return of order with no reply and no correct refund
I returned two items in the same parcel from two different orders. One order number EU_[protected] i got refunded £18.50 for the tactical long sleeve shirt rather than £22.50?
The other order number is EU_[protected] which had the black cap in it which i returned in same parcel but not been refunded for that yet. That i paid £20 for and i enquired regarding this on 27th October but got no reply.

under armour highlight cleats
My daughter has a pair of your highlight cleats purchased last year for her high school season. This past weekend at Presidents cup in Orlando one of the actual cleats ripped off the bottom. It was the cleat on the back heel. I just wanted to know if this is a common issue.

boys under armour size 7y high tops
I bought my 10 year old a pair of the Under Armour high tops at Kohls two weeks ago. After the first week he wore them, he was walking home from school in the rain. After he got home I went to clean his shoes off and the black coloring of the shoes at the top of the toe part is literally peeling off showing a blue color. The shoes are all black with blue color on the side with the yellow Under Armour logo. I paid $60. for these shoes and I feel they should last longer than 2 weeks! The last pair of Under Armour shoes I bought for him were an Orange and black high tops and the plastic piece that wraps around the front toe part of the shoe peeled off only after wearing them for four months. I was hesitant to buy another pair of Under Armour but I thought I would give them another chance. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied as you can imagine. I would like to send you a picture of the shoe so you can visually see what I am talking about. I would be willing to return them to you however I don't think I should have to put anymore cost into these shoes. Please see the photos I have attached. boys under armour jacket
I bought a boys under armour jacket October 11, 2017. The zipper has a missing tooth in it and now he cant wear it, very disappointing as the price we paid and quality is not good, I cant return it because I don't have the original tags on it and nearest store is hour and half away. My son is 6 years old and he only wears under armour but I am shopping other brand names for quality. I have never had any trouble before with any of the clothing until now.

Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter from the Chicago store a few months ago. The sole looks brand new because they are barely worn however, the front of the shoes are ripping off. So disappointed. Did not expect to pay a premium for this quality.
These shoes have barely been worn 5-6 times. Her asics and other brands are so much better quality. Under armpit makes good clothes but their shoes are sub part quality.

My product order was EU_[protected]. I ordered a bag on 20/09/2017, which was subsequently delivered to the wrong address. However, I was not informed of this - I had to call up to find out when I realised that my bag had not arrived. I spoke to Angelique in customer service who assured me that she would get a driver to pick up the bag and deliver it to me. She told me I would get a call that day, confirming the details. I received no such call or even an email. I had to call up several times that week trying to get more information out of customer service because they refused to give me any information without my prompting. When I finally got through, Angelique said that a new bag would have to be delivered but that it could not even come the next day to make up for it. I eventually received my bag over two weeks after the initial order. I wanted a refund not only for the time the bag took but also because of the effort I had to go to every day that week, calling up customer service because they refused to give me any information. Instead all I received was a discount code for 20% off my next order. I was so frustrated that I did not push it further.
I then tried to use the discount code to buy another product (EU_[protected]) on 11/10/2017. The purchase went through and I thought that would be ok. However, 5 days later I was informed by email that the bag was not in stock and was refunded. For me, after everything that happened with the previous product, this was completely unacceptable. It should not take 5 whole days to work out that a product is not in stock.
However, this was not the end. I have emailed customer service on four occasions since I was informed on 16/11/2017 that the product was not in stock, asking for a new discount code. However, I have been ignored. See the photos attached for the email exchange, where my messages have been ignored.
My desirable resolution: I think I was pretty reasonable after the first incident where the speed of delivery and the customer service I received was inadequate. I accepted the discount code and thought the ordeal was over. However, because of the next product I tried to buy was out of stock, because it took 5 days to tell me so, and because I have been ignored on four occasions over a 2-3 week period, I think I am entitled to more than a discount code.
For me, a reasonable resolution is a full refund for the bag I initially bought, which was £25 AND I want another discount code for 20% on my next order. I really do not think that this request is unfair or unreasonable, considering my continuous mistreatment over the last two months.
rips in boots after one year.
I am writing to you to extend my disappointment with a product that I had bought less than a year ago. I have a pair of the man's UA infill Gore-Tex boots. I have had these for less than a year and I don't wear them all the time that I work. I am a police officer and I bought these boots for the winter time. I have worn them for less then a year and they have already ripped on me. I bought these boots because I believed that they would last me multiple years. They did not last me multiple years and only getting so much for a uniform allowance, I cant be buying boots on a yearly basis and now since its getting winter time again I cant afford to go without a pair of boots. took forever to get credit.
It took my bank 4 months to get the credit from Under Armour. I ordered a pair of tennis shoes for my Grandson birthday and when I found they weren't the Stephen Curry I called the company back within 30 mins and they informed me they couldn't cancel the order, this was the end of June 2017 .
When the shoes arrived my daughter did not opened but sent back by fed Ex . Under Armour had the shoes July 5, 2017. after a few days I called to see how come my credit card wasn't given the credit and every time I called they just said they are behind on giving credits, after 20 days I made a complaint to my back. It has taken Bank of America 4 months to get the credit back from Under Armour, plus now it's not the full amount I lost $5.00 in the whole deal.
I would never order another thing from that Company.

Bought a birthday present for my daughter October 16th. Order # P-[protected]. Package tracking on Narvar said "on it's way" from October 17 to today, October 26th. Called customer service and they said yes the order had some type of problem and they would reorder the items. No offer of expedited shipping, despite arrival date being missed by 2 days (Oct 24) along with birthday date (Oct 25). Would have to put the tone of customer service person at complete indifference. UnderArmour had no challenges or delays billing me on the order date for $127.48, but when it gets there or if it gets there, that's not there problem. In fact if i didn't call the items likely would never have arrived.
My dissatisfaction has led me to delete the app along with the additional items in my checkout bag. Plenty of other good options out there, Nike, Northface, Patagonia, etc.
You've lost me and my 5 kids, all athletes, going forward. For future business, I recommend when you have a screw up, which does happen, you may want to avoid or even better eliminate the "It sucks to be you" customer service response.

I bought my son Under Armour Speedforms size 12 on October 9, 2017. He did not wear them right away but on his second wear on October 20, 2017, through casual wear not a workout or run, the fabric part of the shoe completely detached from the rubber sole. This is extremely unacceptable. After spending $99.99 for this pair of shoes, I expected them to last longer. I would like to receive a refund for this defective pair of shoes. I am saddened by the quality produced by Under Armour.

custom currys already showing significant wear.
Good afternoon,
We ordered custom Curry basketball sneakers for my daughter awhile back. Waited the 6+ weeks to get them. Finally have them... she has literally worn them less than a dozen times for 1-2 hours at a clip on indoor courts and this is what they are starting to look like... pictures shown below.
My daughter takes extra care of her bball sneakers, she is very particular. She puts them on at the court and takes them off before leaving, they have never seen the outside or pavement... and after wearing them for a some practices and open gyms they are already wearing, very quickly I might add, they don't appear that they'll even make it all the way through a regular season.
Now, these are custom... and were not $50 sneakers, so you can imagine how irritated I am right now after paying all the money... and waiting months to receive them. What are the options to resolve this? I expect that something needs to be done here, as this is completely unacceptable. quality of work boot
I bough a pair of work boots strictly for my job as a correction officer . After 6 month of use they started to rip. I used theses boots just for my job . I was very disappointed in the quality of the boot. I have several clothing items form under armour and never had a problem . This was my first pair of under armour boots and was very disappointed.

I was ecstatic to finally be given a gift card for new clothes. I knew exactly what I wanted.. Under Armour clothes. I’ve always loved the durability, fit & comforabilty. Heck, even my two year old son wear Under Armour head to toe most days. I went right out & bought myself shirts, socks & most importantly (to me) a few pair of pants (4) two of the four I bought the seam is so off center it makes one leg tighter than the other, sit crooked on my body & uncomfortable. You don’t really notice until you actually get to wearing them which poses the problem of not being able to return them. I’m sad to say I can’t wear them because of above stated issue.

I purchased some over-priced football cleats for my son online. I tried to update the order within 10 minutes of ordering because I chose the wrong size (customers report that the cleats run small). I tried to IM customer service and their customer service is closed. I tried calling customer service and closed. They have no one working after hours and no email capabilities. I called the very next morning, and I was told that the order is being processed. I would have to wait until the order arrives and then I can return the product for a refund. It's really odd that an online store does not offer a better cancellation process. It would save UA money, as they offer free returns. I elected to purchase an UA competitor's cleats from Amazon instead, as I never had issues with Amazon. UA, also does not allow customers to email in a complaint, and/or suggestions. I voiced my issue to customer service and that was quite useless. I knew my concerns would go no further than her. I will return my items at the nearest outlet store, as I see that some customers are waiting extended periods for refunds, by reading these other complaints.
cheat refund but no refund at all
I placed an online order on Under Armour.com on the middle of June. when I received my product, I returned 2 pieces of products during the same week. I checked in the following week, and figured nothing was refunded. I waited for another 2 weeks, and checked in for the 3rd week after my purchase date, still nothing was refunded. then, I found the customer service and asked where were my refunds? I got the answer that my refund already be issued and it will cost 10 business days to be showed on my account. because when I placed the order, I used 2 under armour giftcards and paid the balance by my paypal account, I confused where my refund will be, I asked the customer service where my refund would be issued, and I got my answer that my refund would be issued to my Paypal account. this was happened at the beginning of the july. Then, I forgot my refund and forgot to check back. At the middle of August, I went back to my Paypal account and still didn't found anything! I went back to the customer service, and asked where is my refund! I still got the answer that my refund was issued to my Paypal account and if I didn't received anything via Paypal, it is not their fault! its Paypal's fault! i was shocked and believed them, and I asked if they could provide me the transaction invoice so I can go back to Paypal and ask what happened. it cost Under Armour 2 weeks to give me back the invoice. The invoice showed that they issued my refund for the 2 items, which is above $100. I upload the invoice they provided to Paypal and asked Paypal what happened. Paypal said they never receive anything from Under Armour. No refund was issued at all! When this happened, its already at the beginning of September. As a customer, I am super angry about this and their attitude is keeping telling you that your refund is issued and didn't care where is your refund at all.
Okay, what's the funnies thing is happened today! today is October 3rd, 2017! When I waked up, paypal sent me an email said that Under Armour is giving me a refund! However! The amount of this refund is only $3.94! this is the amount that I used Paypal to pay the balance of my purchase after I applied 2 giftcards. So, where is my other refund? If Under Armour just refund me today, why the customer service keep telling me that they refunded me during this 3 months? I have so many questions today, so I get back to Under Armour customer service again! I got my answer that they just process my refund today! and they process my refund because I keep asking for my refund~! Is that ridiculous ? Excuse me ? The UA customer service said they will give me the rest of my refund in a giftcard and email that giftcard to me by another week. I am not accept this! but they said I could not complain I could not do anything because they are the customer service and they do whatever they want. I have nowhere to complain, so I complain here. to be summarize, if you want to shop at Under Armour, please make sure you will not have any return. or you will not have any refund and you lost your items.
3.5 month until today, I only received $3.94 refund. Nothing else. Millions of times I have invested in this case in both Under Armour and Paypal. So many excuses and no real apologize. Lies follow by another lie. Ridiculous! Please DON'T SHOP AT UNDER ARMOUR!

It's a very popular website, but I don't understand why. Each time I order there' always an issue. At last, I was just tired of this and decided to be done with it. There was the last straw in dealing with them.
I didn't like the item they sent me, so I immediately sent it bak. On the same day. I didn't even unpack it.
It's been a month since then and today I got a notification, that they sent me a partial refund. To my question why they said that the box was unpacked. By who? Oh well, what's done s done, but I'm still very disappointed with the way you work.
Won't be dealing with you again.
under armour charged training shoes for women
I bought these shoes at a store in winnipeg for 120$ about 2 weeks ago...i have been to the gym for 8 days exactly and there is a hole in the corner of the right shoe and soon there will be one on the other shoe as well...
I especially bought under armour as i trusted the brand but i am very disappointed with the shoes that were expensive!
I really hope u guys will stand behind your product and provide me with the solution to this...
