I ordered two wigs , company refused to send me a label for return, one wig was returned by mail to the address they provided me. For the past 3 1/2 weeks I have been contacting support for my refund and my emails are not being answered nor am I able to contact the store directly to get this resolved. I have showed them pictures that the wig was not used and mailed back on time for me to get a refund. they still owe me credit from the original order because I oreded 16 inches and they only had 14 inches and now i want to return one for a full refund which it seems they are not trying to give me.
Desired outcome: money refunded back to my credit card.
