This is the email i sent to Unice.
"Good afternoon. On February 10th, I placed an order for your 7x5 bye bye knots wet and wavy water wave wig. I ordered the 26 inch, but was later sent a text message telling me that if I needed it sooner (because it would take time to make the one I ordered and it was purchasing season), I could change it for the same hair but 24 inches. I was told that there would be a price adjustment, which you did do, and then later I was sent the tracking number. I did send out an email asking to make sure that I got the wig that I ordered and I waited.
It arrived, but was not what I bought and I am very upset. The wig I got was, although the length was wonderful and I could not see any knots at all which was a plus, what I got was not a 7x5, but something with hard tabs on the side. At first I thought that it was supposed to be that way, but after watching several youtube videos with the same wig that I had ordered, I realized what I got was totally wrong. I went to your website to leave a review on my discovery and see if this could be fixed, but there is no way to leave a review even though there is an option for that. I tried to call the number, I sent a text message to let you know only to be told that it cannot be sent, and I called the number again and left a message with my phone number. No response, so I decided to go to as many influencers profiles on YouTube and share my frustrating experience.
It also had a horrible smell to it, so I washed/conditioned it, let it air dry and then tried to put the wig on and see if the side tabs were doable. I tried the tape you sent me, glue, glue spray, but those tabs would not lay down for nothing. No other person who's wigs I saw on youtube had those weird hard tabs that are supposed to be by the ear, and I feel like I was cheated. I had an appointment that I needed to attend, and because I am very ill and my hair fell out, I needed a hair covering and this wig was all I had. I had no choice but to wear it so that I did not miss my appointment, but before I went I had to cut those tabs off to try to get the sides of the front part to lay down. I added some very old lace from a old closure I had and sewed it on quickly so see if it would work, but the lace is so old that it would not accept the glue, and I am nearly out of tape. I finally had to use bobby pins to try to keep the sides down, and was barely able to do that.
Also, there is a bald spot on a portion of the front, like whoever constructed this forgot to fill in the hair on that section. When I added the old lace to try to make the wig look normal, it caused the rest of the wig to bunch up on the sides towards the back, so now I had to sew down the straps to try to flatten it out but it did not work.
All in all I am extremely angry that I wasted two hundred fifty plus dollars on buying what I thought was going to be a terrific wig, so pissed that I cried very angry tears. I realize now that all the reviews I saw from the influencers were based on them getting the best wigs, while I ended up getting something worth far less, and it is not fair. I saved up for WEEKS to get this wig, I was so excited that I finally was going to get something that helped my self-esteem because of my hair loss, now all I have to look at is this wig that I cannot do anything with and I don't have any money to go and buy a new one. I am on a budget and just cannot afford it. Angry is just touching the edge of how mad I am right now. What I got, is nothing, nothing at all, like the pictures on your site.
I am enclosing pictures of what I had to do with the wig in order for me to be able to go out and make my appointment. I'm also enclosing a screenshot of when I click on the review link, what I see, as well as a screen shot of my order with the order number. Even now, the wig is becoming very brittle, it tangles and sheds a lot. I am so very, very disappointed and pissed off that I no longer have my money, but instead have to look at something I regret buying. I cannot return it, but until this is somehow resolved, I will continue to post on influencers profiles to let everyone know this is how your company treats a new customer who has bragged about the beautiful wigs that I've seen on your sites. "
First and last time dealing with this company. Never again.
Recommendation: Buyer beware! ONLY THE INFLUENCERS GET THE BEST WIGS AND SERVICE!
