Unice hair is a fraud I ordered a 24 inch Body wave black unit 180 density 100% human hair. I received 20 inch body wave natural brown synthetic wig. I contact the company via email and text. I was emailed back asking for pictures no more communication on their end. I want a refund. This company need a Class Action lawsuit against it for fraud.. false advertising.

Customer service kept emailing me about shipping an alternative hair type. I wanted what I ordered, not a substitute. There was no mention of the hair being out of stock or a delay in shipping out orders on their website.
This company will tell you that every hair you try to order is "out of stock" and will suggest that you take one of their lower quality, natural black coloured hair products. I have been trying to resolve my issue for 5 days now, everything I try to purchase on the website I *** receive. I had to email, text and WhatsApp the company to find out about my order only for them to tell me that it is "out of stock". The company just says "ok we will cancel your order" instead of just sending me what I'm paying for? If you tell them you are a YouTuber then suddenly all of the hair on the website is available for purchase. They only want people who have social media influence purchasing their products so that they can gain exposure. This happened to both me and my sister. Screenshots of emails and text messages are available if they want to lie about what they have been doing.
I'm not sure what happened to this company but they have completely fallen off since my last purchase with them about a year ago. They are so quick to take your money but never ship out your item or even let you know that there is a delay on your items. A purchase of $325 doesn't even get you the customer service that you would expect instead it is a run-around game with every department in this company. The agents say one thing, the shipping department says something else then to top it all off the warehouse has something different to add. Get on one accord, stop playing these "delayed shipping" games especially when your website has a 24-48 turnaround time guaranteed.. but of course that policy is deep and hidden under a bunch of other jargon. Buyers beware!

I purchased a wig from them in 2019 and it wasn't bad, it just gets tangled. On 4/15 I purchased two wigs despite the fact that I wasn't totally satisfied with my first purchase. A youtuber did a review on the hair and it was nice, so I thought I'd give them another try. I received the hair on the 4/19 and as soon as I took a look at them I WAS DISAPPOINTED! The hair was thin, and not the density or quality they advertised. I contacted them immediately and sent a picture of the contrast between the 150% density wig from 2019, and the "180% density wig" I just received. I asked for a refund, but they kept insisting I keep the wigs and "manage them". I kept asking for the RMA number and they kept giving me the runaround, so I told them if I didn't receive the info before the end of the day, I was going to open a claim with my bank. I went to their Instagram page and commented about the quality of the wig and their customer service, they responded "We are so sorry for the inconvenience n*gga...We will get it right next time! We will have your hair plucked straight from an anus". (Pictures of conversation are attached) I forwarded the conversation to them and they didn't even blink, they just continued asking for a tracking number. How can I ship it if I don't have a return info. Their is an investigation in this matter because unacceptable cannot begin to categorize their behavior. I do not generalize but kind of reflection does this have on the Asian community?

Received a shabby wig not as described. The hair was shedding and poor quality. I asked for a return label I was asked to provide photos which I did. Then was told they can not refund the full amount. I am keeping the wig because there was so much back and forth. I can imagine they will not send my money back once they get their wig back. I wish I would have checked here first. Horrible swindle.

I think the hair is synthetic because it sheds a lot and does not flow like your human hair. I asked to return it, but they said they can take it back then issue me a partial refund since I cut the lace. Why would I give you the wig and you take most of my money? I think they do this often and hope the customer does not notice. I am reporting this to my bank. BUYERS, BEWARE!

Excellent experience. I ordered hair from the company and received it quickly. The hair was very nice and came with a few gifts. Unfortunately the color didn't work for me and I requested to return with a refund. Customer service was always in contact with me about my return and I was refunded within a week of the return. I will order from them in the future because I appreciate good customer service.

At first, I was going to be nice and say the hairs okay. I'll keep it to try it out , then I realized there was more hair on the ground than the wig. I complained to them and she says it's basically my fault that the hair is shedding. MIND YOU, I've been wearing wigs for a while now I know how to keep up with hair. Not only did I leave multiple reviews none of them showed up, which goes to show they pay people to say good things and delete bad reviews. It's a scam and they are fraud.

. They're receiving horrible reviews lately and I see why. They waited almost 4 days after I ordered items express shipping for them to tell me the items weren't in stock. Then they offered hair that wasn't even similar to my initial order. After I asked SEVERAL times, they later offered me something similar. We agreed to the changes then they messaged me HOURS later overnight to offer me a shorter version of the hair I initially ordered. I'm convinced they're doing this to buy time so they don't have to refund me or send me anything. I will never ever buy hair from this company again.

I left reviews on their site and another site. I was contracted by someone from their company basically trying to say I did something I should not have done. This is not my first time with a weave. To add insult to injury they tried to get me to take my negative review down and offered me a $20 refund with a 10-15% discount on another purchase. I wish I would! Save your money and go to the beauty supply store instead!

This is not real human hair
This is not real human hair. Pictures online are very misleading. Should have known something was off since they always offer small discounts. Hair is very cheap, it tangoes very easily with you barely doing anything to it. The hair also sheds like crazy. When attempting to remove the tangles, hair is everywhere! That's not normal. Contacted customer service online, and they ghosted mid conversation. Then emailed the company, went back and forth over a few days. Finally offered compensation, then turned around and said no refund, only a discount offer. I dare not waste anymore money with this janky site. I need my money back.

Hey, I've purchased two wigs from Unice Hair on 4/11 and they told me on 4/21 that they had shipped it out to me & the tracking number they emailed me wasn't progressing. That's when I made a dispute through PayPal on 4/17 and than they respond and gave me two new tracking number and it was progressing and than it stopped and said it it was returning to shipper. I've tried to email and call Unice about my wigs or an refund and they are not responding. Out here letting other people know through this difficult time this company called Unice Hair is stealing people hard earned money and not delivering what the customers pay for. It not fair and it's very misleading for a company to do devilish stuff the civil people like myself.

If I could leave no stars and my complaint it would be a more honest review. I did not check the reviews here until after I ordered, and decided that I have a big event coming up and do not want to risk showing up looking bad. I contacted customer service (which is on WhatsApp of all places), and told them I was not interested in receiving the package and would like them to refund me $300 for the hair I ordered. They told me they could not refund me until they received the package, and they did not know if they could intercept the package. I kind of knew that this was bull, but I was going to allow them to at least try to be a good business and intercept the package. Well, four days later I see that my package is no longer in China, but in Tennessee and on its way to me. I called FedEx and it took me all of TEN MINUTES to get the order to return to sender before going through customs. They wanted to purposely get me to receive the package so I would have to pay to send it back, and they depended on the possibility of me being lazy and not sending it back and letting them keep my money. They prey on black women and run a scam because they don't respect us as legitimate customers. This taught me a valuable lesson to read the reviews first, so you don't have to go through this mess. Won't bother leaving tracking number because they should know it by heart by now.

I ordered a wig from unice
I ordered a wig from unice. After sometime they notified me and told me my wig was not in stock and suggested that they can give me a different wig in return I said no. After a few weeks with no update and constantly contacting them with no response I told them all to cancel my order. It was not until then that they stated my order has already been shipped and it is on the way and if I no longer want the wig I can return it. Okay. I received the wig and it was nothing as described on the website and I put to return it immediately. After again some more back and forth with the company they sent me a return label. Because I refused to pay $30 to ship it back to them when I notified them to cancel the order and they are the ones who advised me to return it at this point. I return the item they receive it July 1st. I get no email from them. I email them July 6th no response I email them again three more times and I even contact their Whatsup. That is finally when I got a response and they sent me an edited photo of the wig with a little distorted hole in the outer lace and told me since the lace is damaged I cannot get me refund. Mind you they have had this wig for two weeks now. They never noticed me before and when I returned the wig I didn't even fill take it out the box nor did I take away the white paper protectant that was place to protect the wig. I gave them photos before returning and that is the wig they received now they are telling me I cannot get my full refund for some fake damage to the wig. I am so over this company I have been dealing with this wig that has never even touched my head since May this year. I would just like my full refund back at this time and I will never be shopping from them again. They are scammers and they know what they are doing.

I requested a refund for an unopened package i ordered. I returned the package back to them but haver heard back from them. On *** and *** I placed orders for some hair bundles, one set came within day or so and the other set about a week or so later. I tried to cancel the order they ask me why I told them because it was taking too long and because the other hair that I received was dry and wasn't worth what I had paid so they said it was too late to cancel just check it out when it arrive and I said no I dint want it so I'm going to rerun it in not going to open the package. They tried to get me to keep it i kept refusing so they finally emailed me a return label on *** and I sent the unopened package off to them on *** at the UPS Store. I took a picture of the package as instructed by the sales rep for my records then I sent the picture to *** in an email of the package with the tracking number on it for their records and they said ok they will keep an eye out for it. I checked a couple of times to see if they received the package and they said they world check their warehouse and get back to me but never did. I called and emailed them a few times but each time they say they haven't received it and they will get back. So today March *** I emailed them again because no one never answers the phone and ask have they received the package and can I get me refund? They said they checked and they don't see it and I should contact UPS for my refund. I bought this item though *** where they take payments out of my account every weeks until paid for. The payments are *** every *** this is week and have one more payment after and I don't have the item. Quadpay says *** has to be the one to stop the payment not them so *** is playing games. Right now they owe me *** in week the other payment will come out and the total will be *** that they owe me. I want my refund that they promised me.

I ordered a wig and the wig I got was not what I ordered. I emailed them and sent them photos of what they advertised and what I received. I paid through *** which means they break up your payments into 4 interest free payments. So, I had already paid my first installment. I told them that I would like a refund and then send back the wig. I was scammed once before by another company by sending back a wig before getting my refund that company never refunded my money. I learned to never do that again. I told the Unice Hair customer service team that I was not comfortable just sending back the wig before my refund after having paid $95.17 on the first installment. I suggested that I keep the hair and they send me an extra bundle along with reducing my payment by half. I was still willing to pay another $95.17 even though I was going to have to come out of pocket $250 to have someone color the hair and sew in the extra bundle of hair. The Unice team told me to straighten the hair to make sure its the right length. After I did what they asked they then said that they were only going to send me a bundle of hair. The bundle that they were going to send was not the right length according to what I purchased so I asked for the right length of hair. They fought me on that! Then they tried to trick me into just accepting the length that I asked for but without the refund. When I pushed the issue they then told me to send back the hair but the hair has to be untouched or altered. I told them that they were the ones who told me to straighten it! They tried to come back and say they didn't say it and then emailed me "we told just you the correct measurement (it will not affect the refund ), But the hair has been used, It will not meet the refund /return condition, Hope you understand." I told them that I will get my bundle of 18 inch hair and the other half of my payments scheduled cancelled. I already contacted *** and filed a complaint.

I purchased a wig online from Unice Hair on March 14. Today is 4/11/22 and I still have not received my product or a refund. The Seller filed a claim with UPS in March. UPS showed up at my door and I signed a form confirming I did not receive my pkg. Also, my doorbell camera proved that I did not receive the item. A few days later, UPS called me while conducting their investigation and said that the driver took my package to the wrong house and they would have to work with the Seller to get the proper paperwork so they can issue a refund. I have been texting back and forth with this Seller for weeks. I asked for the UPS claims number that was filed and the Seller has refused to share the claims number with me and is telling me that UPS said there is nothing they can do about this...it is my loss! They're willing to refund the seller the $157; however, before they can do so, the Seller must complete the documentation. The UPS wants to rectify but the seller is refusing to submit the required documents. UPS Tracking number is: ***. The UPS claims # that I got from UPS (because the Seller refused to provide it to me) is: ***. I just want a refund at this point and do not plan to do business with this company ever again. I cannot believe I am being treated this way. I work hard for my money and the fact that there are businesses that are allowed to do this is absurd. The phone numbers that were given to me when I called their NY retail office is: ***. This is also the number that has been texting me this whole time. However, when I call this number, no one answers This Seller is not HONEST! The Seller is putting the blame on UPS and telling me that UPS said there is nothing they can do to help me (see attached text msg from Unice on 4/10/22 @ 8:16 PM). UPS is taking responsibility and just needs the Seller to provide the information to them so they can issue a refund for $157.92 from Unice. This is shameful!

The shipping was prompt even though I was unable to open the package until several days later. I was disappointed at the quality, repackaged the contents of the box, and for the next several days tried to convince myself to keep the wig. I did not try on the wig at any point because of how ragged it looked. There is no lace to cut or anything to alter as this is supposed to be a clip-on and go wig. I finally tried to contact them via 24/7 chat, but that was offline so I sent an email. I told them that they technically could say the wig was the length ordered, but I would have needed to order a wig at least four inches longer and pay a stylist to cut it down to the length I purchased and have it look decent. I didn't even mention the texture. They did. I was asked to provide pictures so I unpacked the box and send two photos - one of each side of the flat wig (this is how it was packaged with a foam insert that I didn't remove). I was offered tips on how to care for the wig to make it look better and told it was good hair. I know how to use conditioner, mouse & serums. Why would I have to try to revive a brand new wig? Then I was offered *** refund and keep the wig, but if I still wanted to return they would offer the address shortly. Then I was told the hair texture was changed so I could receive half back and return the wig to them (at my expense per their return policy); still no return authorization information given. I told them that was unacceptable. No response. I again requested return info. Their Response: Dear as we said for the hair has been using if return only can refund half,if damage will loss than half, if u accept that we can help u send the return address. I tried the online chat again, but before I could hit "send" I got a reply to my hello saying to call a number and leave a message.

I purchased a headband wig off of UNice hair website on March 28th. It was processing for a week so I reached out through chat on the website to see why it was still processing. I got a response saying the wig wasn't in stock and if I wanted to change it for another wig , I asked how long will it be for the principal wig that I purchased will be back I. Stock because that's the one I wanted , I was told it would be in stock the next day so I stated I will continue with the same wig since it was going to be in stock the next day. So I got a notification the next day saying it was shipped and the delivery date would be 4/4/22. Then a couple of days later I get a notification stating it is delayed and fed ex is the deliver so they were saying it is delayed beyind their control. I called fed ex to see why it was delayed and they stated it is delayed in China . The representative told me it has not left the orgin and it was nothing they could do. So days went during this time it's still saying it's delayed , I reached out to UNice hair about the issue , they were saying they would try to hurry the shipping and they apologize for the inconvenience. So then when I looked on fedex there was no updates for 3 days so I reached back out to UNice and asked for a update and I also told them this is ridiculous how my package has been sitting there for a whole week so two weeks altogether if you add the processing time also. I told them there should be a accommodation for this because , I was not aware it was goi g to take this long for me to receive my package , so they reached back out and offered 10 percent of my next purchase . I did not accept , instead I asked for a refund because when I talked to fed ex they don't k kw when the package will arrive like there is no delivery information so I just asked for my money back . I paid 100.04 dollars for a headband wig , then I said since I already paid for the wig could they exchange it for another wig with no response.

Refund requested for returned product and seller is refusing due to me not having their tracking number. I emailed the seller letting them know I no longer needed the products. They said that I could mail it back myself, the only option on PayPal to list was the seller provided a return label. However, this seller does not provide return labels you have to provide the return label and pay for the return yourself. When returning an item and doing a pick up, you have options to select what type of pick up it is. I selected a return. The way that returns work are the sellers end up having their own third-party pick up the return and the tracking number then goes to the seller from there seller from the third-party company. This seller is stating that they don't have a tracking number and that I have to provide it, this is not information that the customer would have. The seller is the one who decides on their own third-party and when a package is marked as a return that is the process per the United States Postal Service which I did confirm through them through a supervisor. There is no way for me to have the tracking number from the company that they've selected for their returns. My tracking number that I provided on this dispute will show that the item was picked up and was shipped out the miscommunication is on the sellers part. They're refusing to give me a refund due to this error on their end. This seems like a scam as I have not came across a seller that does not provide their own shipping label for returns and it seems that this is something that they do often. The item was sent that in the original packaging it was never opened therefore there should be a Documentation inside the box that they provided showing the correct order number and who it goes to, there is no reason for them not to be able to identify who the order is from like they stated in the email. This is purely an excuse with the order confirmation or purchase order inside of the box they can use the order number to find out who this came from if the tracking label doesn't suffice.
I was on this hair website called unice. I purchased this deep wave blonde wig on Jan 14. Few days when it arrives the hair was the total opposite and look worn . I felt scammed. What was shown online isn't what I got. I called email and still a delay to respond swiftly on this expensive item thatlooklike worn out and not great quality. This website is a scam. The products advertised isn't what you will get. You will get bad quality used wigs smh.
I purchased $300 worth of hair on December 8th to ensure I received it by Christmas, given the website's promise of delivery within 3-7 days. Shortly after my purchase, they emailed me to inform me that I had to settle for a 24-inch option instead of the 28-inch one I had bought, citing that the latter was out of stock. This was puzzling since the 28-inch option appeared available for purchase on the website continuously. When I inquired about upgrading to a different 28-inch product as it was intended as a gift, their response was dismissive, insisting I should accept the 24-inch product. My frustration was compounded when the package didn't arrive until December 27th. Despite the tracking indicating it had been delivered to my mailbox, it was nowhere to be found. Customer support was unhelpful, suggesting I simply check my mailbox again. It took contacting the postal service to discover that Unice had failed to place a key in my mailbox as required. With their guidance over the phone, I located the key in a different mailbox, which meant my package could have been easily stolen. When I finally got the package, it contained the wrong item. Despite my receipts clearly stating 'body wave,' they insisted they had sent the correct 'deep wave' product. After returning the item and confirming its delivery to them through the tracking number and an employee's signature, they still had the nerve to tell me they hadn't received it and to be patient. This company's lack of professionalism and deceptive practices have left me exasperated. I no longer wish to pursue an exchange and am demanding a refund to my card.
I purchased a blonde highlighted wig from UNice hair, unice.com for $250 on January 2nd, 2023. When I received the wig, it looked nothing like the one on the website. This is not what I wanted, and I returned it immediately. I did not put it on my head. So, I sent them the tracking code on January 9th, 2023. I have attached our email correspondence. They then said they would refund me when they received the package. The package was set to deliver from my location to their address on January 12th, 2023, which UNice hair confirmed. When I asked if they received the parcel on January 12th, UNice said, "it shows delivered but has not updated our warehouse system now also, our colleague will check the return hair status. Once confirmed we will let you know right away and refund you please wait some time to update." I waited until January 17th and replied, "Hi! Has your colleague checked the hair yet? Now they are saying they haven't received it even though they did. I sent proof, their own email confirming it was delivered to them. They responded with, "Do you still have a piece of the return slip? The tracking number we received from you is a wrong one." Because the package was already delivered, the tracking number was no longer in use and could no longer be tracked. The tracking number that was given was correct and was used by both myself and the company. After that, our last correspondence on January 19th, 2023, was their reply to my proof of the wig being returned, "okay dear we will contact your warehouse to confirm it again any update we will let you know thanks." I have not replied since. I don't understand why they are acting like they didn't get my return. This is my next form of action to get my $250 back.

They emailed me back stating that my order# XXXXXXXXX has shipped with the UPS tracking number *** Upon tracking the package. UPS shows that a label was printed from Unice but they had not received any package to be shipped out. 2 days passed and I track it and it still showed the same message. I then reached back out to Unice and there response was... sorry for that we will contact the shipping company. I waited a few more hours and no response back so I followed up with an email and *** 2nd response was... sorry for that ,dear we have contact the shipping company to check it Because the logistics company did not go to work during the holiday a few days ago, the accumulated goods may not have been taken away by the logistics company. we have rushed them to update it plz don't worry. After this message i quickly realized that my order will not be here on time. I immediately sent *** a message asking them to cancel my order and issue me a full refund. I have contacted them via their website, via email, via all of their social media platforms and via text requesting that they cancel my order and issue me a full refund. Furthermore I started to see a increase of customers complaining regarding my same issue on *** faceboo and IG page. Some customers have been waiting for a refund since 1st week of March. Customers were leaving comments advising ppl to not order and that they had been scammed. Apparently Unice has that the product is in stock so ppl are buying it but not receiving it because they actually don't have it. They then contact you days later informing you that your order is either out of stock or will be delayed. Some customers even stated that they offered them another product that was less then what they paid and most customers are complaining because they will not respond to their request for a refund. This company is scamming millions of people out of their money. They are false advertising and misrepresenting their products. They steal pictures and don't send products to match. Their customer service is terrible and they refuse to cooperate with their customers and correct their actions of bad service, misrepresentation, and bad quality! This company needs to be closed and to lose their hair license. They have been scamming people for years! They refuse to give me my money back when I spent almost $400 provided them all the evidence and proof that what they sent me is not what's pictured they offered me $20 back and refuse to refund my money! I made a tik tok video and they've don't this to so many people! They then proceeded to offer me $50 to take the video down. So I had purchased one of your items actually I purchased two items I purchased a blonde wig with layers and I purchased a reddish brown wet and wavy wig for my birthday which was November 16, 2022 when I first got the hair it came nice with a reddish brown hair did not wash I wore it once it had a smell so I washed it then put curling products to give it back it's natural curl pattern and then it went straight Into a big old knot. Big chunks came out and I'll ask if I can send it back I had to use my own money to send it back in now I couldn't get the hair that I wanted for my birthday I spend over $400 of the hair and I did four payments using Klarna And now they're telling me that they couldn't help me and they can't give me any discounts and they can't do anything for me when I've been a very good customer been purchasing the wigs there's never happened to me before and I just wanted to hear that I requested and I know sometimes I know sometimes the hair can get messed up from different travels but then I just like to get my hair replaced so they made me purchase another wig but no discount I still have to pay and now I have to wait three weeks I have all connotations of emails in my in my phone and they keep on threatening to send my money back I just want my hair I just want a better quality hair

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get information about an order I placed awhile ago and can't seem to make contact with ANYONE. Any help whatsoever is so appreciated.
I will never order hair from this company again, I paid for expedited shipping only to receive an email 4 days later to say that there is a delay in my order. Customer service kept emailing me about shipping an alternative hair type. I wanted what I ordered, not a substitute. There was no mention of the hair being out of stock or a delay in shipping out orders on their website.
Trash , i ordered a wig on the 23rd of April . it's now May 4th and it still says processing . I have no way to contact them .
Unice hair is a fraud I ordered a 24 inch Body wave black unit 180 density 100% human hair. I received 20 inch body wave natural brown synthetic wig. I contact the company via email and text. I was emailed back asking for pictures no more communication on their end. I want a refund. This company need a Class Action lawsuit against it for fraud.. false advertising.
