Lowe's

I worked three different retail stores in my life, and as long as a customer was inside the store before closing time, we let them shop. Announcements were made regarding reminders of store getting ready to close and to please try to head to nearest checkout. NEVER did I see a customer kicked out or followed around.

This is regarding an experience this evening in Lake Havasu City AZ. Got into the store 10-15 minutes prior to closing but on my needed 4 items which I knew exactly where they were. Upon retrieving my first item I was hounded to get to the checkout and not allowed to complete my shopping. So, I will be calling corporate to ask about their policy on this matter and the work ethic or rather lack thereof. I’ve purchased thousands of dollars at various Lowes locations, and I do respect employee time, but this was for work and needed these items. Oh well, guess they don’t want the business, or they are lazy, I’ve observed the laziness in many different stores throughout this city. So weird.
