UnderArmour return cleats

My son cleats ripped 2 pair in April of 2018 and I returned them. They sent me two pair as well. 3 weeks ago he received a pair of cleats for his birthday and they were to small. I called Under Armour and told them and they informed me to send them back for an exchange. I returned the cleats and when I called them for three weeks they told me they never received the cleats and I sent over all the information I have and finally today they told me they received them. Anyway the rep tells me they never received the cleats from April so they are keeping the cleats I just sent back and I owe them one more pair. I can't believe it! They stole my cleats. They never informed me they never received the cleats I sent back in April and I'm just hearing this information in October. What make it so bad is I can't even track the other cleats sent in April cayse it's been to long. Postal don't go back over 3 months. I never knew Under Armour stoke customer cleats. My son need his cleats for football cause he can only wear white or black in college.

UnderArmour poor quality - under armour women's highlight lacrosse cleats

I purchased these cleats in the middle of the lacrosse season in 2018 (which would be in the spring). I played on them for about a month before summer came and the season ended. I put them back on for fall play and in a week a peg broke off. I only used them for about 7 or 8 games and I believe this reflects extremely poorly on the company and their shoes. My resolution to this problem would be a refund (so I can buy a new pair of cleats since I need them for the season) or have a new pair of Highlight Women's Lacrosse cleats delivered to me. I am willing to pay shipping if necessary.

UnderArmour sneakers

I got my five year old some under armour sneakers with Velcro straps for his first year of kindergarten so they'd be easy to get on and try and make this new adjustment a little easier on him with a good brand of sneakers.. little did I know that they Velcro strap would start tearing off after THREE wears.

Not only am I mad about the sneaker itself, I've called Dicks Sporting Goods where we bought them to try and return as it was in the exchange period and he never wore them outside and they wouldn't return them. So I've emailed under armour 3 separate times and never once have I heard back.

My five year old loves under armour because his uncle and cousins all wear it but at this point I am so frustrated with their product and customer service that I will not be buying anything else until this is resolved.

UnderArmour heatgear collared shirts bad stains!

I purchased two of the Heatgear shirts with a collar and they have fish hooks making up the UA logo on the right breast. A light blue and a white one.

I have worn the blue one maybe 5 or 6 times. This is the second time I wore the white one. I carefully wash them and let hang to dry.

When I pulled them out to hang I noticed stains all over the blue one. I was looking through what I washed it with to see if something bled or if there was something really dirty in there with it. I didn't find anything, and when I looked closer at it I realized they are sweat stains! I have a couple t-shirts with some stains, but they are also 6-7 years old and worn a ridiculous number of times!

I was working with some dusty computer gear the other day and had dust all over the front of the shirt. DUST, not mud, not oil, or grease, blood or anything else you see in the stain commercials. When it came out, I questioned if the washing machine had actually run, ALL of the dust was still there.

I hit everything with my stain remover and washed them by themselves for good measure. When I pulled them out the blue one is better, but there are still a number of stains, I'm going to have to coat the entire shirt in stain remover. The white shirt still looked really bad!

This is ridiculous that these shirts would get stained THIS EASILY! They are "heatgear" so yes, people are going to sweat, why would they stain SO BADLY and SO QUICKLY?!

I have other UA brand shirts, both collared shirts and t-shirts, and none of them have has this staining issue.

I'd like these replaced ASAP.

(I tried to take pics, but it's really hard to see the stains in pictures)

FYI, I started writing this after being on hold with CS for over 45min. It's now been an hour and I'm still waiting!

UnderArmour product defect: ua curry 3 crib - size 3.5

I purchased the Under Armour Steph Curry Sneakers for my 15 month old daughter. She is a new walker, and I once believed these shoes would give her the flexibility and security while walking. She wore the shoes for the first time today and while at daycare, her teacher noticed that the sole was flopping off. She removed the shoes, and for the remainder of the day, my daughter walked around in her socks to avoid harming herself in the shoes. Upon my review, I noticed that 75% of the shoes' sole was hanging off the base of the shoe. As you can imagine, defective shoes could be disastrous for an newly walking toddler. She could have tripped and hit her head or twisted her ankle. Luckily, these circumstances did not arise. She only had to walk in socks for the rest of the day, which provides no support and security for feet.

As an attorney and mother, I am deeply concerned about the health and safety of defective products specifically when children cannot protect themselves from such hazards. I would expect that as a young sports goods company, quality would be a priority. Moreover, as a father of young children, I'm sure that Steph Curry would hate to see his name and reputation attached to any product which could be hazardous to children.

I have attached several pictures of the defective shoe for your review. I am requesting your immediate attention to this matter, in addition to your proposed resolution in terms of refund, repair or replacement of the shoes. Moreover, I am interested in knowing UA's policy in regards to product defects.

UnderArmour shoes

I have over the years spent endless money on your products. I am a single mom of 3 and myself and all of my children plus gifts that I give are all under armour usually. One product that I'm very upset about is your footwear. I have in this past year have bought about 10 or more pairs of running shoes and will never purchase another pair. I am un the nursing field and my daughter who are 13 and 11 my son 5 have all put our toes through them within months. I even purchased a pr of your thong sandles and the bottom within weeks came right apart. I know I'm only one customer but one who always stood by your product and am very unhappy about this.

UnderArmour product shipping time

I ordered the below shoes on Monday, and this order has not yet been processed. Why does it take a week to process? I attempted to call on this matter today & after 2 hours (yes 2 hours) my call was disconnected. During this time i attempted live chat, no surprise that option isnt working either! And yes i did both of these during the listed business hours. All i want is this order cancelled ASAP, i will find other shoes for our son for school.

UnderArmour customer service 888 issues

Today, I was on hold twice today with customer service rep to talk to and was disconnected with a message that the team was going to take a time out. The first time I was on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes and the second time for 1 hour 30 minutes. Why did no one ever take my call for help? Did communicate with someone on chat who was not helpful. I insisted on talking to a customer service supervisor and information was taken but no follow-up call was ever received.

UnderArmour running shoes slightly different sizes

I bought the shoes on January 14 from Dunham's in Battle Creek Michigan and thought maybe I just had to try harder to break them in. I wore them for a few weeks off and on but they hurt enough that now I only wear them a few hours at a time, and I believe they may be slightly different sizes. They hurt every time I wear them and just won't "break in".

UnderArmour soccer cleats

First off, I just want to say I love your products usually.
My entire family(including my 8 month old) loves your comfortable clothing.
My husband bought me a new pair of cleats for my birthday.
These cleats are all but perfect except I can not play in them. I love the fabric and easy to tighten shoes strings.
The problem with these soccer cleats is the ankles of the cleats.
When designed they were designed TOO HIGH and I got MASSIVE blisters. I will have to buy new pair which is a shame because I love everything about them.
Being a woman over 30 with 4 kids and busy schedule it was no fun having these blisters for over a month.
Please consider my input and consider the player when designing soccer cleats.

The attached picture is a month after first getting blisters.
I have played soccer for the past 16 years and never had this issue with any other brand.

UnderArmour bandit 2 shoes

My husband only wears under Armour shoes and clothing. He loves the way it fits and last. He bought a pair of bandit shoes that he wore out. He loved them enough to buy the 2s when He wore out the old pair. He has had this shoe for less than a year and as he was running yesterday the side tore out. As much as these cost they should last more than a couple months. As you can see from the pictures below, they are not very old or worn out.

UnderArmour running shoes and cold gear shirt

I would like to file complaints to Under Armour for their products which lack of quality as bad as their lack of unprofessional practicing of Under Armour customer services.
I first called customer service simply explained the problem of my 1st worn Under Armour running shoes hurt my both feet so bad after walked in the park only for 30 mins. Which they caused me took off right away despite the fact that they were running shoes. I paid my own shipping cost to the manufacturer as they required even though those shoes were from their lack of quality made. However they denied the claim with excuses that those shoes had been worn out and torn as my 1st 30 mins walk. I made a call to customer service, but the man I talked he didn't wanna help me but hung up on me instead. With poor practicing of their customer service and lack of quality products of Under Armour. I request the money back for the products they were overcharged.

UnderArmour my under armor slipons

I am very disappointed with these shoes I hav worn them barely and they are faded and the treds are gone and I got them last Christmas of 2017 I would really appreciate it if I got a new pair and I have had a pair of rebook for a year longer and they are not faded and the treds are fine and I where them every day so I am not very happy and I don't really want to buy your products again but if you send me a new pair and they work great I will buy your products gladly

UnderArmour ua sideline 64 oz thermos

We bought this for our daughter after buying one for our son. We had no problem with the one we bought originally for our son. However, the one we bought for our daughter came apart. The well where the water goes detached from the vessel it goes in. We think maybe the one we bought was defective. Is there anything we can do to get it replaced? We purchase the underarmour brand very often and have never had any problems. We appreciate your consideration in replacing this product.

UnderArmour under armour 7" tac zip 2.0 boot zipper breaking

My name is Officer Derek Culver. I work Security for the University of Kentucky Police department. I have been wearing your boots for a few years now. I had been wearing the Speed Freak 2.0 till this last year. I then had to change to the 7" Tac Zip 2.0 when they stopped carrying the speed freaks under our galls account. On 4/12/18 the zipper came off track and cant be put back on. This has also happened to 3 of my supervisors in the past year on 4 other pairs of boots. I wasn't sure if anything could be done to fix this issue. I would like to have the boots fixed or replaced if possible. These boots still have a lot of life in them, and were not cheap.

UnderArmour my order was canceled because of a promo code

My name is David Fey. My order # (order P-[protected]. The order was placed and confirmed. Then 3 days later they send me an email saying my order was canceled because of a promo code I used. Everything went through so 72 hours pass and they cancel my order? Now the item isn't in stock and I wouldn't order it anyway. This wasn't the first issue I've had with UA. I'm done with UA. I'm sure the 40$ promo code I was saving off the project rock sneakers impact a multi billion dollar corporation. What a joke, I'll just go with Addidas.

UnderArmour first responder discount denied

This is the fourth oder I have been slapped in the face by this companies poliies. They like to say they stand behind our first responders and extend a discount for us because of it as a thank you. So tell me why you cant use a sale promo and your first responders discount together? SLAP! Doesn't mater if your a first responder then. Cant use your discount on the promo code like the everyone else. So no we don't thank our first responders at all and this policy is proof of that fact. Say one thing, your company looks good because of the discount you extend to first responders but if there is a sale? Ripped away. No you can't do that and not going to allow you to get two discounts. How dare you first responders be offended by it.

UnderArmour leggings

I just recently bought (i.e. within the past four days) a pair of Under Amour HeatGear Ankle training leggings and wore them for the first time today, 1/28/18. While walking up a flight of stairs, I missed a step and hit my knee and now there is a quarter sized rip in the knee of one leg. I didn't fall hard, I merely miss-stepped. I am very surprised that the product didn't hold up to a small fall. The material of these pants did not seem to be such poor quality at first but I am quite disappointing in just how quick they were to tear apart. I would not be opposed to an accepted refund or exchange since I literally wore the pants for one day and really only for about an hour before they tore.

Also, I'm not sure if this is even the place to request an exchange. I bought these from a Macy's (order number: [protected]). I can add a picture some other time if needed since I don't have the pants with me currently.

UnderArmour sponsored athlete behavior

As a long time Under Armor customer I was highly offended by the Lindsey Vonn comments this past week. Does Under Armor not realize that more than 50% of voters in this nation voted for President Trump. By making the public, negative remarks about him and his presidency your sponsored athlete is slapping all of us in the face who voted for him and are your customers. From her remarks I will assume that you agree with her, so that being the case I will always think twice now before making a purchase where other brands are available.

Actually, if you recall Trump lost the popular vote (ie he had less votes than another candidate, Hillary I believe). And if you read the news, Trump is dropped considerably in the polls, even among his own party.

My question is why does everything have to be SO political? Isn't this America? How can America TRUELY be great again if we want to censor the hell out of EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE? What happened to freedom of expression and freedom of speech? Why does one person speaking their mind have to reflect badly on everything they touch? That is a truly ridiculous expectation.

Right now I have to say my favorite thing is what's going on with Nike. People in SUCH an outrage and making all kinds of demands. Of course 85%+ of those people are over 30, and 80%+ of their market is UNDER 30! The outrage of the older folks have spurred some of the younger kids to make purchases just to rebel.

UnderArmour tight

Dear Under Armour Team, There is an awful service in Turkey. I bought a tight to my 8 years old son, after one basketball practice, there was a whole in it. I returned the product 2 days after purchasing to the store. Investigaton took 9 days to give me an answer. They said that there is a fault of consumer. My son's fault is to fall for once in basketball practice. I paid around 45 USD to the product. In the same day I had baught basketball shoes, socks, sweatshirt and paid around 210 USD to Underarmour. I am so disappointed to get such unsatisfied service from Underarmour. They are not representing your company professionally in Turkey. I lived in USA and I am aware how customer experience is important for an American company. As I could not find anyone in Underarmour who understood my point and who helped me, I am writing you desperately. I will lose my 45 USD, but will never buy your goods again if I am not not helped and listened. Customer experience does not end when you pay it. Therefore I ask your support to help me and to tell the local team in Turkey that their way of service does not fit your company standards. I am asking the exchange of the tight, not a refund a product that is used for once not used for months. I hope you understand me and help me.
