I can't sit idle and watch the NFL players disgrace our flag, our anthem, our country by kneeling during the national anthem. They have done nothing to preserve the freedoms we enjoy in this country, and never will. Instead they have taken action in an attempt to divide our country. The NFL players do not understand the consequences of their actions. But corporations will. It gives me great pleasure to see the stocks of companies that support the NFL players through sponsor ships and advertising fall in value. To do what I can to make a difference I will boycott; Comcast, Walt Disney/ESPN, CBS, Visa, Ford Motor Co., Nike Inc Anheuser-Busch, InBev, Microsoft Corp., McDonalds Corp., PepsiCo Inc. Under Armer and Bridgestone Corp. I will not be happy until the NFL fails along with the companies that support them.

water jug
My wife purchased an Under Armour water jug at Dick's sporting goods for son on 9/08/17 for my son to use at sporting events. After 2 uses the water jug separated (the inner cooling part came out of the outside jug area). The water jug has only been hand washed and has never been in the washing machine. I would like a replacement jug or a full refund (approximately $25 + tax) for this purchase.

As a 12 year USMC veteran and someone who still uses your products, I'm appalled that your corporation would stand with the racist, anti-American bigots in the NFL that choose ignorance and hatred over supporting the nation that has given them every opportunity, not to mention grossly inflated salaries. I am divesting myself of all your products I have purchased in the past, and will certainly not be a customer in the future. I believe in free speech, but not while you are on the job. I can't do it where I work, and these overpriced buffoons need to learn a little work ethic and respect.
bandit 3 women's running sneakers
I bought the new under armour bandit 3 sneakers from dicks sporting goods in plainville ct. I saw them on a sponsorship on instagram and waited to buy them. when I got the chance to buy them I wore my new sneakers I was SO excited to buy and wear. I wore them to coach a soccer game and while I was running I felt a horrible pain on my heel. I got a horrible blister on each of my heels. the pain was horrible and the size of a quarter. i'm very angry and annoyed on how poorly the design is and heard other people had issues with this type of sneaker.

Good afternoon,
My name is Casey Tyler and my Under armor experience has been less than favorable. My order number was P-[protected]. I made this order on the 10th and called customer service to fix a mix up with my billing and shipping addresses. When I called I was pushed aside and the representative just kept telling me the addresses were fine and the order shipped Monday. Well then today I tracked my order to see that it was returned to sender because of the address confusion. I tried to fix the problem before it even shipped and got no where with this staff. Then I tried to get answered via. the online chat about what it means when an order is returned to sender. No one ever responded they typed “ I will look into it. Hold on one moment” Then they Disconnected and I got no email or contact back. Finally, this afternoon I got someone on the line to explain what exactly return to sender means. She also informed me that the other part of my order was never even shipped because it was out of stock. This lack of communication and lack of helpfulness is unacceptable. I am a member of map my run through underarm our, have the app on my phone and have made purchases many times. But this is the last, I am not following up with the rest of this order, will get my money back and spend it somewhere that seems to have more time for its customers.

baby under armour outfit 6/9m
I bought a baby under armour outfit and always wash my daughters clothing before she wears the clothes. I tried unsnapping the button and it broke off. My daughter didn't even get to wear it. And the outfit wasn't cheap. I was wondering if I could get it replaced? I haven't had any problems with any of the other outfits I've bought her. But I feel like if I'm paying over $30 for an outfit it needs to last a while, especially longer than one wash! After this has happened I'm Leary about buying anything else under armour. I hope you guys can replace it so I know you guys take pride in your clothing line and resolve any defects that may be with the clothing. If you cannot send that exact outfit I would accept a different outfit as a replacement. Thank you

horrible service, no help
Have spent hours with customer service on chats, waiting on the phone for hours only to get no help at all. Very rude managers (Steven W) that I see many others complaining about as well. I like their products but now after this experience there is no way on earth I'd buy anything from them again. No matter when you call, every day, there is a long wait to get a hold of someone. Then when they answer you get no help so it is the most frustrating thing!

football cleats
I am a retired Marine who lives on a fixed income but I always purchase my son Under Armour cleats for football season. We are only three games into the season and his lace eyelet has ripped. He does not practice in these shoes so that means they have only been worn three times. This is unacceptable. I purchased them in June from Dicks sports and of course I do not have my receipt and no funds to purchase more. Thanks in advance for your time. These are a size 14 which are not in stores here.
I ordered a pair of under armour cleats and got something different
I order a pair of under Armour cleats from the under Armour UK outlet store. After weeks of not receiving my Cleats I emailed Tinda Lina at www.clearanceunderarmouroutlet.com. I got a response with a tracing number LW [protected] CN. I Finally received the package and it is a pair of plastic fake nike running shoes instead of the Under Armour Men’s UA Highlight MC – Limited Edition Football Cleats Americas/gold rush. I tried to call the number on the packing slip [protected] and the call won't go through. I tried to email the above again with no response. I want my money back. These are clearly fake.
Incorrect Charge
On 8/19/17 I made a purchase at your Wrentham, MA Store. (Authorization # 922896; Tran: 014601; Assoc: 251413). During check out with a portable tablet - a receipt was not printed. As a result, the associate claimed she needed to run the entire transaction again - resulting int a double charge to my account. Despite my bringing it to their attention right away (including a view of my bank account) - the associate was dismissive. I spoke with 2 managers who were equally dismissive. They informed my that money was not taken from my account ( it indeed was) or that a hold is on my account and will clear in 48 hours (there is no hold and nothing was cleared). Today I spoke with a manager and he was equally dismissive of the issue - now changing the time frame to up to 10 days.
Your store improperly took and remains in possession of my money. The service was unbelievably dismissive. I have never filed a complaint with a store in my life...but the level of customer service in this instance warrants such action.
My family of 5 buys a lot of your company's products - but that will stop immediately if this is not remedied right away.

I ordered 3 pieces, 2 tennis shoes and one back pack. I ordered during the tax free weekend in Texas however I was charged taxes. I attempted to speak with Customer Service however no one answer the phone. Called 5 times, all the same. I never imagined that a big company ad UA has a deficient customer service. I read other comments and apparently I am not the only one with this issue. Bad experience. Please get back with me.

Customer service department, especially Steve W the customer service manager are pathetic. They sent the wrong hat with my order. I called and explained the situation ( after a 45min wait to talk to someone) they were getting a replacement out right away, with tracking info on it. After a few days of nothing, I called again (45 min wait) it hasn't been shipped yet, will go out very soon. 2 days later still nothing. Called again, 35 min wait, product will ship out the following day expedited. After several days nothing. Called again 45 min wait, spoke to Steve W the manager and he was worthless. No help, couldn't tell me anything, would not transfer me to anyone who could get me info. A few days later I got my replacement... wrong hat again. After calling the 5th time 35 min wait, they were going to look into the situation and get back to me in 2 days. Several days later with no call back I called, 30 min wait, and found out their website mislabeled the product, and it was no longer available. What a horrible experience with UA. Their customer service department definitely needs training. Never again will I use UA.

On Tuesday august 8 2017 I made an order for some tee shirts, pants and shorts to be delivered by the 17th
6 days later I was emailed that I diddent have proper payment info and was to contact UA.
I spent 25 minutes on hold while on my lunch break and called several times in between lunch and 4pm
I contacted UA by live message felt with your representatives who told be he couldn't help that I had to call your hotline... being absolutely frustrated I tried again only to find out the hotline was crashed my representative told me it was back logged and to try again later he than proposly disconnected from helping me THANKS a lot!
In total I have spent approximately 1.5 hrs trying to pay and receive my items.. not a user friendly system. I haven't had this much trouble trying to pay for anything in quite along time not shur if I'll try again

I have called several times and can not speak to anybody. Waited over 40min and that is ridiculous. Yall charged me more money then was suppost to and I want my money back! I will not order from yall again if this problem don't get solved! I have tried 3 or 4 times to get someone on the phone to talk to, but each time after waiting 45 minutes plus, I still haven't talked to someone! This is ridiculous! You say you have great customer service but I don't have the time to sit and wait on a phone that long and still not talk to someone! My question is that earlier this summer I ordered 3 items. 2 items were shipped July 12, but I haven't received the last item and it seems like the tracking info was just for the other 2 items. I haven't received my order, but I have received email saying my order was delivered 8-9 17 all of it was suppose to be delivered 8-8-17. Hi there, I bought a pair of under armour runners from a lifestyle sports store in Limerick Ireland 2 weeks ago to find there is obviously a fault with the sole of the right runner as it constantly squeaks. When I returned to the sports store with the runner they have informed me that this is just something that happens with your runners. Really because I have a different pair of under armour runners and they don't squeak. The sports store have not been one bit helpful and rude to be honest and I'm now left with faulty runners and left thinking that all your runners will squeak which annoys me because I find your sports brand excellent. Runners are not cheap and I feel annoyed that I have gotten a damaged runner and now have no come back.
reimbursement never received / unethical behaviour
Ordered and received 4 pairs of sweatpants. All sub-par quality and wrong sizes. The package was sent back and UA was supposed to reimburse the money. It's been a month now and still no reply. I have tried sending chaser emails to UA but the only reply is an automatically generated email stating that a "teammate will be in contact ASAP".
Despicable level of customer service. No wonder the company has tanked more than 30% in last months.

I ordered 4 items a week and half ago. I was told I should receive the items between July 27 and the 31st. I received 3 items on August 1st which is a day late but I can get over that. The item I still have not received still has not shipped. I am very disappointed in this and may never order directly from under armour again. There is no excuse for the delay!
