Can't wear the one's I have in public cause they stink

My name is Randy Lifferth. Last week I places an order for 62 polo shirts. I tried to do the purchase through my UnderArmour online account. The representative I talked to said that I had to purchase the product over the phone. I told them my concern was that I would not know where my packages was or where it was in the ordering process. And a copy of my receipt. I was told over and over that I would get emails along the way.
So I purchased the polos for $2950.
I have not received a copy of my receipt. I did not receive any information on my order. So I had to contact UA multiple times to find out the status of my order. I still have not received a copy of my receipt, I have only been given 5 shirts and was told the others would arrive the next day. Nothing has arrived. So I called again and was told that my order hasn't even shipped yet and they would email with shipping info. I still have not received any information. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I was about to purchase a pair of pants and shorts. They are still in my bag on my app. I am thinking of going back to Nike for my pants and shorts.

I am on hold now as I type this complaint. I've been on hold for 15 minutes!
I need to know why this was never delivered to me. It's already been paid for with my credit card.

On June 12, 2017 I returned 1 item using the shipping label Under Armour provided. I kept the tracking number and saw that the item did not reach them until July 6! Subsequently I was told it would take 10-14 business days for them to process my refund. Today, 15 business days later, I've received no refund so I have tried to follow up. I waited on Chat for over an hour before I was cut off. I am currently waiting on a phone call listening to an endless loop of advertising. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I would like a refund for my return immediately.
only partial refund received after returning all items
I ordered 4 items on June 15, returned all 4 of them the day after I received them (wrong sizes). After numerous chat conversations and as many excuses (systems were down, 4th of July holiday) I finally was told last week the full refund was on it's way. However I received only about a fifth of what I paid. I reached out again and Under Armour insist they did a full refund. They sort of let me hanging, told me to wait or contact my credit card company. I never have these problems with any other company. Very unprofessional and still not solved.
2 day shipping
I ordered 2 shirts and 2 sports bras for 2 day free shipping on a Saturday, estimated delivery that I was given was Monday (which was great!). Unfortunately the package did not show up until THURSDAY. When I opened the package, I was missing one of my shirts. I looked up the product and it still hadn't shipped. It's now Monday, over a week since I placed my original order. Why pay for free 2 day shipping if I don't get it even CLOSE to 2 days later. Over a week is not acceptable. I will not be shopping from under armour any longer which sucks because I usually love their product.

Hello, i have recently bought a pair of almost $90 running shoes at Dicks in Longview tx where i live. I love under armour shoes and being a hair dresser for almost 12 years now, ive found that under armour are the only thing that i can stand to wear all day without being in so much pain. Unfortunately Dicks wont let me return the shoes because they have been worn a few times so now im stuck with these brand new looking shoes that i cant wear because the sole on the right shoe has a defect and makes this weird pooping noise that everyone can hear when i walk. Our salon floor is tile so its extra loud but can even be heard on carpet as well. Like i said i LOVE under armour and all i would like to do is get another pair for work, i never asked for my money back but i am disappointed that am now stuck with shoes that i cant use.

On hold for too long before spoke to live person to inquire of refund for 3-returned shirts that I shipped USPS 6/19/17 order# P-[protected]. UA confirmed on phone today 7/19 was received. Policy says emails & refunds issued 5 days after receipt & processing. It's been a month & have not heard anything nor received my refund. Please issue refund.

I ordered two large shirts as a gift online. After finding out that medium was the appropriate size, I promptly returned them. They arrived (as confirmed by Under Armour) on June 28th. I was told by their customer service that returns ship within 5 to 7 days of arrival and that I would get an email when it shipped. On July 14th, I called back. They said that they have a new system and have been having problems. I asked for a full refund. I have ZERO faith in them to process it and expect that I will be placing one more call. And then I will be reporting them to the appropriate federal agency as well as my state attorney general. I have tons of UA gear but will not buy them again... even at a retail outlet. Nike's gear is just as good. Lousy customer service. I have worked in IT for 25 years. A new system is no excuse! Also, I had to wait on hold for a long time each time I call them. The system routine tells me that I am numberr 35 or 37 in line. Clearly they either do not staff their worker properly and/or have many dissatisfied customers!
under armour slides
I bought my 12 year old son new Under Armour Slides in May 2017. He has only wore them a couple of times and decided to take them to wear at soccer camp today to give his feet a break from his cleats. To my frustration when he came home today both slides came unglued and can't be worn. I am extremely irritated by the quality of the product. Both of them tore today as he was walking at soccer camp. Under Armour products are not cheap and for the price I would expect them to last more than 2 months. I actually bought a pair of Nike slides at a yard sale for $1 that were obviously worn and he wears them daily and they are still in great condition.
I am asking you to replace these slides. Under Armour Slides size 8
bandit2 teal and gray tennis shoes
My first pair of under armour shoes ever and I am so sad. I love how comfortable they are and even considered getting a second pair in red. I am glad now I didn't . I purchased these the last part of March and grant it I work in healthcare and walk a lot but I guess I thought they would last longer then a few months for the money I paid. I tossed my receipt unforunately or I would try returning them to the store.
flip flop purchase
I purchased a pair of Under Armor flip flops from the Jackson Outlets (Jackson, NJ) store before a vacation intending to use them for that reason. I'm 7 days into my vacation and the flip flops are thin and worn out from walking (photos attached). I don't normally spend this amount of money on flip flops but trusted the brand and figured $31.99 was a good investment in a great brand. Highly disappointed in their wear and tear.
under armour foam insulated hydration period
We bought this water jug for a daughter and in less than a week it fell apart. She used it exactly twice and while carrying it to the field it fell apart. We put it back together hoping it would stay. The very next time she used it the same thing happened.
She had not dropped it at anytime. It had never been washed in the dishwasher. It had only been rinsed out in the sink. Very unhappy with this product.

So I bought shoes about 6 months ago and normally I am happy with Under Armour products in fact my baseball cleats are Under Armour. Anyways the shoes I bought the inside got torn up really fast to the extent that the plastic is showing thou. I have had shoes before and like I said I have baseball cleats that I have had for 3 years now. Is there anything after 6 months I can get? I Love the shoes but these fell apart really fast. The outside is still perfect it is just the inside.

I've purchased a pair of men's boots from www.underarmour.com and when I received them I really liked the quality but unfortunately shoes were too small. I emailed customer service asking for a return label and sent the shoes back in order to get a replacement. That was about three weeks ago and since then I hear nothing from UnderArmour. When I called them they said they'll contact me back as soon as possible but that never happened.
So I emailed again and they told that these shoes were no longer in stock and offered me a refund. I'm still waiting for my money.
awful quality of the shoes and we couldn't wear them
I bought shoes for me and my husband from the company www.underarmour.com. We got the order on time, but I have worn these shoes only once and my feet suffered from pain and had several corns. I asked my husband that I wanted to return my shoes and he told to return his as well. His shoes were small and he had corns as well. We returned shoes and still no response from the seller or refund. Liar.
