October 25, 2023 time 6:25pm 9526 Sepulveda Blvd, North Hills, CA 91343 the afternoon employee charged me 20 dollars for two extra large big gulps, 2 maruchan soups and coke for 2x4 dollars. I told him that it was a lot of money for that and he started insulting me so I asked him to return my 100 dollar bill, he returned it rudely and told me that he wasn't selling me because he didn't want drama, it's not the first time he's done this Well, sometimes I go and buy cigarettes and he charges me an extra dollar or two because supposedly my Mexican ID is not valid, that's racism. Every time I go he is very rude, I hadn't put complait because I wasn't interested, but today he went to extremes, you are arrogant, rude and bad. Please check the cameras on October 26, 2023 at 6:25 pm, I am willing to move on if you don't do something with it, I am not the first person to complain about customer service. I hope you take action, thank you
