This is my first human hair wig and I am not disappointed. The unit itself came in lovely packaging, the hair was quite soft, the hair had no smell, no shedding. I have absolutely 0 complaints so far, I am very excited to wear my new unit.

Soft and beautiful
The hair is very soft and really beautiful. It looks very natural and I love how soft it feels. The wig is also true to it's description with regard to the length, which was 14in and color of the hair which was dark red. So far, I experienced no shedding for the two weeks

This was my first time ordering from this website. I spent $252.66 on a 613 wig that I never recieved. The merchant will not honor a refund or send out a duplicate item. They became rude with me and began to lie on the delivery company. I spoke to several people from FedEx and they have no record of very hearing from the Merchant, UNICE. I wish I could give them negative stars, because I totally would. This was my first AND LAST time ordering from them! Please don't get scammed like me and sooooooo many others! I wish I had looked them up on BBB prior to placing my order.
Placed an order of 230 dollars and later did more research to see a plethora of bad reviews, I decided to contact the company after a week of waiting because the website said a label had been created but I saw no progress shipping wise. I called 3 times and couldn't reach anyone, finally I got a hold of someone and they said they items I ordered were out of stock and I needed to choose different ones instead I asked for a refund she proceeded to put me on hold then hung up. At this point I'm sure it's a scam and I told them I would contact my bank and report them, they proceed to verbally attack me and hung up and I was unable to reach them thereafter. I have no confidence this is a real company.
Wow I wish I would've saw these reviews before I ordered from them...So I ordered a bundle deal from them that came with a closure...I received my order but when I checked it I was missing the closure piece...I've been calling and texting since Sunday and I could get no response...But soon as I told them I would give a bad review and contact the BBB on them, then they responded...The woman apologized and said they would mail me out a closure ASAP...But now they message me today stating that it's out of stock and will take another week before it's restocked...I've asked them to either send me another length or give me a credit on my purchase...But they are refusing so I will never order from this company again...
If I could leave zero stars I would! I heard good things about this company so I went ahead and order a beautiful wig (The wig in the picture). What I received was nothing like what was being advertised. I tried to work with it but nothing worked, I emailed the company and explained how the picture was nothing like I ordered. I ordered for over 1000$ worth of wigs. I paid for faster shipping. 4 days later I get a package from Unice thinking it was my wigs but NOPE, it was their gift I’ve never asked for (hot comb, wig cap). I contacted them asking where are my wigs ? I want a refund on the fast shipping, they said they couldn’t refund me because they did respect the 4 days shipping by sending me the gifts. First scam. I ended receiving my wigs 2 months later.
When I receive the wigs, they looked good at first, no lie, until I worn the first one and 3mn later LITERALLY TANGLED AND DRY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. I told myself it might need a hair mask. I removed the first wig and put the second one on while the other was sitting in the sink with a hair mask. Same happened to the 2nd one. I barely worn it 20mn and it was completely tangled. I tried many many wig products detangler, hair mask, anything to save these wigs. NOTHING. I went to see a local pro wig to show her the wigs and she attested that it was NOT 100% human hair. She said the top (first layer) is, but the bottom half of the wig is human hair blend. And it all made sense why the wig kept matting in the back of my neck. I contacted them and ask for a refund, it’s been months, even after insisting, they never replied back to me.
Recommendation: Find another store, their wigs are NOT 100% human hair.
UNice Review: Disappointing Black Friday Sale and Customer Service Experience
I gotta say, UNice is not the move. I was hyped for their black Friday sale and copped two wigs, but when they came in, I wasn't feeling them. So I sent them back, no biggie. Got an email saying they got my returns and asked if I wanted a refund or exchange. I said refund, but then I saw more sales and decided to try again. That wig wasn't it either, so I sent it back too. But the post office is holding onto it for some reason, and it's been over three weeks. I've been trying to get it back, but it's been a whole mess. And now UNice is saying I can't get a refund for my first order unless I return the second one. But like, they were two separate orders, why are they linking them together? So now I'm out $302 for the first order and $182.07 for the second. I'm never messing with UNice again, that's for sure.

I was really unhappy with the hair and I made a complaint and wrote a review about it. They offered me a refund but when I sent them pictures of the hair and explained that it was stiff and of poor quality, they refused to give me a full refund. They claimed that the hair was broken and smelled bad, which was not true at all.
I submitted my complaint to them as soon as I received the hair and I never used it because it was such poor quality. I have bought hair in the mall in California and online before, and it was always authentic and of good quality. If I could leave no stars and my complaint it would be a more honest review. I did not check the reviews here until after I ordered, and decided that I have a big event coming up and do not want to risk showing up looking bad. I contacted customer service (which is on WhatsApp of all places), and told them I was not interested in receiving the package and would like them to refund me $300 for the hair I ordered. They told me they could not refund me until they received the package, and they did not know if they could intercept the package. I kind of knew that this was bull, but I was going to allow them to at least try to be a good business and intercept the package. Well, four days later I see that my package is no longer in China, but in Tennessee and on its way to me. I called FedEx and it took me all of TEN MINUTES to get the order to return to sender before going through customs. They wanted to purposely get me to receive the package so I would have to pay to send it back, and they depended on the possibility of me being lazy and not sending it back and letting them keep my money. They prey on black women and run a scam because they don't respect us as legitimate customers. This taught me a valuable lesson to read the reviews first, so you don't have to go through this mess. Won't bother leaving tracking number because they should know it by heart by now.

I am very angry with you for how you treated me. First of all, you made me wait over a week and four extra days just to deliver this crappy, synthetic hair. I am about to discuss it in a minute. Every other person gets their hair package in the USA in 3-4 days, and I live in the USA as well, so I shouldn't have to wait over a week plus some days to get my hair. When the package finally got here, y'all sent my wigs in a used, dirty-$#*! FEDEX package. First of all, that wig does not look anything like the pictures advertised, which means you're obviously doing false advertising and scamming people with your hair. The wig I received was mostly black with only a few strands of blonde. It was not that shade of blonde all the way through, like in the pictures. That wig has obviously been worn as it looks worse than the black wig. I ran my fingers through that wig and lots of hair was coming out, which is extreme shedding to the point where the track glue pieces were coming out. I bought a wig from Unice and they sent me a email saying that it was running behind and if I wanted to get it sooner I could get a 20 in wig instead of the 24 inches I wanted. I emailed them and asked if I could get a different wig in general because I needed it for a special occasion and no one emailed me back. I emailed them a few more times no response. I even emailed them and told them to just refund my money. No response. This is ridiculous. And the order number they gave me I can’t even track my order. It doesn’t work. Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with UNice. I have to say, it wasn't the best. I ordered some hair back in early August, and unfortunately, I never received it. To make matters worse, the item was returned to UNice by DHL on August 30th. Since then, I've been trying to get in touch with UNice to confirm that they received the item, but they haven't been very responsive. I can't even track the return order anymore.
To make matters worse, I used a pay later option when I made my purchase. While I was able to pause my payment, UNice keeps telling me to pay up. They say that once they receive the hair, they'll refund my money. But it's been over three months now, and I still haven't heard anything.
Honestly, I'm really disappointed with UNice. I feel like they're not being very transparent with me, and I'm starting to wonder if they're just trying to scam me. I would definitely advise against ordering anything from this store. It's just not worth the risk.

I bought this reddish brown wig 2 weeks ago almost and when it arrived it was red/orange brown so I dyed it dark brown, I did not bleach it. The wig only took the color in parts of the wig leaving me to think this is a human hair blend. II tried to color it 2 times and still not happening. So I contacted them and told them my thoughts and they say well because I dyed it they cant take it back. Well thats when you find out the wig has issues and when you spend over 125 for hair this should not be the issue. Then they tell you they will give you a 50% refund. No Im not that person. Im not going to pay for a wig at all for any amount if it is poorly and cheaply made. I also told her the wefts are lumpy and thats because they are so loose or they have it bunched up because its too big for the cap. But the wefts are also hard and lumpy. I took pictures and sent them. Then they tell me to send them a video Of me dying the hair after I already dyed it. Im done with them. They dont know how to communicate in simple English so no response from them makes any sense. And why would I just be offered 50% They then tell me that they dyed the hair reddish brown and no where on their site did it reveal it was a colored wig. Then they tell me that maybe my hair dye did not chemically mesh with their color they used and thats why my hair dye only stuck on parts of the wig and not all. So again this is their cost of doing business. When they make the error they try and charge you for it and tell you no refund. Thats how they do all of their customers according to the reviews I have read but I will just simply not pay for it. Im giving them a chance to fix this and send me a new one that is not pre colored. They also removed my review I left about this wig.

To no avail I have gotten a refund or will the person give me my refund back because the package is lost. I have filed tickets with FedEx and have told the owner they need to file tickets also so they can get their package back whenever they find it if they find it but to my understanding it has not been found and probably will not be found. They also use pictures on their website that are not owned by their entity but rather taken from broad areas of the internet to market a product they are selling. This is false advertising and targeting mostly black clientele. In addition they do not own copy rights to those images. The image you will find of one of their products includes a young lady who may not have any sponsor ship for that image to reside on UNICE. I was sent an email with the tracking first for bob wig I never received, and the tracking number *** still shows in TN status has not changed in over two weeks. When I reach out first, I was told they would not help, and I had to wait to get package and return it to be refunded. I work in retail and know when a package has not made any movement in several days it is lost, and most companies process a refund after so many days of the package status not being updated. After a few weeks with no update and constantly contacting them with no response I told them all to cancel my order. They even have an app on Apple so I thought the company would be trustworthy. So on 1/7/22 I purchased the second wig which was dark brown V part curly for 279.31 via PayPal. I've tried working with these wigs for the past two months with high end products and the hair is ridiculously dry and mats up into a ball of knots in less than an hour after putting it on my head. I posted a message to the vendor to ask what products to use on the hair and received no response. I posted a review on their site for one of the wigs and received a text stating they received my review and requested pictures. I sent the photos on this Monday 3/21/22 and I have not heard back from them since. I checked their site and they have removed my review and have blocked me from posting further reviews. I attempted sending a dispute directly to the vendor and the site will not except the message. Their return policy is that they do not issue refunds if the wig has been worn. On 6/18/22 I made a purchase of a wig of 167.84. The quality delivered was poor so o requested a return label . I was told that I would be constantly with 24 hour. I emailed UNICE hair to report the missing package and they instructed me to look around my home and ask my neighbors. Which I did with no luck on finding the package. UNICE also instructed me to file a complaint with FedEx, which I did, but the investigation showed the driver placed the package on my porch. I never received such package. I asked UNICE multiple times if they can replace my order and they are refusing to replace the entire order. They are offering me shorter lengths like 16in 18in, 26in, etc...Instead of the 28in wig & two 28in bundles. They continue to refuse to replace my original order with the same products I ordered. So I asked, if they are going to send substitute products then will my total amount due on Klarna be adjusted cheaper? UNICE said no. They say I am still responsible for the entire bill. That's not fair. I am responsible to pay for an order I never received and an order UNICE is refusing to replace. I would like my partial payment money back and the remaining bill due on Klarna to be canceled. I have had numerous orders from other companies I paid off successfully on Klarna. But now Klarna is demanding payment for an order I never received. I really don't want this to affect my credit. I will NEVER purchase from UNICE again!

I have done everything this company asked me to do in regards to this item, but when I showed proof an ask for a refund they stop responding I order a 24 inch 180 density full lace human wig and the wig I received was not what I ordered, it does not look anything like the wig they are advertising on their website, it was 22 inches I measured it, and was supposed to be 24 inches, it is supposed to be 180 density it is not, it is extremely thin, and does not look anything like the picture on their website, I have messaged them on their Facebook page, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, text message, I sent a chat to them on their website, and I even sent them an email to their support and they have not responded to me, FINALLY! I received 2 emails stating that they did not receive a picture of the wig I received which was not true, I had already sent several pictures of the wig and a side by side picture showing them that what they sent me was not the same wig on their website, then they said they received the email with the picture of my wig and told me to stretch out the wig so that it would reach 24 inches and then send them another picture, no matter what the wig they sent me is still not the same wig on the website, Majority of the wigs they are advertising on their website are the same wigs that have been posted on other online site that also selling wigs,I received a text message from them today 5/1 asking the same questions, asking for more pictures and of course I sent more pictures, but as soon as I asked about getting a refund again they stop responding, All I want is to send this wig back to them and get a refund for the $287.77 that I paid them
